It would be days of wandering the wasteland before a dazed and confused Hudson was picked up by passing travellers. Later, while sitting in the back of their cart as it rolled towards Waterston, he could think of nothing else but his lost crew. They had been more than shipmates, they were his best friends, his entire life. It would be impossible to find as good a bunch, but life would go on. Maybe, he could make a new start somewhere.
