《I can summon my past lives》30- Is this still considered a fight?

After integrating the Golden Angel, Damian felt...weird.
It was like, nothing could happen to him unless he allowed it. It was a kind of confidence that was etched in his very bones.
His black hair and eyes turned Golden and illusory wings appeared on his back.
He even heard distant murmurs of how to use the golden sword.
He waved his hand and then the Golden Sword multiplied itself. In the next moment there were at least three hundred golden swords in the sky.
Looking at the Heavenly Wolf Clansmen around them, he saw them unafraid and as confident as ever.
"Hey, Xerxes, you put me in this mess, prepare to help." Damian said, his voice wavering. He didn't think he'd make it.
Xerxes then seriously said, "This is your test, not mine. I am just your teacher, not your protector. Hehe, you’re on your own now... good luck, boy."
Xerxes knew that Chronos had made it so that Damian should be undying in his eighth life. It was done so that the time remaining could be used efficiently since after Damian's awakening at the sixteenth birthday, there would only be 10 years remaining before the dragon, Damon, created its own new awareness and resumed its rampage.
Each year in the pocket universe was one second in the real world thanks to Chronos accelerating time.
Damian was so nervous, but the confidence inside of him told him to fight anyway.
"Wait, must I really fight? Maybe I can reason with them by asking for forgiveness." Damian was surprised that he was thinking that.
Behind him, Xerxes thought, 'Oh!? Seems like he's not a hot blooded youth after all. He is comprehending 'prudence' of the seven heavenly virtues leading to the Dao of Virtue...but is asking for forgiveness enough in this case? I shall see then.'

The ability to discipline and govern oneself using your reasoning was what was called Prudence.
Should it be like second nature to him, he could be considered having comprehended that domain.
"Hey, guys. You hear my voice? I'm not the one who insulted your ancestor. It was this companion soul of mine, so I ask for forgiveness in its stead." Damian said with the most sincere smile.
The crowd parted and the burliest wolfman floated to several meters in front of Damian.
"You think that mere excuses will absolve you from your sins? Do you even know that even the current Dark Lord can't show any disrespect to our ancestor? Who do you think you are? Huh?" Said the burly wolfman in the calmest way possible. Hearing him you'd think that he wasn't angry.
"Go die! Remember to be more careful in your next life." The burly wolfman said as a black element appeared on his black fur. That black element formed a five meters long scythe that he then swung towards Damian.
Almost automatically, the three hundred swords formed a barrier in front of Damian.
Damian was bewildered, "This wolfman seemed calm a few seconds ago, but now he is attacking. Are all these wolfmen around me just inherently evil inside?"
The black scythe released a black crescent shaped element mid swing, that went to collide with the sword barrier.
There was a deafening explosion that ensued, the crescent shaped element dispersed to reveal the golden swords that had held their ground.
The burly wolfman frowned, "Those are good swords. And so many of them. I wonder what they are made of. I have never failed in cutting something before…No matter, I should take this seriously and try another approach."
The burly wolfman said, "Umbral teleportation." And just after saying that his body exploded in black smoke and disappeared from it was only to appear in front of Damian with an arm embedded deep inside Damian's chest.

“As long as there is no sun, as long as there are shadows, I can go anywhere I want.” said the Wolfman.
Damian spat out more blood than he had ever seen in his entire life.
The burly wolfman then retrieved his hand from Damian's body. A still beating heart could be seen in his bloodied hand.
"You have powerful swords, but it's a pity that you were doomed from the moment you came here." The burly wolfman then said. "Now be on your way to the afterlife, human."
The burly wolfman didn't even spare a glance at Xerxes. If the owner died, the companion soul would follow soon after.
As the entire event came to an end, dark clouds, even darker than usual appeared.
The wolfmen looked at the sky puzzled.
Like a hand grasping at the ground, the dark clouds rumbled and then a tendril a hundred meters large and several kilometers long escaped the skies to enter the city below.
A random wolfman then said to the burly wolfman, "Patriarch Adolf. The omen is hovering above your mansion."
"I can see that…" the burly Adolf said.
"My wife had been in labor for several hours now..., don't tell me!..." A very ancient text then appeared in his memories, "The birth of a true Heavenly Wolf will call the darkness itself to the newborn, bathing him in it like a baptism."
A moment later, every Wolfman felt a bloodline suppression greater than that of their Patriarch Adolf.
They, including Adolf, all instinctively knelt on the ground.
At that moment, Adolf felt that something was wrong with his hand that held Damian's heart. He opened his palm just to find that the heart, even the blood he had on him was turning into golden motes of light.
He endured the bloodline pressure to look at his slain enemy and realized that Damian was fine as if nothing had ever happened. All the blood and wound had vanished. The only thing that showed that he wasn't dreaming was the hole on Damian's shirt at the chest level.
The white lion also had a gloating look as if it was looking at an idiot.
"What's the f*ck is going on?"

The Bronze Players of Recreation
The world of Creation has seen a recent explosion of what can only be called an adventurer’s culture over the past few decades. People who were once looked at as nothing more than lower class mercenaries rose to the ranks of heroes and legends as adventuring became recognized as an idealized lifestyle of overcoming hardship and finding triumph. With the establishment of a guild-based government system on the continent of Terramania, adventurers were soon legitimized and adventuring became a phenomenon universally accepted around the world. Redlette had retreated from this world to live on Earth for the remainder of her years, having been born and outcast by the gods of Creation. However, upon meeting a friend that she treasured dearly, she found herself longing for a return to her world—she wanted to experience it properly and go on adventures with someone whom she holds dear. Putting a plan into action, she meets with her friend, an awkward, nerdy boy by the username of Herring who she’d only known through years of playing online games with him, and invites him to go on this fantastic adventure with her. An adventure in another world had always been an impossible dream for Herring, but when he suddenly found himself with the opportunity to embark on one, he knew it wouldn’t be as simple as books and shows made it out to be. Redlette was notorious for rushing into things without thinking them through, and he was flighty and weak. In the games they played together, they rarely grasped victory. They were losers through and through, both in hobby and life. Despite this, though, he takes the leap and sets off with Redlette into the world of Creation. Together they only had one goal: to have fun and go on the adventure of their lives. This time, they’d establish a guild of their own and be free to take on whatever exploits their hearts desired. This is the story of the founding of their guild. Author’s Notes: -My writing style is largely based off of the absurd amount of light novels I’ve read and anime I’ve watched, so it may come off as cartoonish or exaggerative at times. If that isn’t your thing, I’d steer clear of this story.-Not an MMO story.-No numerical stats.-Relatively slow pacing.-Posts are between 2000-5000 words weekly after Chapter 1.
