Alejandro 's group vs. Sombras

Alejandro’s group is near the entrance…

“Ha…ha…ha…” Alejandro breathes heavily as he grabs his left hand. Stefan notices him struggling; “Are you okay bro?”

“Yeah…it’s just that I hit my hand…that’s all…” Alejandro covers his hand. -RRAAWW- Sombras appear at the entrance. Antoine, Crespo and Angel step forward. “Let us handle this Alejandro…” Crespo gathers mana in his hand. “Yeah, you’ve done enough already…” Angel steps in front of him. “Time to get out of here…” Antoine summons flames in his hands.

“You guys…” Alejandro looks at them as they are about to engage in battle. Antoine extends his hand and attacks the Sombras with fire balls. Angel and Crespo destroy the Sombras with blades.

“HOLY COW, THIS FEELS LIKE AVATAR!” Stefan shouts with “stars” in his eyes. “Idiota…stay still…” Ana pulls him as she, Madeleine and Marinette protect Dr. Escobar and Estefan.

Two Sombras get past the boys and head towards them. “I need to help them…” Alejandro, who is in pain, stands up. “Wait Alejandro…let us deal with them…” The twins stop Alejandro.

Both of them extend their hands and create a giant ice block; “Pointes de glace” (Ice Spikes). The twins break the block into spikes and attack the Sombras, destroying them completely.

“Ice? Just like Marjorie…”

“You’re wrong…” Marinette turns the ice into water and Madeleine into fog; “We are water mages…”

(RRRAAWWW)

The Sombras continue to attack, one is about to grab Stefan. Alejandro runs towards him; “STEFAN!”

(SSSLLLAASSHHH)

The Sombra gets cut in half. Everyone is shocked to see Kasumi walking towards them. Alejandro smiles; “Senpai…” Kasumi looks at the rest of the Sombras; “Everyone, don’t move..” Kasumi charges straight at the Sombras with great speed

(SSSLLLAASSHHH)

Kasumi cuts the remaining Sombras in the blink of an eye. She puts away her katan as she takes a deep breath. Everyone is left surprised. “Incredible…she’s strong…” Angel and the other mages nod in agreement.

“Senpai…are you alright?” Alejandro towards Kasumi. Kasumi continues to walk; “I am…not let’s get out of here…the magma level is rising…is Dr. Ortiz ready?”

Alejandro looks everywhere; “Where is Uriel?”

“He’s not coming…hurry…Alejandro…we must keep everyone safe…” Kasumi walks forward leaving Alejandro confused. Kasumi leans on the wall; “I am reaching my limit…my body feels heavy…”

Alejandro feels that the pain disappeared. Suddenly, he sees Trueno approaching them; “TRUENO…OVER HERE!”

Marinette and Stefan who turned around look at the horse heading towards Alejandro. Stefan with “star-shaped” eyes shouts; “WHOA! WHAT’S WITH THAT HORSE!”

“His name is Trueno, he is Uriel’s familiar…pretty cool right?” Alejandro looks at his back and notices the children; “These are Adihe and Xochitl…are they okay?”

Dr. Escobar immediately takes a look at both of them; “They are alright, just unconscious…”

“That’s good to hear…” Alejandro feels relief.

The group continues to head straight to the end of the corridor. At that moment, two Golems attack the guys. The golems charge towards Alejandro. -PPUUMM- One of the Golems grabs Marinette. “MAARRIINNETTEE!” Madeleine screams. Antoine who lies in the ground struggles; “Damn it, mana is not back yet…that gas…”

(RRRAAWWW)

The golem squeezes Marintette and walks towards the exit. Ana and the others can’t do a thing. Alejandro stands up; “It’s no good, even if I run…I won’t make it…that’s right…” Alejandro looks at Kasumi, however, Kasumi is on the ground; “SENPAI!” Kasumi breathes heavily; “I’m sorry, the Saidai mode took a toll on my body…Alejandro…you must save her…”

“But how…I don’t have enough power…” Alejandro looks nervous as he hears the girl screaming from the pain. Kasumi grabs his hand; “You don’t have to be strong, remember, just be smarter, think about your power…what can you do right now…”

Alejandro remembers something from the past…

March 30th, Sun City

During an Yggdrasil meeting…Alejandro brought up an important request…

“Hahaha…what a fool…you want a long distance attack?” Carlos Valverde, a member of Yggdrasil, makes fun of Alejandro. Chelsea hits Carlos; “Oh shut up…why do you want a long distance attack?”

Alejandro looks depressed; “When I fought the Boogeyman…he managed to escape from me for a couple of minutes and during that time, he killed an innocent family…if only I had a pistol or an arrow, I could’ve stopped the Boogeyman…that’s why I want to learn how to summon a weapon just like you Chelsea…”

“I’m afraid it’s not that simple…weapons are created through long periods of training and to be honest, they appear within the Esper Suit…” Shion Saito replies as she sits down next to him. Alejandro looks disappointed, Kasumi enters the room:

“Long distance attacks are necessary…even if you don’t have a weapon, I manage to create long distance attacks using my katana and mana…Alejandro, I believe it’s necessary for you to develop a special technique like that…”

“Really?” Alejandro looks excited, Kasumi nods and looks at Carlos; “Carlos, you will help Alejandro create a weapon…”

“Ehh…why me?” Carlos complains, Kasumi makes a smile with “flames” coming out of her. Carlos gets nervous; “Alright, I will…”

“Perfect…thank you Carlos…” Kasumi smiles, Carlos blushes and avoids looking at her. Carlos looks at Alejandro; “Alright idiot…meet me tomorrow at the ceiling of the school at sunrise…”

“ROGER!” Alejandro answers excited.

April 1st, Sun City Highschool

At the top of the school, Carlos and Alejandro began their training...

“Listen up, from now on, you will address me as you lord, you got that?” Carlos makes a smirk. Alejandro yawns and replies; “No way…”

“Why you…I’m you superior…your senpai and you must obey…”

“No…” Alejandro replies, Carlos sighs; “Very well…you know I ‘m doing this for Kasumi senpai only okay…” Carlos lifts his arm as well showing his crest which consists of a circle with two rectangles up and down and chants; “Activate, Gorrion de Safiro, Completo” (Sapphire Swallow, Complete.)

Carlos’ crest begins to spread around his body causing him to shine into a blue color revealing an esper suit.He is wearing a blue short sleeve shirt with long sleeve black jacket with blue borders and black military pants with blue military boots. The back of the jacket has an image of a swallow with bluish borders.

Alejanro also changes into his esper suit. Carlos extends his hand; “Now then, in order to create a projectile, you must focus on visualizing it in your hand” Carlos closes his eyes and gathers blue mana in the palm of his hand, he creates a kunai.

“Now throw it…” Carlos throws it towards a target placed on the roof mesh. -BBOOOMM- “AWESOME!” Alejandro shouts as he sees the kunai hit the bullseye. Carlos shows off; “See, I’m the best there is…”

“Cool, now how do I do that?” Alejandro asks excitedly. “Oh you can’t do that, kunai is my specialty and you are an idiot…” Carlos replies as looks at his backpack. “What did you say?” Carlos throws something at him; “Here catch…” Alejandro receives a baseball.

“A baseball?” Alejandro looks confused. Carlos creates a blue sphere of mana in his right hand; “Yes, you will create a projectile like this one…concentrate on hitting the target with a condensed form of mana and when it hits the target, make the sphere expand.”

Carlos throws it and expands. -BBBOOMMM- “WOAH!” Alejandro looks impressed; “But wait, I can do that…let's do this because we never know when…”

“Calm your horse idiot…first let’s see if you have good aim. Hit the target with your baseball…”

“Piece of cake…” Alejandro throws the baseball, the baseball passes the target and breaks a window; “Oops…” Alejandro laughs nervously. Carlos sighs; “See? Before you create your projectile, you become a pitcher, you need to perfect your aim…”

And so…for the next two weeks, Alejandro practiced pitching with Carlos as they umpire…during that time, he learned how to create a mana sphere in his hand and his aim became a little better…

Present…

“Focus you mana, create a sphere…” Alejandro creates a sphere in the shape of a baseball. He takes a deep breath and throws it with force; “Silver Bullet…” The baseball heads towards the Golem holding Marinette. The sphere moves to the right, missing the golem; “No…but I must expand it…now…”

Alejandro concentrates and closes the palm of his hand, thinking about Carlos’ lecture; “Listen you idiot, when the ball is about to hit its target, imagine it as a popcorn in the microwave, once it’s ready, it pops…imagine that and you will be fine…”

“That’s so lame…but I have no choice” Alejandro imagines the popcorn. -BBBOOMMM- The explosion happens behind the golem, distracting the golem and letting Marinette go; “GGYYAHHH!”

“Great! Now is my chance…” Alejandro charges straight at the golem, charging mana in his hand; “Silver Punch”. -BBBOOOMMM- Alejandro destroys the golem with ease. Marinette looks at him in action as she blushes; “Wow, I didn’t know he was this cool…”

(BADUMP)

Alejandro feels pain in his left hand once again; “Damn it…my hand…it hurts…”

(RRRAAWWW)

Another golem prepares to attack, Alejandro gathers mana one more time. -BBBOOOMM- Suddenly, a fireball and a wind blade destroy the golem with ease.

Antoine walk in front of Alejandro; “You have my thanks…Alejandro Sanchez…you are truly an extraodinary man for saving my sister…”

“You are worthy of being the Student Council President chaval…” Angel and Crespo walk alongside Antoine.

Alejandro smiles; “You’re exagerating…”

“MARINETTE!” Madeleine hugs Marinette with tears in her eyes; “I though you were going to die…”

“I’m okay sister, thanks to him…” Marinette walks towards Alejandro; “Mercy…you are my hero…” Alejandro opens his eyes wider as Marinette kisses him on the cheek. Marinette smiles and runs to Antoine’s side.

“You did a great job, I’m proud of you…” Kasumi holds him with a smile. The group runs towards the exit.

The magma levels increase once more. Everyone heads towards the exit, Stefan runs besides Alejandro; “Is it alright to leave Uriel behind?”

Alejandro makes a confident smile; “Of course…Uriel is the strongest among everyone here…he’ll catch up…” Alejandro looks behind thinking; “Don’t you dare to die on us…buddy…”

“GUERRA…GUERRA…GUERRA” (WAR)

“Where am I?” Uriel opens his eyes, he realizes that he is floating in an empty space; “Oh yeah…I let myself get absorbed into the mirror…but why?”

“CORRAN…LOS CONQUISTADORES!” (Run, the Conquerors)

As he slowly descends, Uriel sees images of the conquest, how people were killed during the conquest. How war has spread throughout Mexico as the Aztec and many Native tribes were slaughtered by the conquerors.

“I see now…so this is my sin…after all, it was my predecessor who did this…”

“Uriel, just close your eyes and come with me.” A silhouette resembling Marjorie appears behind Uriel stretching her hand. Uriel´s eyes lose their light as Uriel begins to stretch his hand as well.

“This is my sin…I am to blame…” Uriel loses the light of his eyes. At that moment, someone pulls Uriel back.

“You are correct, my young successor…but it’s not time for you to die just yet…” Uriel hears a voice behind him, at that moment, Uriel feels that he is standing with a figure in front of him. The man is wearing a conquistador attire.

The attire consists of a shirt, or camisa, a doublet (with or without sleeves), and some sort of pants, breeches, hose, or other covering for the lower body. With leather boots and gloves, the entire attire is black. He has morion, which is a helmet in the shape of a half almond to make the blows slip. His face is white, with a long mustache and a well cut beard with red eyes.

“You’re the one I saw in my dreams…”

“Greetings, my young successor…it appears you can now see me…my name is Vasco Velazquez Pizarro…a former Conquistador and also known as Guerra…”

Uriel is in shock upon seeing one of his predecessors; “So you are Guerra, the one who manipulated Hernan Cortes to conquer the Aztecs.

“Manipulate him?” Vasco laughs; “You’re mistaken, we manipulated no one…unfortunately for you…that was his true personality…he was a brutal and evil man who wished to conquer…the truth is it was the other way around…the man La Llorona met was the false identity implanted by the Red Witch for the Conquistadors to get close to the capital…”

“I see…” Uriel thinks about Marina. Vasco smiles; “Now don’t feel bad boy…this was all fate…we had to do this in order for history to flow like it was written…”

“Written? By who?”

“That’s a secret…for now…you are trapped inside this cursed mirror…with no ways to escape…well, at least you are not alone…”

Vasco looks at his right. Uriel looks as well, he opens his eyes wider; “LETICIA!” Uriel tries to reach her but Vasco stands in front of him; “Calm down, the way you are now, you won’t be able to reach her…you are currently too weak!”

“What did you say?” Uriel glares at Vasco and grabs his shirt neck; “She is important to me, that’s why I chose to enter the mirror…to save her…”

“Hahaha…you are an idiot you know that…” Vasco’s eyes shine a bright red; “Let me tell you something…if you keep getting involved with humans…you will always be weak…the more the relationship grows, the weaker you become…this is an advice that I give you, young successor…severe all those bonds…other wise, you will lose everyone you love…”

-TCH- Uriel lets go of him. He remembers his mother and everyone in the Ministry. He remembers Alejandro and Kasumi. He sees Tiwa and Marjorie. He sees Serena, he lifts his head with determination.

“I know that I am weak…and I know I will have to break those bonds one day…but today…I need to save her…”

Vasco smiles and laughs harder; “You are such a fool…but I respect people like you…very well…I will help you in saving that girl…I will lend you my power…”

Uriel looks surprised and remains speechless. Vasco stretches his hand; “Young successor, I will borrow your body for this…but you must say your real identity…”

“My real identity?”

“Nemesio Santacruz created the Charro Negro to hide the true identity that we have…he did it because we were a target to those who call themselves “The Enlightened”...that’s why, after that we call ourselves El Charro Negro…”

“I understand…” Uriel grabs Vasco’s hand. At that moment, his flame scar in the forearm expands into red veins as Vasco smiles; “Now Uriel Di Fiore…say your true identity and unleash your power…”

“I am the Beginning…I am the End…I am Conflict…I am Peace…I am the Horseman of War…”

(BADUMP)

At that moment, both hands shine a bright crimson color that expands through the whole area, releasing an enormous amount of mana.

The mirror shines a bright crimson color. Tezcatlipoca feels that his arm is burning; “My arm…it’s burning…what is happening?”

Tezcatlipoca lets go of the shield. -BADUMP BADUMP BADUMP- The mirror glows brighter and releases a pillar of crimson mana. At that moment, three figures come out of the mirror.

“This can not be happening…somebody just escaped the cursed mirror…” Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca look as the figures land in front of them.

“It’s been a long time…you false Gods!” Tezcatlipoca and Quetzalcoatl hear a familiar voice coming from the smokescreen.

“I can not believe it…you came back…”

“Of course…I really wanted to say hello…my old friends…”

“Guerra…” Tezcatlipoca and Quetzalcoatl glare at the person walking out of the smokescreen.

The person is Uriel who has a slight change of appearance. The right side of his body changed, half of his hair turned crimson, his cornea turned black and the pupil red, similar to a beast’s eye. Uriel chuckles:

“It’s time for war to be unleashed…”
