Arborus looked around and then touched the ground.
"This feels the same as the town. We move towards it and then we are back to one place."
He touched one of the trees and closed his eyes.
Catherine and Joseph were watching him silently.
After a few minutes, he stopped and went back to the horses waving to them, to follow him, and they got back on the horses.
"Now it should be fine. I've sent a message to Fay."
"Really? You could speak to him?"
"I couldn't, but he should receive my message if it works like in the prairie. Now we just have to move forward. I think it will take half a day or so."
"Then let's go."
They traveled for the rest of the day.
In the evening they've found a new clearing and stayed there to rest.
The next day in the middle of the day they have arrived in a giant clearing in the forest. It seemed like the trees were removed and only a big building was in the middle of the opening.
It was the mansion of the ancients.
Arborus urged his horse to go faster and left the other two at the edge of the forest.
As they were going closer the double doors opened up and an elf woman ran out of the building followed by a man, who was walking calmly behind her.
Arborus jumped down from the horse and hugged the woman.
"Mom! I'm back!"
"Welcome home!"
She was crying while the man walked up and petted the head of the boy.
"I'm very happy that you are back safe my son."
Then he looked at Joseph and Catherine.
"Welcome back Joseph and... I'm very sorry, but I don't think we have met yet!"

Joseph got down from the horse and shook hands with the man.
"It is good to be back. This is my magic casting master Catherine the witch."
She nodded smiling at the man.
"It is nice to meet you, Catherine. My name is Torus. I'm the father of Arborus and she is her mother Amber."
He looked at the woman while speaking.
"You are welcomed to stay here as our guest."
"I'm thankful for the invitation."
Amber released Arborus meanwhile and then clapped.
"You all must be tired and hungry. Please follow me inside! We have food prepared."
They all followed her inside towards the kitchen. Catherine was impressed by the decoration of the building. She has never seen so many detailed works on a house.
While walking the family was talking about what has happened to Arborus while he was away.
Joseph was looking around for other people but only saw a few maids here and there and they all were busy with work, so he couldn't ask around for anything that has happened while they were away.
After eating they went to their room and Catherine went to a guest room to sleep.
