It was similar to his previous experience as he flew past the space filled with nothing but darkness, the light seeping into this space from such a long distance away slammed into him in an instant. After the blinding light dissipated away Kael was greeted by the same dilapidated throne room.

"What happened? What happened to Alexander? And why did these aristocratic clans of demons betray the Empire of Chaos?" Kael asked all the questions, which he had while watching the war. He didn't ask them during the war because he was afraid that he would miss something.

"Instead of asking these questions shouldn't you be asking something else?" Adone asked.

"Like… like what was the cause of this war?" Kael said.

"Or, why were there so many angels in hell?" Adone then explained "This war was fought to gain the right to enter the Ancient Temple where first being of hell attained Apotheosis, and the person who gained apotheosis was the goddess of death. Or this was the reason that they told the public but the real reason was to gain the treasure that helped the Goddess attain apotheosis"

"But there was a problem with the activation of core region where the treasure was kept as it required a large number of sacrifice of souls, so royal families of the top seven empires in hell that are also the families of the seven most powerful beings, at Devil Master level in hell, came together to decide the course of action."

"Alexander represented me as one of the eleven Devil Master level powerhouses and proposed the idea that we should gather all the low-level monsters in our armies and use them as sacrifices but the Divine Beast Empire's Suanni Lion, one of our longtime opponent was against it. Due to consent from other Devil Master experts, he was unable to do anything other than silently go along with our decision"

"But unknown to us, the Empire of Light, in heaven discovered the truth about the ancient temple and the treasure. They also found that the number of sacrifices that would be required would be in billions, if not in tens of billions of souls"

"So, the angels being the haters of demons as they are thought of using an entire empire of demons as a sacrifice, to get their hands on the treasure and they found their perfect target and that was Chaos Empire"

"Yes, the Chaos Empire was their target as Chaos Demons, the rulers of the empire had too little population and the rest of the empire was filled with other races. So, it was easy for them to tempt some of the aristocratic clans of demons to betray the Empire of Chaos and they aligned themselves with the Divine Beast Empire."

"When, I was waiting for the activation of entrance of the core region along with other Devil Masters, they used the fact that the Ancient temple blocks all forms of outside communications to lay an ambush for my son Alexander while he was fending off against army of angels that were marching towards the Chaos Empire along with armies of Divine Beast Empire and various aristocratic clans of demons."

"While their leader Archangel Master Augusta led an attack on us Devil Masters with his Archangels just as we found the treasure that was surrounded by black gasses. So we Devil Masters decided to partner up to defeat him together before fighting for the treasure ourselves but Devil Master Dylin, the Suanni Lion backstabbed me at the last moment just before we could defeat Augusta and made a run for the treasure"

" But just as he touched the treasure it revealed its true appearance. It was a Black Crystal Ball but soon after the contact, the treasure started to absorb Dylin's life force, apparently, the amount of sacrifice was still not enough for the treasure. The treasure was so strong that Dylin had to amputate his hand to save himself before he escaped the concentrated barrage of attacks from the other five Devil Masters.

The other Devil Masters were unable to solve the problem of sacrifice and left the temple to find more sacrifice for the treasure, after capturing half dead Archangel Master Augusta"

"But only after coming out of the temple was I able to understand the real price that took to open the place where the treasure was kept. My whole race was exterminated by the armies of the Empire of Light and Divine Beast Empire because we were betrayed by the people and families that we trusted."

"The death toll reached 13.2 Billion for Demons, 4.6 Billion for Monsters and 6 billion for Angels totaling about 23.8 billion deaths. Of them, tens of thousands of Chaos Demons died, while a few that were not in the empire were hunted down by Divine Beast Empire."

"Due to serious injuries from my fight with Dylin, I was unable to protect myself, let alone fight for the protection of members of my race. So in order to not waste the sacrifice of my race, I tried to find a way to utilize the treasure Black Crystal Ball in my last days in hell, to leave a legacy behind so that people could carry the rage of the entire race and restore our race to its peak glory"

"And then I found that only a person, that had died from due to this treasure before, could use this treasure, while others would simply be absorbed by it and even this method was not a guaranteed success " Adone completely explained everything to Kael with teary eyes as his facial features were slowly revealed to him.

"So, it was because of you that the ball was lodged into my chest….. But does that mean I am dead?" Kael asked.

"Umm… yeah, technically you are dead but my powers are keeping your soul intact while my blood essence is slowly recreating your body to speed up your Rebirth as a Chaos Demon"

"So, why did you choose me? Why not someone of your own race?" Kael asked.

"The survivor of my race are either turned into slaves or are being hunted down, so they don't have the space to grow as well as the potential danger is very high and they would be easily tracked by forces of heaven if they left hell" Adone told Kael his reason for coming for material world before continuing "And I choose you of all people because you have determination as well as will to take action and you were willing to let me in by praying to me and offered to do whatever I say"
