《The Battlemage [FINISHED]》Stalkers - Chapter 4

'What is this. Am I at the right place?' Doccor stood in front of his cave. Or at least whats left of it. The front entrance was demolished, leaving a pile of rubble rather than a cave.
'Who did this.. I'll make them pay... As much as I want to kill whoever did this, I gotta find a place to stay. DAMMIT! This really peeves me.' Doccor was now homeless, but he wouldn't let that get to him. Rather, he'd turn it to his advantage, such as finding a better home.
Doccor set off in a random direction, hoping to find a town or anything that could be deemed as shelter.
'Finally! I've made a mana ball!' Doccor had been practicing his magic while walking and was able to create magic. He twisted his hand and the ball turned into a shard. Doccor flicked his hand the shard went flying into a tree, taking a good chunk of the tree out.
Mana Bolt Beginner Level 1
You've succesfully created a throwable shard that can deal a fair amount of damage.
(Permanent +1 INT | +1 WIS)
'I'm on the path to becoming excellent at magic and swordsmanship. Wonderful!' Doccor was overjoyed at accomplishing this feat. It would open up countless paths in the future.
Doccor unsheathed his sword and grasped the blade with his hand. He willed the mana within him to enter the sword, enhancing it. Doccor sliced the nearby tree, making it collapse in an instant, but destroyed the blade as well.
'Already? Damn, i'll have to get a new one.' The blade turned to dust and withered away, leaving only the handle. 'Hmm? Concrete walls. Did I arrive at a city?' Doccor continued walking with a grey wall in the distance, at the clearing of the forest.

Once Doccor apporached, it was indeed a city. The gate was in front of him with a booth attached to the side of the wall. In front of the booth was a sign with 'Entrance Card Here'.
As Doccor arrived, the guard in the booth welcomed him. "Hello... welcome to Zarzo. Can I see your entrance card?"
Doccor realized he was topless. His shirt got buried in the cave.
"I don't have one." Doccor replied, straight to the point.
"No problem, would you like to buy one now? They are 10 silvers each."
"I don't have any money."
"Hmm, I can give you an entrance fee if you pay back in a week. I'm sure you'll make enough by then."
Doccor thought about it.
"Okay."
Doccor recieved an orange card with an expiry date on it. Similar to a passport in his world, but much more simple.
Doccor walked through the gates, into the town and arrived at his first street bustling with people and stalls which he guessed was the market.
As Doccor walked past, countless stores offered him prices, items and discounts. Unfortunately he had no money.
'Based on memory, there should be an adventurers guild somewhere. I could make some money there.' Doccor wandered around the city looking for an adventurers guild.
Zoro was playing cards with his acquaintances waiting for the boss when a familiar somebody walked by. Once the person was far, Zoro asked his mates.
"Hey, wasn't that Jack? The guy that just went by. He had similar pants.
"Well, he did seem familiar..."
"But, wasn't he burned and killed? The group that cashed in said that."
"Bastards! They scammed us!"
"I'll kill them!" His 2 acquaintances were enraged but Zoro calmed them down.

"Guys, calm down. You're gonna start a fire with all that anger. Lets just tell the boss and get it over with."
"But... Zoro... We were the ones who gave that group the cash. The boss would kill us if he found out."
"Good point... Dammit! Those adventurers fucked us!"
"Lets take this situation into our own hands. I heard the last guy who messed up got the boss to cut off his fingers and burn him to death in a pot of boiling water."
"Yeah lets. I don't want to end up like that guy. Lets follow Jack and take him down when we have the chance."
Zoro and his buddies Zael and Zoi, the Z squad as their boss called them, dropped their card game and stalked Jack who eventually entered an adventurers guild.
"Whats he doing there?" Zoro questioned Jack's strange behavior. Jack used to be a frail kid who was a massive coward. Now he had a good build and was walking like he owned the place.
Little did the Z squad know, the person they were following wasn't Jack. At least not anymore.

The Archaic Elements
A fantasy world, its own unique power-up system, some mystery aspects to make it look interesting and an MC that should make sense but well messes up, cause plot. Flashy fights. Characters will use their brain, unless it is an arrogant young master that needs to be taught a lesson. The starting is slow and maybe boring. The main MC does not desire great strength or harbor any great ambition. He starts out as a naive, lazy and a boring person. But the story does hold one aspect which will fuel the growth of our MC, which is his boundless curiosity for adventure and his will to explore. The second MC is a reincarnation/transmigration and he has a clear cut aim that he needs to achieve. His past life experiences also becomes a pillar that will help guide the main MC, while his friend also supports him. The writing is slow and steady. I will provide reasonings behind most happenings and keep it a logical story. It's a WIP as I edit the previous chapters even as I release more, so while the content doesn't change, the style and smoothness improve. The current release rate is 3 chapter/week. There is no specific date as I can get sidetracked or forgetful., but I will try to stick to Tues, Thurs and Sunday releases.

Natural Alchemist
Will is poor. This is a fact he does not like about himself. Even back at his home village he was considered poor, but poor in the big city means something completely different than poor in a small village... It means ten hour days of hard manual labor with barely enough money to survive, and poor living conditions. He's sick of it, and desperate for change. Perhaps that was what made him decide to spend such a large portion of his savings on a mysterious potion from that beggar... That, and it seemed so special when he held it. But ever since that day, he's been having the strangest dreams... And the work is really starting to take a toll on his body... Author's Note: I wasn't sure which mature content warnings I should put on this novel, as I'm pretty much pantsing the story. I'm putting them there mostly as a percaution, but also to not limit myself as to where the story can go. This is my first time writing and publishing anything substantial. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
