《The Isekai》Chapter 4: The ghost girl

In two days I will be going to the academy so today I will have to move there because the academy is in another city, called Weils.
I made my preparations, I packed my luggage, I said goodbye to all and I left the house. My mother, untrusting, sent Laura and Yura with me. The trip was long and we arrived at night to the city, then we decided to sleep in a hotel, apparently, my father forgot to tell me that I don't have a place where I can live, and in the hotel they only had one room free so we had to sleep on the bed. Laura ended sleeping naked next to me again, Yura ended sleeping while she was hugging me and I ended sleeping happy but at the same time worried.
The next day while Laura and Yura were sleeping, I went find a house to live, I don't care if the house is small or big, after a long time trying to find a house I decided to go to guild to see if there were houses for sale and I found a big house with a cheap price, it was strange but it was a good house, the house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a garden in front and in the back of the house, a kitchen, a meeting room and a basement, and it was near the academy so I bought the house. When I went back to the hotel and I told them about the house. After we went to see the house, we entered and we decided to clean and prepare the house for our needs. First, we didn't see anything strange but while we were preparing and cleaning the house we heard strange noises coming from the fifth bedroom, Yura was scared and Laura was acting like the brave girl even if her legs were trembling. Then I calmed them, we finished the cleaning and we went to sleeping ignoring the sounds. I wanted to know what was doing the strange noise so, in the night when Laura and Yura were sleeping, I went to the fifth room I opened the door slowly and I saw that nobody was in the room, suddenly the door closed and a ghost appeared on the bed, I never believed in ghost but there she was. I asked her why she was there and what I could for her, she didn't respond so I decided to move closer to her, thinking that I didn't hear her response. When I was close to her, she grabbed me and she put me on the bed, I tried to escape but she was really strong. Then she asked me: "Who are you?", "How is possible for me to touch you?", "Why are you human here, are you trying to steal like the others the jewels and all the valuable objects?or are you here eliminate me?". I responded: "I'm Florium Tarsal Farfalles and I'm the new owner of this house", "I don't know why I can touch you", "I promise that I won't do any bad things to the house or to you", but she didn't release me and ,while she was smiling with bad intentions, she told me: "Today you are lucky to be with me, good boy" and after she started slowly to break my clothes, in that moment I was thinking that my first time was being given to a ghost, I closed my eyes and then I heard a spell, when I opened my eyes I saw the ghost stunned on the floor and Laura at the door.

After Laura asked me if I was safe, I told her: "Yes, you came just in time, thanks", when the things calmed and the ghost woke up, I asked her name and why she was doing all the strange noises, trying to scare us. She responded that her name was Yunis and that before being a ghost, she was a human princess that died because some thieves entered in her house killing her father, raping and killing her mother and killing her. It was a horrible story and I felt sad about her, killed with seventeen and without the possibility to grow up.
Then I decide to offer her an agreement, "I will leave this house with them if you want to be alone,I understand you",she responded: "You are a good boy and I think that you are going to take good care of this house so if you want to stay, you can stay here", after hearing that I was happy and in the end we made a ghost friend. The next day, the house was in silence and we, Laura and me, presented Yunis to Yura, she ended white and she fainted on the floor. Maybe we needed to wait more time to present her to Yura.
"I think that my days are going to be more interesting since now."

Live Life Homunclus
The end is not always the end. Nothing is permanent, and even death itself is merely a transition. This fact holds true for a certain young man who died quite tragically on Earth. Lucky for him, a new life was just around the corner. A world filled with magic, adventure, and oh so many dangers awaited. Everything would be perfect, if it wasn't for the fact that he reincarnated into a homunclus. An artificial life-form said to possess almost zero combat capabilities. An exemplary example of pure breed cannon fodder. Surviving in a world where dragons roam the skies and monsters stalk the lands, wasn't this a bit too unreasonable?
