I walk back and forth looking at this sleeping spider. I do wonder how to power it is. I left the room and walk to the other dorms where everyone else was located. I walk to Perry’s room and knocks on his door. He asks, “who is it. I am busy come back later.” I answer, “get your butt out here now I need you to do something.” I can hear a slurping sound behind the door. “Why are you here Alex? Is Erica here to kill me, or did she send you to do the job?” I do not have time for this. I kick in his door. Perry looks at me with fright. He put up his hands like he was ready for a fight. A rock hit him from behind knocking him out. I drag him back to my room. I slap his face with my hand to wake him up.

“Stop, stop, I am awake please stop hitting me. Where am I did someone kidnap me?” He cries. I ignore him and throw him at the desk where the spider is sleeping. Perry put his hand through the spider and looks up at me and asks, ”Why did you do that? What do you want from me?” It doesn’t seem like he can see the spider. I walk over to the desk and push him out of the way. I try to grab the spider but this time my hand went straight through him. Wow, I might just have to ignore this thing because there is no way for me to ever beat it. Perry was looking at me weird.

He asks, “Are you going to answer any of my questions or are you just going to act weird.” I open my door and points at it. Perry looks at me confused. I do not have time for this. I walk behind Perry and grab him and then throw him out of the room. I lock the door behind him. Perry starts beating on my door like a crazy person but lets ignore him. I start to think how I shall threat this spider when I hear Perry punch my door. Who in the world does he think he is? I open the door and this time created an ice blade. I swing it at Perry who barely dodges. After dodging the attack he turns and runs away, which is fine I just wanted him to leave.

I sit on my bed thinking about what I should do about this whole situation when I hear a knock on the door. “Little brother let me in. Perry says you are acting weird and I want to know what is going on.” I open the door for Erica. Erica looks at my desk and slowly mover her hand above it. Her hand stops right above the spider but then it continues moving. “do you see the spider on top of my desk?” I ask looking at her actions. “Spider? There is no spider on top of the desk. But I did hear from Perry that you were swiping at the air above your desk. My question to you what is wrong? I can see that something is bothering you.” She moves her hand away from the desk and sits in my chair. I sigh. “I have a question if someone did something to you and it is impossible to get revenge how would you feel?” I ask.

She looks at me and sighs. “You need to get over this revenge thing. Can I ask why what did they do to you and why it is impossible to get revenge on them?” “They told someone that I had something important and the person they told was able to steal it from me. Now, the person who told the person about my team is now dead so there is no way for me to get my revenge.” I reply. Erica looks at me and put her hand on my shoulder. “Then forgive that person. They weren’t the one who stole the item and there is nothing you can do about them. Yes, they give away the information but that means nothing because they aren’t the ones that stole the item. So, instead of looking at them look at the people who stole your stuff.” She walks to the desk and sat on it. She sat right on top of the spider but that doesn’t matter she is right. The spider isn’t the one who killed my parents. The fairy users did. They were given the information about my birth but that doesn’t mean the spider order them to kill my parents or try to kill me.

I look at Erica and say, “ thanks for your advice. I will keep that in mind you can go know. I will stop acting weird.” Erica grins and she starts to leave when I ask a question. “Did you punch Perry in the face when he said I was acting weird?” She turns around and smiles, “Yep, he was talking bad about my little brother. I had to punish him.” I roll my eyes and reply, “No, you just wanted to punch him in the face. You can leave now. But do not punch our teammates just because you want to. Please?” “I will think about it.” Erica leaves the room.

I wait for a minute and open the door. I check to see if Erica or anyone else is nearby. The coast was clear so I went to the spider and try to grab him. My hand got stuck in mid-air, such a powerful being. “Spider, I know you can hear me, I have a question for you. Did you order the fairy users to kill my parents?” I pull my hand away from the web and look at the spider. The webs combine and read No. I doubt the spider is lying and even if it is there is nothing I can do. So, I will believe the spider and stop thinking about trying to kill it. I feel some relief. Trying to figure out how to attack and destroy this spider would have been impossible and I might have gone mad trying to figure out how to kill it.

I go to my desk and open up a drawer and get a notepad out. I start writing instructing on it. After I was done I went out to the stadium to work out. I start to run. This feels so relaxing. Not having to deal with life hearing the wind run past my ears. I ran around the track 40 times to start relaxing my mind and body. I walk to the center of the area and shoots out a huge flame. I test my strength wanted to see how high I can cause the flame to go. It went way into the sky. I didn’t want to put all my strength into the attack because I still wanted to surprise the school when we fought.

The roar of the flames was deafening. I start to hear people exiting the school and coming to the stadium. I look around and it seems that the entire school was looking at my flames. I gave the flames more power and it reaches even higher into the sky. People look at the flames and took a step back. There were even seniors in the group that looks afraid of my power. I stop the flames and look at the entire school and announce, “For here on in this is my school. Everyone will listen to my commands and we will defeat the fairy users once and for all. I am going to be the one who will lead us to victory. Say my name Alexander if you are with me.” The crowd of people looks at me with anger in their eyes. It seems that it is time to beat these dogs into submission.

I walk to my team and give Erica the notepad. “Have the team follow these instructions. I will be away for a week and will be back when it is time to fight.” With that, I took off into the sky. I went home for a week to relax and ask my parents to get Erica a book that she wanted. I lay around the house not doing anything for a week beside talking to my parents and helping with housework.

I told them about the big school and they were so proud. They are happy that I am taking initiative to take over the entire school. I also told them about elder Jessie, that he keeps attacking me for no reason and threaten me. They told me not to worry about him. He isn’t a nice guy but he does know I am the strongest Jeonglyeong users. He is just a dick that wants to act as he owns me but as long as I keep defining him sooner than later he will start to leave me alone since he should figure out that he will never be able to control me.

A week flew past and it was time for the big fight. I said goodbye to my parents and gave them a big hug. I flew back to the school and went to the gymnasium. I met Erica at the entrance of the gymnasium with the rest of the team. Why is this girl my adopted sister? I love my adopted parents but Erica is crazy and I want to know where she comes from. Erica is wearing an all-black outfit with a cloak. She was wearing knee-high black boots with legs and a black dress. She was caring for her scythe well it isn’t a real scythe-like we see in old books but a huge hammer. She rather it is called a scythe because she likes to be known as death. The rest of the group had a scared look on their face beside Perry. He was lying on the ground. I bet he tried to correct Erica on the weapon saying it was a giant hammer instead of a scythe.

“Well let’s go in. You guys first.” My team walks into the gymnasium one after another until there were two left. Erica took off her hood and looks at me and says, “Nice going with the flame. Boy did you call out the entire school on that display of power? You are becoming part of the family. One of us, one of us.” She laughs and walks into the gymnasium. The last one in the group is wendy and she looks at me and touches my arm. She walks into the stadium with a look of worry on her face. Let’s destroy that look and after this fight, she might never doubt me again. Wait why I am thinking this way about her. Why do I care how she thinks of mine. I need to calm down and ignore her. I walk into the gymnasium and see everyone is seated except for 6 people my opponents.

I walk to the center of the room each step echo throughout the gymnasium. I stood at the center of the room and look at my opponents. There were 4 boys and 2 girls. Jake walks up to me. He puffs up his chest and says, “ Alexander your little display have scared some of our members so you wouldn’t mind me not using my team and instead using seniors. I will become an elder. These people think I have a lot of potentials and think that you are too arrogant for your own good. We are here to put you back in your place. So, do not run to mom and dad after this beating. Wait never mind you do not have a mom or dad.” He starts to laugh. Boom! Boom! Boom! I punch Jake in the gut. He bends over and I uppercut him. I hit him in the face that causes him to fly up into the air. I kick him in the gut as he was floating in the air. He flies back and one of his teammates catches him. He looks at me with a bloody nose and says, “Not fair. You attack without someone signal to start the fight.” I look at him and smiles. “What didn’t you hear? Erica gave us the signal.” I got into my fighting stance waiting to see what they will do next.
