As the girl announced that Kaido is her papa, everyone including the maids, guards, and butlers that were present were shocked

"Ehhhhhh!!!???"

As they shouted this Kaido himself just stared in a far away place hoping that this doesn't end in a misunderstanding

"Kaido-dono! Your a father?" Asks Reinbach shakily

After being shocked Reinbach have to ask this question to confirm something

"So a normal young looking guy has already a daughter? Does that mean he has a wife?" Said Eli

"I didn't see this coming" stated Lilith

"Kaido-sama does that mean she's your successor to our group?" Asks Melfina

"That's just impossible!" Startled Rebecca

As they said this Kaido smiled indifferently at them

"No way!"

Being in shock they couldn't even have enough time to think properly

"Kaido! Does that mean she's really your daughter? And look at that ears and her skin! It's scales! Does that mean you married a mermaid or a siren? How old were you when you married?" Asks Rebecca

Hearing the rows of question Kaido became annoyed and flicked Rebecca's forehead to shut her up

"How will I know? Your the first person that I met that is quite talkative you know!" Said Kaido

"Ouch! My forehead!" Said Rebecca as she covered her forehead

"That hurts you know!" She pouted

After a moment the whole group finally calmed down from the shock and gathered at the living room to ask the little girl properly

As an experienced in kids Eli talked first

"Dear! Your name is sui right?" Asks Eli

"Yeah my name is sui" replied sui

"Can you please tell me how can you say Kaido here is your papa?" Asks Eli

As she asks this everyone especially Kaido paid attention

"What do you mean? Papa is papa!" Replied sui with a shrugged

Hearing the answer everyone was not contented by it and gave a groan of dissatisfaction

Seeing this Eli gave a little of more push to squeeze out some information

"How can you tell? Do you have a hint saying he's your papa? Asks Eli

"Hint?" Asks sui while she tilted her head

Later on she suddenly remembered something

"Ah! Picture!" Exclaimed sui

"Picture?" Asks Eli I confusion

Hearing that there's hint it again piqued their interest

"Here! It's a picture of me and papa when I was a baby!" Said sui as she tools out a picture from inside her ragged clothes

As they looked at the picture they saw a guy exactly looking like Kaido but with Gill ears and scales carrying sui happily

When they saw this they finally understood why the little girl mistakes Kaido as her papa for they look almost exactly the same

"No wonder!" Reacted Lilith

"He really does looks like kaido-sama" said Melfina

"Yeah but with little difference" added Rebecca

"But seeing her clothes now does that mean her mother abandoned her?" Asks Reinbach

Hearing Reinbach question everyone looked at sui with a look on pity but sui herself was busy indulging Kaido's warmth

Finally Eli asked

"Umu! Sui-chan! Are you abandoned? Why are you dressed like that? Did your mother leave you?" She asks

Hearing her question about her mother she hurriedly denied it

"No mother loves me so much she would never abandon me!" Replied sui

Hearing her innocent words Eli probed deeper

"Then why are you in that state?" She asks

"This...."

Hearing her stutter everyone focused their attention to her

"I was taken away from mother while she was busy on something! She said she would be back but I was taken by someone else! Some merman tried to stop the people who took me but we're unable to catch up..... My mother she might be lonely now! She cried lots when father went missing, she must be more depressed now that I'm gone too...." She said

"But now since I found papa maybe mama would brighten up!!!" Added Sui

As she said that everyone started to think

"Taken away? Does that mean poach?" asks Reinbach

"And since she's here that means one of the citizens are poaching girls like her" confirmed Kaido

"Impossible! A citizen in this city dares to poach young children?"

When Eli heard this she begun to ask again

"You said you were taken away! But how did you escape?" She asks

With this everyone looks at sui again

So sui answered them

"An elf onee-chan helped me escape! She said that she couldn't help her sister so this time she'll help me escape to attain for her weakness" said sui

"Elf?" Reacted Kaido

As he heard the word elf Kaido remembered the promise last two weeks ago at Guila town

Then Kaido looked at Melfina and saw Melfina was similarly shocked

"What! What's her name?" Asks Melfina

Seeing her reaction everyone though it was quite important

"She said something about Zia!" Said sui

Hearing this Melfina grabbed her daggers ready to head straight for her sister

"Melfina! Calm down! I won't do any good if you save her now" said Kaido

"But kaido-sama!" Insisted Melfina

Seeing this Kaido made a decision

"Alright gather the combatants be got a mission for them! Reinbach you handle the papers make sure we have enough evidence to bring them down"

As he said this Melfina nodded and went out while Reinbach stood there

"Well I do want to help you but you have to take care of her!" Said Reinbach

"Her? Alright I can do that much" replied Kaido

As that was over the whole group moved but by night came Melfina can't be found anywhere and sui spends the night in Kaido's room since she doesn't want to seperates from kaido

The next morning Melfina still haven't returned yet and Kaido goes to decent cafe together with sui, while the latter tries to enjoy he time with her papa

Not far from them some people are hiding I a corner eyeing them or most likely eyeing Sui

"We found her!" Said the male person in the crystal

(Great! Retrieve her at all cost) said the voice in the crystal

"Roger!"

At the other side of the crystal the Earl was waiting there for a great news, when he learned that yesterday a fishfolk child escaped because of his maid he was furious so he threw the maid at the dungeon and tortured her until she bleeds while also ordering the assasins to locate the fishfolk child and thus locating her at the capital

"You think you can escape from me? Think again!"
