[Collisium, Hallway]

Unfortunately as this event unfold both Jack and Okou manage to witness the scene where the Marquez wife slaps Kaido right to the face when they were about to turn a corner

When seeing this Okou was so enraged as the noblewoman disrespected the person whom his life is indebted to

"This woman!!! How dare she..."

When Okou was about to storm in Jack hurriedly stopped him, this action greatly confused Okou so he stared daggers at Jack

"Move! If you don't I'll break your arm" threatened Okou

Hearing this Jack smirked at Okou as he replied

"Do it if you can... But don't ever charge in there" said Jack

Hearing this Okou questioned him

"What are you saying? Are you telling me to just let that go?" Asks Okou angrily

"I didn't say that... Just think about it! That kid didn't do anything to that woman... Meaning that he's giving her face but I'm sure that kid is as mad as you are right now" stated Jack

Hearing that Okou stuttered for a moment before he asks him

"Then why didn't he do anything?"

"I don't know... But let's observe for now" replied Jack

At the hallway the Marquez wife glared at Kaido as if she is looking at an incompetent person

"Who do you think you are?" She howled

Hearing her tone Rebecca became flustered as she switch her gaze from her stepmother to Kaido and was quite worried about what to happen

Consequently Marquez Lucio spoke up to answer his wife's question

"He's the guest of his majesty... The one in the rumors" he stated

Hearing him the Marquez wife stared back at Kaido as she says

"So your that commoner who is the talk of the empire?... Pathetic! Who cares if you defeated a demon! I bet that demon is just a mere lowly demon and you just happens to defeat it by mere luck" she stated arrogantly

"I don't care if your the talk of the empire! Since your a human it is automatically that you are under the Empire's jurisdiction meaning that once a commoner will always be a commoner... And a commoner can never compare to a noble" she added

If the situation was right even Rebecca would agree to her stepmother's words but this situation was not simple since she was provoking a person who didn't give a shit to the Empire's values

At that Kaido slowly turned his gaze at the noblewoman and stared at her with his blood red eyes

The state that Kaido gave off gave the woman chills in her spine so she slowly backs away as she turns around

"Rebecca! You will return to the Manor since you lost and that is final... Your cause will now be beneficial for our family" she said as she starts to walk away

Similarly Marquez Lucio also gave his words to Rebecca

"Return! Understand? You should be a little worried about your mother if you care for her well being" he said

Hearing him Rebecca spoke up

"You... What are you gonna do to mother?" She asks worriedly

"Nothing will happen to her... That is if you returned obediently... I'll wait for your return" he said as he left

As both Marquez Lucio and his wife left Kaido calmed himself down and glanced at the worried Rebecca, after all these times she with him even at the time he first met her and get acquainted this is the first time he saw her so stressed and worried at the same time

"Are you okay?" He asks

Hearing his voice Rebecca shook a little before she replied in teary eyes

"I... I'm fine! More importantly how are you?" She asks back

"You know the answer..." Replied Kaido

At that Rebecca stuttered a little

"I... I see"

As silence permitted the air Rebecca requested something to Kaido

"Can... Can you leave me for a while?" She asks

As if he understands what goes through her mind he nodded silently as he walks away

Before Kaido turn to a corner he looked back at Rebecca only to see her crouching unto the floor, somehow he hears a little sobbing from her but he left her alone to give her some time to calm down

When he turned to a corner he met Okou and Jack staring at him and after hearing the confrontation Kaido was a little bit pissed off and this is obvious when both Jack and Okou saw the look at Kaido's face which could kill someone

As they passed by Kaido said to Okou

"Okou! You don't have to win... Just make sure to make them go all out... I'll take care of the rest" he said

When Okou heard this he realized that Kaido ordered him to make his opponent show as much capabilities he have so he eagerly nodded as he struck his chest

"Leave it to me" he replied

At that Kaido and Jack returned to the balcony while Okou went straight at the arena as the second match was about to start

When Kaido got back he slump down on his chair to calm down for a bit and seeing his behavior princess Ingrid and the rest guessed that something must have come up to make Kaido want to cool down his head

Seeing his behaviour Sui approaches him to eager alleviate his stress

"Papa! Stroke Sui's head" she said as she sits on Kaido's lap

Seeing this Kaido smiled a little as he stroke Sui's head

"Good girl... But don't worry I'm not angry" he replied

"I know... I just don't want Papa to feel stressed that's all!" Replied Sui

Hearing her Kaido chuckled as he thought that Sui is really something

Sensing that Kaido's mood was elevated everyone in the balcony struck a thumbs up at Sui for improving Kaido's mood

Of course sensing praises Sui smiled cheerfully as she struck a thumbs up too

[Arena]

Inside the arena Okou gathered his wits as he faced a terrifying opponent cause after all his opponent is a SSS-Rank adventurer, which in turns indicate a top notch warrior for humankind

As he steps inside the arena cheers can be heard as everything was directed to his opponent and seeing this he felt that this was normal since this is the opponent's home ground

At the other side Luke is waiting for him patiently and when he saw that Okou was eager to fight him he decided to not let his expectations down and give it his all

Seeing both sides are ready King Emperor Ergo gave the signal which started the second match

As if triggered Okou immediately puts all his strength in his feet to launch himself directly at his opponent but all of this was halted when suddenly like out of nowhere Luke's aura skyrocketed which not only oppressed him but it also included the nearby people within the range of the collisium

Luke's aura was like a water from a huge waterfall dropping suddenly to Okou, this made him staggered a little as he felt that his breath was getting heavier with each step

Because of this he glared at his opponent which is Luke as he muttered under his heavy breathing

"You damn monster! S-rank and above adventurer are really a monster"
