《Throne of World》Ch 20 | Brother David

The sun was already near the horizon and traces of darkness were already covering the sky. The temperature was dropping pretty quickly and the wind was becoming cool and relaxing.
On the playground beside the cottage, Alexander who was wearing a black vest paired with a black trouser was doing push-ups.

He stood up from the ground. Push-ups weren't included by the system in his daily task but he knew that arm strength is necessary for fights. Even if you have to fire an anti-tank rocket, you need to be able to hold the recoil force. Thus training one's biceps was an important task.
He was drenched in sweat, wetting his vest. Although it's only the first day but the effect of yesterday's medicine was pretty good. His body was now in perfect shape, body muscles a bit toned, though not like a soldier but there wasn't any extra fat.
After the morning class, he went to the library along with Hazel under the views of everyone. Even professor Felix was shocked!
He didn't spit a single word in the library and was only reading continuously. He completed about another 5 books in three hours as they were pretty thin. Hazel on the opposite side of him would read sometime or would look at him with a confused gaze.
It wasn't that Alexander didn't want to talk with her but when it came to talking with girls, whether it was Alexander from another world or this world, they both were losers.
In the course of these three days, Alexander started to feel something about Hazel, he wasn't as repulsive to her as he's with any other girl. Her cute face, her quietness, and her witty brain, everything was up to his liking. This might be considered a bit of liking or admiration but this wasn't enough to make him speak something to her in his own accord.

After the library, he came directly to exercise.
While he was looking at the sun after being drenched with sweat, a towel flew onto his body from the side, followed by a deep but excited voice.
" Hey, brother! Are you trying to get yourself sick to cancel our appointment? "
When Alexander turned his head, he saw a boy in a black hoodie and black jeans waving towards himself. The boy waved at him once and then started running along the track.
This was David. A crazy boy! He knew about his true identity as he was the son of his father's best friend. He was his playmate in school and home since childhood.
Alexander felt warm in his heart looking at David's care for him. He in his previous life never felt anything like that, there weren't any true friends in his previous life! But this life he finally got them! And he'll really cherish them!
Alexander hung the towel on his neck and started running towards David, eventually matching his speed. He looked at him and asked, " Hey brother, why didn't you tell me that this forest cottage is so great? "
David turned his face towards him and gave him a dirty look,
" I didn't tell you? Or you wanted to be Elliott and company? "
Alexander realizing his mistake coughed in embarrassment,
" Cough, Cough "
David who was running suddenly realized something and raised an eyebrow,
" Bro, did you get some medicine? "
Alexander who was still embarrassed a bit, looked at David in amazement, " How did you know? "
" Hahaha " David laughed
Alexander was curious about how David found about medicine?
" Hey tell me! How did you know that? "
David stopped running and patted at Alexander's shoulder who also came to a halt just after David.

" Don't I know my brother's body? "
" If you didn't get medication. You would have been already lying cold on the ground! Haha! But brother, I am really happy for you! "
While speaking the first part he was excited but in the last part, there was a drop of tear in the corner of his eye.
He swiftly wiped it off and laughed a bit.
" This is really great news! I'll let uncle, aunt, and grandfather know! They will be most happy after knowing this. "
" But before that, we will have to celebrate. Let's go to the best bar in the city. Let's go get changed. "
He held Alexander's hand and dragged him to his cottage forgetting about his own exercise schedule. Now his brother was fit like a normal human, so he is super happy!
