These candles were marked 1-7 and mistakenly enchanted. When he blew out the first one, candles 7 and 2 were blown out as well! When he blew on the first one again, all three candles were relit! He repeated blowing on other candles and it seems blowing on one candle will change the state of 3 (it and it’s neighbors).
