When I opened my eyes, all I saw were huge trees.

"Huh, seems like I landed right in the middle of a forest,"

As soon as I was about to try to find a way out, I heard an extremely loud voice.

"Hello, my name is Navi, and I am going to help you on your journey here is Napreshan!"

When I looked behind me, I saw a little creature that looked like Kyubey from Puella Magi. At this moment my otaku senses were tingling.

"Woah woah, steady there you little Kyubey impersonator. I know where this is going. You're going to give me good advice for like a good year then when I somehow get a bit stronger, you're going to say something like 'Oh, I'm some emotionless creature that literally just used you for this planet's benefits,' or something like that aren't you?"

"Mr. Jeffrey, you are quite the creative man, but unfortunately, I am just a helper that Lucifer-sama has sent to help you on your journey,"

(Sama is used in Japan for calling a lord or a higher being.)

"Oh, ummm, ok then. Well then Navi, can you tell me how the system works?"

"Of course! It's quite simple Mr. Jeffrey. All you have to do is call out whatever you need to call out. There are 4 main functions: Status, Item Box, Skills, and Map. Status is where you will be able to see everything from level to the items that you are equipping. Item Box allows you to store items. By the way in order to put items in the Item Box, all you have to do is think about the item going inside the box and it will automatically disappear. Skills lets you see the skills you currently have and once you level up, you will get SP (Skill Points) and you will put in those SP to any skill that you choose. And finally Map is pretty self explanatory,"

"Thank you Navi and you don't have to say Mr. Jeffrey every time. Just call me Jeffrey,"

"Alright then Jeffrey. Are there any more questions that you would like to ask me?"

"No that'll be all for now,"

"Alright then. Please call me whenever you need my assistance,"

With a poof, Navi disappeared.

"Hmm, what an interesting creature. Status!"

Immediately, a hologram like I saw at the Goddess' place showed up once again.

Immediately the hologram disappeared.

Another hologram showed up. This time, it was full of slots like looking inside the chest in Minecraft.

"Oh, there are a couple of stuff there,"

When I looked at those items, I was ecstatic.

Ability 1: After two attacks using this sword, it absorbs the air mana around it and creates a condensed tornado that is able to shred boulders.

"Hey Navi," I called out while looking confusedly at the weapon.

"Yes, Jeffrey?" Immediately Navi popped out of nowhere.

"Well, what does rank 1 mean? I mean I have some basic clues, but I'm just trying to make sure I got the right ideas here,"

"Ahhh, yes, these ranks represent the level of the weapon. The level of the weapon increases when you upgrade your weapon. Of course, the weapon can only be upgraded when you are at a certain level and when all materials are gathered. Also, not all weapons have ranks so do not expect to upgrade every weapon you see, though you are probably only going to use the katana that Lucifer-sama gave you since you seem like you enjoy Japanese culture,"

"Ahhh, thank you,"

"No problem," Like it had appeared, Navi disappeared with a poof.

"Hmm, I see so basically, my weapons are set. There's a couple more stuff here,"

Now I was quite curious about what skills I would get.

"I would probably get some Yasuo-like skills since she gave me a katana. Skills!"

This time there were 5 boxes grayed out, a plus button next to each box, and on the bottom was how much SP I had.

"Hmm, this is just the basics isn't it?!"

Beginner Swordsman Skills: At this level, you have not even mastered the basics of swordsmanship. Maxing out the skills here will allow you to master the basics without years practice needed unlike many of the inhabitants of this world.

Draw: Blade is drawn out of the sheath, also doing a short range slash at the enemy SP: 0 + Max:10 MP used: 0

Slash- Blade is slashed diagonally, vertically, or horizontally at the enemy. SP: 0 + Max: 10

Mp used: 0

Harai Waza: Flips the opponent's weapon and hits the opponent SP:0 + Max 10

MP used: 0

Counter- Parrying then immediately returning the blow. SP: 0 + Max 10

(Does not work with slimes or any other monster that does not take physical damage due to body constitution.) MP used: 0

Forward Slice Cut: Overhead Slash Sp: 0 + Max: 10 MP used: 0

"Hmmm, so I guess for now I will put a SP on every skill and just figure out the rest. Ma-,"

"Wait Jeffrey,"

"Wahhhhhh, Navi, you can't scare me like that,"

"Jeffrey, I forgot to mention that when you don't want to say each individual setting out loud, you can simply swipe your finger to the left in the air and the settings will show. That is all I want to say. Goodbye," After saying his piece, Navi quickly disappeared.

"Holy, what the hell,"

Using Navi's advice, I quickly swiped my finger midair and like it said, a setting bar showed up with everything on it. For now, I just clicked on the Map and saw where I was.

"So right now... I am in the Forest of the Living in the Kingdom of Piton. The nearest town would be around around 2 kilometers from here. Oh god, I'm gonna be walking around like crazy aren't I?"

With all that, I finally started my adventure.
