Seeing her son's action, the queen started paying attention to the beautiful woman holding her son's hand.
"So, you are Ms. Lilica? Kazuya's told me about you. Nice to meet you!" The queen walked towards Lilica elegantly and smiled warmly, making Lilica feel welcomed.
However, the King's reaction was different. He hadn't heard about this woman before him before. Judging from her appearance, the king assumed she was a succubus. He didn't really like the fact that his son was holding hands affectionately with a succubus and that he had never heard about this before but his wife did. Kazuya had told Lilica that his parents were open minded just to assure her. In reality, it was only his mother who was open minded, not his father. But he believed that with his father's wife-doting personality, he would eventually accept Lilica too.
Lilica, who couldn't really use formal words, didn't know the right words to use to reply to the queen so she glanced at Kazuya, asking for help. Just greeting them was the limit of her vocabularies.
Noticing her SOS gaze, Kazuya smiled at her gently and said, "It's fine to use casual speech. My mother doesn't mind."
"Nice to meet you too, your majesty." Lilica replied the queen, trying to be as polite as possible even though Kazuya had told her it was fine.
Kazuya frowned when he heard her say 'your majesty' instead of 'mother-in-law'. It seemed like the woman still doesn't realize her position fully.
Sensing her son's expression, the queen helped her son.
"You're his fiancée so just call me mother!" The queen said warmly as she looked at Lilica like her daughter already. The queen was a perceptive person and also noticed the change in emotions on her husband's face. It was probably time she explained it to him.

"You all should be tired from the trip. Lilica, you can stay in Kazuya's room. We should leave the two lovebirds here. We'll see you later." The queen giggled teasingly at the couple on the bed and dragged her husband out of the room. Lilica and Kazuya also exited the room to make some space for Lilienne and Kazuki.
