Kazuya noticed Lilica's fear in her gaze and decided it was time he put a stop to this woman once and for all. He had tolerated her before since she was the daughter of his mother's friend and was friends with Ken, but he wouldn't tolerate her if she made his wife feel insecure.

Everyone was shocked at Lilica's action. Lilica looked so gentle and kind, unlikely to actually slap anyone.

"Hah! So weak! You can only give sloppy slaps! What 'for my husband'! He doesn't need someone useless like you!" Lacey taunted, unwilling to admit defeat, even though Lilica's slap was really hurtful.

Lacey had bruises all over her body and was crying too. She had never been humiliated like this before. She had only decided to slap her in the heat of the moment but who knew she was going to be beaten like this.

"I'm so sorry…sob… I'll never cross you again… so…please forgive me…sob…" Lacey said between her sobs. She had given up the will to fight already. It hurt too much.

"GO AWAY!" Kazuya shouted loudly, chasing Lacey away.

Lacey quickly ran out of the room in tears, leaving an awkward silence in the room.

Although they were all good friends, what Lacey had done was really overboard. It was enough if she had followed Kazuya around, but she even tried to hurt a pregnant woman, which showed how warped her love for Kazuya was. None of them followed her outside.

"It doesn't. Look at your hands, it's so red. Ken, bring me an ice pack." Kazuya demanded, worried for his wife.

"Okay. I'm sorry, Miss Lilica, for having to deal with that woman." Ken said as he looked apologetic. If he didn't invite the two of them inside, both of them wouldn't have to get hurt.

"It's okay. I know that hubby has many admirers, so I have to deal with them all." Lilica said as she smiled gently at Kazuya.

"You also have many admirers for me to deal with." Kazuya replied as he gestured for his wife to return to her seat.
