Outside the café, a certain couple walked by and saw Lilica and Ven from the café's window. Ven and Lilica were walking out of the café together when suddenly, the couple called out to them.

"Lily! Ven!" the man called out.

The two of them turned around and saw two familiar faces.

"Mom… Dad…" Lilica murmured unbelievably. Although she had prepared herself to talk to them properly, she wasn't mentally ready for it yet. She felt nervous meeting her parents again.

"Good evening, Mr. and Mrs. Stell." Ven greeted, trying his best to control his emotions.

"When did you come back? What are you doing here?" Mrs. Stell asked her daughter, missing her dearly. "Come give mom a hug…" she continued as she stretched her arms to hug Lilica.

Lilica felt a little nervous when she returned her mother's warm hug. She hadn't seen or heard their voices for 4 years. She really missed them too.

"Mommy… I'm back…" Lilica said as tears of happiness rolled down her delicate face.

After a long hug, her mother let go of her, glancing at her stubborn husband for him to give Lilica a hug too.

Mr. Stell walked towards Lilica slowly, unsure if he should stop being stubborn and just welcome her back.

However, when she touched her hands, he immediately felt a painful jolt.

"Ouch!" he shouted painfully.

Lilica had forgotten that the opposite sex couldn't touch her while she was pregnant, except for her husband. She couldn't warn her father in time and saw that he had stumbled back a few steps.

"What happened?" Lilica's mother asked, curious.

"This feeling… Don't tell me…" Mr. Stell murmured to himself, recalling the times where he had accidentally come in contact with his sister during her pregnancy. The feeling of the painful jolt was exactly the same, however, Lilica's force was a lot stronger. This reaction would become stronger if the pregnant one was close to the child's father. Thinking of all the possibilities, he decided to just ask her.

"Lily… Are you… pregnant?" Lilica's father asked softly, as if afraid to hear the truth from her mouth, confirming his suspicions.

"…Yes." Lilica replied, feeling slightly guilty. She knew that her father hadn't followed her to the human realm because he thought that she could take care of herself. However, she had come back pregnant instead.

"!!!" Lilica's mother was surprised, as she hadn't expected their reunion to be when she had returned home because she was pregnant. She had guessed that that would be the only reason why Lilica was willing to come back.

"…Father… Who's the father?" Mr. Stell asked, still feeling unreal.

"... That's…" Lilica didn't know where to start telling them about Kazuya. He was the second prince and she didn't know if her parents would accept other species at all. Her father was always stubborn and traditional. He didn't like doing things out of the norm, so he didn't like the fact that Lilica had gone to the human world.

"Is it Ven? You bastard… I told you to go and take care of her, to make sure that she was living comfortably! And now? How did she become pregnant? Is this how you take care of your friend?! I shouldn't have trusted you!" Mr. Stell shouted angrily, feeling like he had wronged his daughter. He shouldn't have left his precious daughter with this ungrateful bastard.

Ven, who was quiet all along, was suddenly dragged into their conversation. He didn't retort back or anything, as he also felt guilty for not taking good enough care for Lilica, since she had gotten pregnant.

"Dad! It's not Ven!" Lilica quickly shouted back, afraid that she would be dragging him into this mess. She had felt bad for hurting him already and she didn't want to cause anymore misunderstandings.

"Lily! Don't protect this bastard! He doesn't deserve it!" Mr. Stell shouted angrily as he glared at Ven grudgingly.

"No! I'm not protecting him! He's really not the father! The father's…" Lilica tried to explain but was interrupted by her hot-blooded father once again.

"Have you been brainwashed by this brat? I won't listen to your nonsense! You brat! Are you not going to take responsibility for your actions?!" Mr. Stell continued berating the quiet Ven who felt like his heart was stabbed each time Lilica had denied him as the father of the child.
