"Oh? What was his name?" Kazuya said in a tone filled with jealousy. He was jealous to know that there was a boy who managed to leave such a deep impression on her until now.

"Hm… I can't remember. I was too young then. Oh! But I kinda recall that he had a Japanese name…" Lilica pondered over her thoughts but was still unable to remember the young boy's name.

"What was he like?" Kazuya tried to hide jealousy as much as possible.

"He was very kind to me. There was this one time when I tripped and cried, he patiently consoled me and even healed my wound for me. That was when I knew he was a vampire." Lilica said as she recalled the scene and revealed a happy smile.

Kazuya felt like Lilica's story was a little familiar to how he had met Lilienne for the first time. However, that feeling was soon overcome by jealousy from Lilica's nostalgic and happy smile.

"…" Kazuya was clenching his fist secretly.

Lilica was about to continue but before that, she glanced at him and stopped herself when she saw his jealousy-filled face.

"What?" Kazuya asked as he noticed her retreating gaze.

"Well, I don't know if I should say this." Lilica said as she looked at Kazuya reluctantly.

"Just say it." Kazuya said. He didn't want Lilica to hold back in front of him.

"Well, he was actually… my first love." Lilica said as she diverted her gaze from him a blushed a little.

"…" Kazuya clenched his fist so hard that his nails dug into his palms, blood dripping down his strong hands.

"I was pretty young and weak to handsome boys, so I fell in love pretty easily. Anyway, the one I love is you now. I only knew that boy for a day so don't be jealous." Lilica said as she saw his jealous face. However, she didn't notice the drops of blood on his hands.

"You know there's no way I won't be jealous." Kazuya said as he turned to her and pulled her in for a deep kiss.

"Hmm… Hubby~ I only love you now. Want me to prove it to you?" Lilica whispered seductively into his ears.

"Yep. Do prove it to me." Kazuya whispered back he pushed her onto the fluffy bed and revealed a naughty smile.

Knock. Knock.

"Dinner's ready, you two." Mrs. Stell voice sounded from the other side of the door.

The two of them quickly got up, Lilica blushed a little and quickly stood up to open the door.

Kazuya's face sunk as he thought, 'Again?! What's up with everyone?! Urgh!'

"Mom. Give us a few minutes. We'll go down soon." Lilica said to her mother.

"Okay." Mrs. Stell said as she turned away to go back to the dining room.

Lilica closed the doors and walked towards Kazuya and said, "Let's go down. Dinner's ready. We can continue after dinner." Lilica smiled at him mischievously as she grabbed his hand and walked hand in hand with him down to the dining room.

"It's not much but feel free to eat dinner with us." Mrs. Stell said to Kazuya with her limited formal vocabulary. This was why she hated dealing with formalities.

"It looks great, Mrs. Stell." Kazuya replied, feeling amazed at how the dishes looked very homie. He was used to luxurious foods, so he had never tried what one usually called a 'home dish' made by a mother.

"If you don't like any dishes then it's fine. Don't force yourself." Mrs. Stell tried to stay as humble as possible.

"Kazuya can eat anything. He doesn't have any dishes that he hates." Lilica answered proudly, feeling like her husband was invincible, unlike her who was very picky.

Kazuya smiled at Lilica knowingly, as if saying, 'My wife knows me best.'

The two of them sat next to each other on the small dining table and started eating the warm food.

"This is very good, Mrs. Stell." Kazuya said with a smile. He had never tasted a dish that could make him feel so warm.

"I'm glad you like it." Mrs. Stell replied back with a smile, feeling relieved.

"What are you getting shy for?! He's just praising you for the sake of it!" Mr. Stell shouted across the table as he saw how his wife was starting to change sides.

"Sigh… I'm sorry for the commotion." Mrs. Stell said apologetically as she looked at her husband tiredly. He was too stubborn and even tried to drag her into the fight.
