After what seemed like an hour, the awkward dinner finally ended. Lilica quickly escaped the scene with Kazuya as she dragged him back to her bedroom.

“I’m sorry about my dad. I’m sure he’ll accept you after the one-month period.” Lilica said as she locked the door and stuffed her face into his warm chest, hugging him.

“It’s fine. I knew it won’t be easy to convince your father to accept me. After all, you’re his precious little daughter.” Kazuya said as he carried her over to her bed.

“’Precious’? If I was really precious to him, he would’ve allowed me to marry whoever I wanted.” Lilica pouted her sexy lips.

“Children are the most precious treasure a parent has. At least that was what I heard from my mother. So, don’t feel sulky.” Kazuya gently said as he patted her head consolingly.

“Sigh… Let’s stop talking about this! I need a recharge of you…since we need to ‘stock up’, right?” Lilica revealed a sly smile as she looked up to meet his eyes.

“Are you sure? Won’t your father be even more angry if we did it here?” Kazuya asked, his expression the opposite of his words. He was smiling suggestively while slowly undressing her.

“Look at you… Your actions don’t match your words at all. Anyways, it’s fine! Dad won’t know unless we’re too loud.” Lilica smiled back as she let him take off her clothes and waited for him to take off his.

“Then I will need my wife to hold herself back.” Kazuya said in a seductive voice, making Lilica starting to feel impatient so she pushed him down and bit his ear playfully.

“I will also need hubby to hold back. If you make me feel too good, I won’t be able to hold myself back.” Lilica whispered into his ear seductively as she moved to kiss him on the lips.

“I’ll try my best to hold back for you.” Kazuya said as he revealed a playful smile.

The two of them ended up ‘stocking up’ more than enough energy. After what seemed like 2 hours, the two of them came to a stop, afraid that anymore and it would have been obvious to the other people in the house.

The two of them cuddled on the fluffy single bed, still naked. The two of them chatted away until Lilica started drifting off to sleep from fatigue.

Kazuya got up got dressed as he kissed the now asleep Lilica’s forehead gently. He then exited her room quietly, afraid to wake her up.

He walked towards the living room, trying to find either Mr. or Mrs. Stell so he could say his goodbyes and return to the palace.

However, when he arrived downstairs, he overheard Mr. and Mrs. Stell’s conversation.

“Dear. Are you going to continue being stubborn like this? This is the man our daughter chooses so he should be decent. Although I still wished it was Ven, as long as Lily is happy, as a mother, I’m fine with whoever she chooses. The second prince wasn’t so bad, you know? He has good manners and upbringing and there’s no way that he would try to take advantage of us, who are of lower ranking than him. I can tell that he’s sincere to Lily too.” Said Mrs. Stell.

“Shut up. I can tell that much too. Why do I feel like you’ve been brainwashed by him after dinner too?! Weren’t you on the same side as me?” Mr. Stell felt like he was betrayed. Was he the only one who didn’t want the second prince to be his son-in-law?

“Mind your words! I’ve told you countless times not to let your emotions affect your manners, right? I don’t like it when others tell me what to do. I just tolerated your words during dinner since I didn’t want to make our family look bad in front of the prince.” Mrs. Stell reprimanded her husband.

“Sigh… I’m sorry. I shouldn’t let my emotions dictate my actions. Although I know that, I can’t help but be protective of Lily. You remember what happened 20 years ago, right? She was playing with a vampire kid and somehow got kidnapped. I knew that we hadn’t taught her to be wary of others, so it could be that she was lured with snacks. She had always been a kid who would believe whatever another person says easily. I’m afraid that she was tricked again like when she was small.” Mr. Stell said, feeling aggrieved every time he recalled the incident. Why didn’t they look after her properly? Why did he allow her to go play in a place outside of his line of sight?

On that day, Lilica was kidnapped but was able to escape. She quickly tried to find her parents after her escape since it seemed like the young boy was trying to stall for time and let Lilica escape. When her parents found Lilica, she was crying desperately. She told her parents what had happened and that a boy was still with the kidnapper, so her parents contacted the police and tried to find the kidnappers. Later, they couldn’t find the kidnapper but was notified that the young boy was found by the police so Lilica’s parents felt relieved and took Lilica home, teaching her to be warier of others. However, what the Stell couple didn’t was the condition that the boy was in when he was found by the police.
