The two of them entered a room before Lilica lifted up her loose fitting dress for the former queen to inspect.

Kazuya's grandmother moved to take a closer look at Lilica's protruding stomach. She stared at her stomach for a while before her lips curved upwards, forming a wide smile.

"This is such good news! You're pregnant with twins! I can feel three magical forces coming from you. One of it is yours and the other two is the babies'. Seeing that Lilica didn't follow her into the room, Kazuya's grandmother looked back and saw Lilica chasing a maid.
