Bio: Born United Kingdom 1988 September 26. Born into a family of renowned engineers Havoc quickly picked up the spanner by the age of 3 while playing with childrens construction sets often forgoing the instructions to create his own inventions and toys. Beginning his schooling however it wasn’t long until he developed an addiction for adrenaline.
While performing adequately at school he didn’t excel until his secondary schooling. Offered an area of learning that he already knew so well he took on all the hands on classes he could. Becoming exceptionally competent in metal work he took his ideas to personal projects to find his passion in cars and the rush the roar of the engine provided.
Assembling his own go kart he became exceptionally intune with the mechanics of vehicles and engines. As a part time mechanic for a go kart racing team it only reinforced his passion. Reaching the end of his schooling however he looked to the army for a stable income and job security.
Immediately entering the engineers corp he found himself captivated by culture the sappers held and quickly amongst friends as an irrepressible dickhead always ready to try solve situations with ridiculous engineering solutions. Though he was a prime candidate his larrikin nature held him back, constantly being reprimanded for whatever ridiculous antic he was trying to see through.
Taking his time to modify vehicles of the regiment to get the most of them running getting the most out of their capabilities he also saw himself on the front line as a sapper who got the job done regardless of combat intensity. Operating under dangerous conditions without any regression in his ability saw him sought out by numerous commanders and officers to help complete their objectives.

Such a promising career however was cut short by a shenanigan too far. Tasked with disposing of a cache of explosives Havoc and his squadmates decided to provide a fireworks show for the local forward operating base occupied by a squad of soldiers they often quarreled with. Relying on his squad for their expertise in explosives it wasn’t long until the sky was filled with explosions and smoke.
Taking off in one of their modified infantry vehicles they quickly sped away before the other squad could react. On hearing the news of their exploits few contained themselves upon learning of how many soldiers spent the evening cleaning themselves up in response to the massive explosion. It wasn’t long though until Havoc and his friends were found out.
Attending his court martial for misconduct Havoc’s name was slapped with a dishonorable discharge. With him and his friends disbanded they attempted to find work in the civil sector only to find it a fraction of what the army offered. Over time Havoc decided on finding work in the mercenary sector to chase that rush he was so fond of.
Performing a few contracts most put aside his dishonourable discharge for his skills as an engineer though most decided against rehiring him due to his larrikin attitude. It wasn’t long however until he found a team that were more than happy to accommodate his excessive nature for his skill set.
Fighting alongside his new friends he took a new appreciation to his art. Providing them with demolitions advice he became a very close friend to the teams explosive expert Baron. Together the two fueled each others ridiculous ideas leading to some extremely unorthodox solutions to numerous engineering or explosive disposal challenges.
On entering the zone Havoc found himself quickly rendered irrelevant in his own eyes. With little to no requirement for engineering prowess he went out attempting to fight alongside his team. Finding his skill to be below the others he fought from more of a support role being able to survive though not able to directly contribute well.

With the time dragging on that he spent in the area the nagging feeling he was more or less useless grew exponentially. With the support of his team and close friend he managed to push through in an attempt to become more than just a sapper and a legendary soldier. He convinced himself once he left he would be up to the same standard as his friends. Burning with new hope he fought on hoping to be given the opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with them again.

The Dungeon Traveler
I spent most of my life trying to get by with whatever happiness I could, that included alcohol, food, and porn.My death was unpleasant and humiliating. However, death is something we all need to go through. A bit like a proctology exam; necessary but never anything one wants to go through while it's happening. However, death was supposed to be the end of it. Either way, the pain, suffering, and failures were supposed to be over. I was supposed to wink out, or perhaps take a trip to a lovely afterlife! No, I ended up as a small stone, strapped to a table, while a pimple-faced teenager rubbed my facets and told me how 'lovely' I was. Last time I checked, birth wasn't supposed to be as embarrassing as death!Life as a dungeon core isn't all bad. I like watching lizard love triangles and snooping on militaristic dwarves; though there is that issue where I'm trying to free myself from the entanglements of the Gods....ok, yeah that last one is a bit of a problem. The Good Crash: An Oral History of the Post-Scarcity Collapse
"Don't we all feel, deep down, that we deserve the apocalypse?" APRIL, 2028—Global capitalism has collapsed. America has sealed itself off from the outside world, and inside its borders, a revolution rages. All it took was one incredible little machine. That machine turned into two, then four, then eight... like a virus, the replicators spread. As a work of oral history, The Good Crash features over 50 interviews with key witnesses to the events of 2027. The text is rendered in the words used by the interviewees themselves, with light editing for clarity and concision. As such, the book contains language and themes that are not appropriate for children.By capturing the voices to the people at the very root of the revolution, journalist and historian R. Vondersnitch has traced the origins and aftermath of the replicators' rapid spread. Crucially, the book also includes perspectives and testimony from those who attempted to stop the spread of the reps. "Some of these are heroes, too, in their own ways," the author writes in the book's introductory note.

Ocean Attuned - A timeloop LitRPG
In the mids of industrialization, Liana, a girl of almost twelve, awakens her flow and follows her newly awakened calling, the ocean, and thus the path of the last remaining god. With the advent of industry, one's status and the accompanying skills slowly grow to be secondary as people choose more recreational skills and classes. The clear exception are flow bringers. Humans with an increased affinity towards flow and attunements are the only real remnants of the age of gods and mysticism. Terrors on the battlefield, saints in hospitals, saviours during drought, are just some examples of the wonderous abilities they display. As civilization grows less dangerous so does the stress that is often associated with the awakening of the flow reduce and only the real talents remain. Please be aware that this is a first draft at best. Tag/Genre analysis: Action: A theme that will appear in the story at some point (probably 15+ chapters in) Adventure: Yes Fantasy: Yes Magic, Beasts, and other fantastical elements are totally at home here. Tragedy: Life is not always fun. For what is fun when there are no downsides. I don't know how heavily I am going to lean into this genre. I want to but don't expect too much. Loop: Yes, though I will not divulge anything else. Just be aware that there isn't nearly as much looping as in MoL for example. Female Lead: Yes, Liana is female. Dungeon: Yes, there are dungeons. Yes, they will get explored. LitRPG: Yes, read the first chapter if you want an example. Magic: most definitely because who doesn't like calling lighting down from the heavens. (Disclaimer: No actual lightning will be called down from the heavens) Mythos: There are gods. So maybe, I don't know if that is enough to qualify? Progression: yes Slice of Life: There is plot, and the story will mostly be about that plot, but there will also be downtime because there can't always be action. The first "loop" especially the first 20-30 chapters will be heavily SoL. And afterward there will be a lot less. Profanity: The ocean (see title) includes sailors and we all know how the stereotypical sailor is. Gore: Hmmm, some but I will have it be not graphic at all.
