I think I am being paranoid. I just can't let go of the thought of those men who decapitate the old guy. I was so scared that I always look my back just in case those brutal men are following me. I sat down for a bit not because of tiredness but because my legs are shaking. I think this might be the after effect of what I saw, a delayed one. I sat down to one of the grassy area and massage my legs for a bit. I grab another piece of bread from my bag and ate it. I am really thirsty.Half of day has passed already and for half of the day I did not drink.
Anyway, I stand up and walk again. The sun is already down when I reached the village. When I reached the area I saw only 3 houses or camp like. The perimeter is surrounded by wooden pole with pointed tip. It is similar to my previous village but the only difference is the fence in front of me look sturdy.
Good evening child...I was startled. I look at my back and saw an old man with curve back, more like the consequences of having osteoporosis.
Can I help you something? The old guy smile again.
I...thirsty..... then I look down...them my stomach growl....
Oh! Come to my house I get you a drink and food. then he just walk towards the center house and enter.
I was very hesitant but i am really thirsty so I followed him inside.
The interior of the house is similar to my mother's house but the place is three times wider and larger than my previous one.
The old man is serving me vegetable's soup and bread. His gesture is letting me know that I can eat. Since, I was a bit apprehensive, he tasted the soup and bread to let me know that there is no poison. After that act, I sat in front of the small wooden table and eat The old guy also starting to eat. During the duration of dinner, I did not even talk. It was very silent to the point that it feels awkward.

After I ate the bland vegetable soup. The old man smile to me and asked, so where are your parents?
I...for no reason, my tears just fell down....she is dead.
Oh, I am sorry, what about your father? His face showed some concern.
I don' t know him...
Huh....I am sorry kid...he stand up and pat my head. So, where do you live before you came here?
I was at the other side of forest?
What!? You came here by walking? I am glad that you are still alive!
Huh? I was i bit confused. Why is that?
There are 3 Isibini Igorha came here this morning, my master ran to the forest and those men followed him. My master is a Tredje Dewin. I think he can fend on his own but I am glad that you were not included in the clash.
I slowly grab something from my bag and placed two books on the table.
The old man gasp. While his hand is shaking, he grab and held the books then he look at me.
I am sorry....I murmured.
Where is his corpse? his voice is shaking.
He was eaten by the wild animals.....
The old guy closed his eyes, stand up and told me to use the bed to rest the he went out.
I was so tired that I fell asleep due to exhaustion. The sun was already up when I woke up. Since the bed is just beside the small circular dining table, I immediately recognized the old guy from yesterday but I don't know about the 1 late thirty's woman and 1 late thirty's man.
The old guy smile and said, Oh you are already woke up! Come join with us!
I got out the bed and sat beside the old guy.
The late thirty's guy smile and said, I need a bit of your blood while holding a wooden chalice filled with clear liquid.
