''Maya, I am 16 year old, from Talons squad too.'' And the last girl, a cheerful girl. When Arya glancing beside him, he saw Airi noted their name. Talons squad is squad specialized with spear and javelins, typical long range damage dealer.

And the introduction continued, Arya soldiers is just young people like him, in range 15-17 year old. They are all commoners so all of them looked tense but after the introduction they starting to able to talk and blend in each other, especially the girls side. Because they are enlisted as soldier that 99% is male they have a nervous expression, but now able to speaks without much worry. As their Captain said, they are Comrade, a friend that covered their back, to survive a battlefield they must know the meaning of Comrade. Seeing they like this, no matter what you can see they are like real people, they have name and their story, not some ordinary machine or data. It's make a smile appeared on Arya face.

Yes, of course am the leader but I can't handle too many soldiers at once, so it's the important for each division, they will help me and Airi to sends the command in their entire division. Yes, we just have 2 squad for now but if we want to become stronger. I would also have a chance to make some new squad and it could become a division later if our number increase, so the leader in each squad is needed.''

Arya speak while observing his soldiers before focused toward Rana, however seeing she didn't ask again, Arya nodded his head.

Before he continued his speak, Arya open and close his mouth then turn his head to Airi. ''Where am I again...?''

''Ah, thanks Airi. Alright for the Wings squad the leader will be Alex, For Talons squad because there are 2 side, so it's Jack and Martha.''

''Ehh! Captain, are you really choosen me as the leader? Isn't Rana is the best in this regard.''

''Yes, you are and no, Rana isn't suited for leader role. And no complaint !''

''No!'' When her request is rejected by Arya, she started to plead using her teary + puppy eyes combo, because it's quite dangerous for his heart he hide behind Airi and keep rejecting.

Airi smiled wryly and encourage Martha with a pat in her shoulder.

After that Arya started to dropping a bomb that said they must fight in spar against him. A mons..I mean a man that manage to kill the horde of goblin, even with the help of Airi did they even have a chance to win?

When Arya waving his hand downward, a bag appeared in their waist. The other are confused for a moment and become noisy but after looking at the same bag in Arya waist, they started to calm. No, Arya started the second bomb once again that make them to go pale.

''This bag will help you in this training but it quite heavy. And remember, although I said a 'Sparring', I will not hold back. So try to survive~~''

Before Airi finish her sentence, Arya already rushing toward the unprepared soldier. They just stand there without moving, seeing his serious master, Airi using her skill and manage to block the first attack.

When Airi manage to make the soldier build their formation, the shield team, Wings squad started to going to the front to protect the Talons squad using their shield to make defensive wall, Arya unleashed his Heavy Blow and throw half of them away and break the formation.

''If you face stronger opponent, don't face it head on.'' Arya swing his spear in rotation with a smile.

When Airi say the order, they trying to throw their javelin at Arya but with his speed all of them only hitting the air and landed on the ground, even the Wings squad that manage to stand back and try to block the attack only to get blown away again, and in the middle of this Arya already locked at the one person that leaving the defensive formation, and didn't hesitate to move. Because the weight of the bag she didn't have time to react at Arya arrival, which is come towering over her.

Martha has her right arm bleeding, he didn't even restraint himself to attack her and make the other soldier and Airi glare at him.

''What..? Didn't I already say that I will not hold back?''

Ignoring Airi, Arya move again.

''...Fourth!''

''If you hesitate againts hostility opponent, all you get is defeat.''

''..Fifth.!''

''If you didn't see your surrounding, that's your death.''

''Didn't i say that, if you face stronger opponent, don't face it head on?''

In hour, Arya beat them all to pulp. They have swollen and bleeding in all their body, laying down and only able to groan in pain. Even Airi just sitting in the ground with her head down, exhausted. She didn't have injuries because she manage to block Arya attack, but her stamina is drained. So this is total defeat.

''Weak... you are enlisted to Army because you understand it's nature right? With half hearted like that you will die in no time. Do you know what Soldier is? Are they the one that holding the weapon can be called one? Wrong! Even they holding a weapon but they aren't even know how to use it make them no different from normal person. Just because you holding a weapon, it didn't let you survive on the battlefield." Arya said while glaring at everyone who still on the ground.

Suddenly a notification appear on Arya vision followed by a familiar voice.

Alright everyone it's almost time, finish your training for now.

''Alright, that's the last lesson. I hope all of you know about this...''

Hearing his teacher voice, Arya sighed as started to silently walking toward one of them, toward Martha. Seeing this the other trying to stop and help the shaking Martha, but their body didn't even able to move. Looking at Arya that approach her, Martha just trembled in fear and closing her eyes, what the next to happen is a shock for her.

With a gentle and care, Arya take her bleeding arm with little movement as possible. After searching in his bag, he took out anti septic and bandage. With carefull he started to nurse her, her hurt feeling somehow vanished and his serious expression make her to blush. Without she knowing, he already finished bandaged her injured arm and stand up. Leaving his dumdfounded Partner and his soldiers before saying his last sentence.

''Ah I forgot. I already prepared a same medicine and a few bandage in your bag, use it to treat your injury. That is my last lesson for now. See you again.''

While he finished saying that, a light envelop his body and he disappeared from their sight. But Arya didn't losing time to check his reward before leave the grassy land though.
