Within that instant, Cat shrugged and immediately turned her view towards the voice.

From a deeper part of the forest, two black colored silhouettes slowly approached Cat.

A larger male, who seems very skinny and way to thin, but also emitting an outstanding aura, which cannot be said of what kind.

But he seems to have the air of a true ruler.

And a smaller, old aged frowning man, with a very familiar voice and appearance.

As she nervously replied.

“Old man, I would not have expected you to come here, or more of, I would not have thought to encounter you so fast again.”

“Haha, little miss. I think you have misunderstood something very important.

Do you really think we do not know about you wanting to follow us?”

The old man suddenly has a very strange smile on his face and only Cat could feel that there were some sinister intents within his words.

A cold sweat estimated on Cats body and it was like something has already decided about whether to live or to die for her.

Cat tried her best to not get trapped in fear, as she firmly convinced her body to stop trembling.

Cat evaded the view of the old man, but still felt a pair of fierce eyes pushing its view through her.

As she somehow calmly tried to confirm the taller mans identity

“Hoh... Ahahahaha, someone look at this... the little miss seems to have some knowledge she better should not have. Girl who are you?”

The old man could to be said to be very strange and Cat knew he was dangerous, but suddenly the atmosphere became even worse, as she mentioned King, the old man turned a very examining and with killing intent overflowing view towards her appearance and broke into a mad like laughter

Cat could feel the pressure the pair of sharp eyes left on her body, and she broke in a very cold sweat, but somehow she managed to grasp herself together and asked again.

“So you are indeed King. I dont know if I should call this luck or misfortune, I indeed have matters with the man called King. I wonder if you allow me to speak up before rushing things?”

Cat tried her best to be convincing, as she knew that if the old man really wants to fight her she has to give it her all and even though she would eventually die.

“Haha, lets see what you have to say then.” The old man replied with an expecting manner

Even the taller man seemed to be a bit curious, what the girl in front of him has to say, as he slowly furrowed his brows and slightly examined her body.

“I am Cathrine, and I have come from a place called Oblivion. You should know already who the master of Oblivion is, right? And Archimedes has send me to invite you over to that place, because something serious has started. He told me that you would eventually already know what it means.”

Cat firmly and very polite introduced herself and looked at the taller man in wait of a satisfying reply

The taller mans expressions, suddenly changed greatly and he seemed to be very displeased, as he turned over to the smaller man and announced in a terrifying and ear piercing voice.

“Death! It seems this one here is an annoying one, go and take her life already! We wasted enough time.”

Cat was dumbfounded, has she heard correctly? The taller man not only called for her death but also that old things name called Death.

She could not react to it properly as the old thing already, caused a disdainfully “Tsk” sound in her direction adding one sentence

“I am really sorry, young miss. But it seems your journey will take an end today. Please forgive me for being rude and impolite, I will take your life fast and painless.”

Instantly after speaking those words, the aura emitting from the small man changed greatly, the even already very dark area became even more louring and it caused even Cat to feel a disadvantage.

The ground began trembling and all here and there some cracks spread through the cold and dried earth.

As cat wanted to react in some way , it was already to late.

The old man didn't even make a sound as he suddenly disappeared, as he reappeared he was directly behind Cat and had already gathered a terrifying black mass around his hand.

“Crap!”

Cat couldn't react in time and as she saw the old man throwing his hand towards her body, she only could curse. But within no moments she tried to dodge the attack.

“Boom! Rumble..”

A giant crater appeared where Cat was standing and again the dark mass had swallowed everything. Not a single trace of dust is flying around.

But for Cat, she barely has discovered a small flaw in the punch and wasted no time to dodge right in time.

She has used her shadow fusing technique and with a fast hand sign, she managed to turn into a blurry mass of shadow-like creature and slipped away.

With a few steps she already escaped a few meters away from the old man.

“Hoh... you really have grasped some strange methods, I have to admit that. But little miss, it really is futile to run from Death. Wouldn't you agree?”

The old man, was glancing in a bit of surprise at Cat, as she dodged his attack.

“Pah, You want to take my life? Let me see if you have the ability to do so! Even if you are the real deal, As far as I know Death is not allowed to kill as he wishes. Even he has some rules!”

Cat could not restrict her anger right now, and all her fear has changed into a huge blood lust.

She has tried to be polite, so why wondering if she gets impolite now.

“Lets see if you really are the master of life and death!”

With a few hand signs Cat channeled a huge amount of strange magic through her body and suddenly a huge Ankh cross pattern estimated above the smaller man.

“Uh, that's bad, who would have thought that you even grasped such special magic.”

The old man didn't dare to waste his time, he already knew that this magic wasnt something he should underestimate, since its Hebraic magic

With an urging link to a tree a sudden black string appeared in the hand of the old man and as he pulled it, he leaped forwards and was near the escape.

“Boom”

With a sudden collision the old man astonishingly discovered that he has just leaped against a sheer invisible wall. And so he was still within the reach of the pentagram above him

“Pah, dont even think of escaping! There is no one who would be able to destroy the Shadow sealing technique.” With a rashly change of attitude, Cat began to arrogantly sneer

She was already angered to the extend, with her very small temper she really is difficult to deal with.

As the old man tightly knitted his brows, the pattern above him already began to shine in a bright and yet black colored light.

“This is bad!”

The old man felt an extreme pressure on his body and it made it very difficult to move.

“Now die!”

Cats voice rang out and a nearly infinite energy estimated from the seal in the air.

A sudden ray of extreme bright dark light fell on the area covered by the pattern. And a short miserable shriek was to hear form that place.

“Shadow sealing!”

Cat activated a large and terrifying aura emitting barrier. The black colored light became an indestructible cage around the small man.

“There you go, may the time tear you apart!”

Cat had a satisfied smile on her face as she totally forgot about King

Suddenly a bright and lively laughter sounded out from the dark barrier

“Hahaha, truly some special methods you grasped there! But little miss dont underestimate this old fellow here, only because I am old.”

This mood changing laughter brought a desperate expression on Cats face.

“Rumble, rumble, rumble”

“Boom”

with an ear piercing sound a huge crack broke open and has torn a giant hole into the dark barrier.

Cat was flabbergasted and she suddenly felt a great change in the atmosphere.

All around her a dark colored gas created small cloud-like formations and the moon, which had shone with small strays of light, turned completely black.

With an extremely strong burst, killing intentions mixed with a thickly condensed aura.

It was impossible for Cat to move, she was completely suppressed by the aura, as she recognized that all around her the trees and even the, only a bit green, meadow began to wither with an extreme speed.

She could not help letting a small scream of surprise slip. Every tree around her turned from brown to gray and from gray to black.

A heavy tremble emerged on Cat's body and she could not help being frowning in fear, as she cast her gaze towards the ripple in the barrier

And really, one would definitely turn white-pale as paper if they would see the following scene.

At the huge ripple a squirming gas slightly dissipated and within that, a small silhouette appeared.

Even though Cat knew that this would be the small man, she couldn't help but frown even more.

The appearance was surely the small man, but yet it was not.

Within the squirming dark gas, a black robe was flattering without wind and a huge scythe was swinging in a circle and landed in the grip of the small man.

With a fierce light, the small silhouette became a ray of light and flew towards the, due to the pressure, half kneeling Cat.

“You... you truly are Death!?” only anxiousness spread on Cat's face

But it was as if a thousand swords pierced through Cats small and fragile body, the big black and purple colored scythe, moved as if it would have an own consciousness.

With a wind cutting “Splash” A bunch of blood splattered through the air

Cat vomited a mouthful of blood and sprayed it all out, as the big scythe pierced her abdomen.

She truly hasn't felt such pain in recent times.

She couldn't help but losing her strength and limply sank to the ground.

“Cough... cough”

She really had not an inch of power to resist the aura binding her, as she again sprayed a mouthful blood through the air.

“Truly a shame, truly a shame. Young one, you have indeed fought well. But now I shall take your life.”

Death, fast as light, appeared in front of her and grasped the scythe. As he pulled it out, Cat's body laid on the ground.

“Archimedes will not forgive you for this!”

Cat facing the unimaginable situation of dying here, caused her to really hate her bad luck.

But with a small gesture from King, Death didn´t dare to move slow.

He raised his big scythe and a purple gas emerged from it.

The so called connection to the underworld will be formed from that purple gas and its world magic.

With an abrupt movement the scythe rushed down, towards Cat's neck

“Boom”

A huge rebound happened and Death was forcefully pushed aback a few meters, the scythe in his hands originated cracks.

“What, is happening here? How is this possible!” Huge surprise and fear estimated on Deaths facial complexion

But no matter how surprised Death was, surprised is surprised and with a sudden burst of unfathomable deep killing intend an astonishing Beauty leaped from the place where Cat laid.

Without hesitation and time to react, the burst of aura inflicted a huge pain on Deaths body and he screamed out in never ending pain.

Seeing this scene even the, current bystander King, tightly furrowed his brows.

With a lack of understanding and asking anxiousness, Death screamed out.

“You what kind of trick did you use?”

But he was very abruptly silenced, a small, but very tender female hand comes like a shooting star out of the darkness and ripped one of Deaths arms of.

This caused him to scream even louder, because not only did he lose his arm to brute force, but a sudden dark shining liquid entered his body as well.

A sharp pair of red, glowing eyes pierced the black colored gas, as Cat was standing in front of Death, who is currently half kneeling on the ground.

Cat's forehead has developed two outstanding and pointed grown horns, at her slender figure´s back a long and pike formed tail has emerged form her bottom.

“Hoh, this appearance, Girl! You wouldn't be the demoness from the 1 circle would you?”

The sudden voice was clear as thunder as it pierced the atmosphere and rang in Cat's and Deaths head

King has suddenly yelled out, as he seemed to have understood something.

But Cat hasn't shown any signs of reaction towards the loud yell, the opposite she even disappeared again and reappeared behind Death as she fast as light, moved her slender and white like jade colored hand.

“Splash!”

With a slight movement her hand dissipated another one of Deaths arms. Not that he has any more than two

And again a liquid entered his body, causing him to coil around in even more pain.

The current Cat really is like a demoness, merciless and savage like a demon she is just like a real slaughtering god.

Then rashly without even a single trace of hesitation she raised her long and tender leg into the air, with a huge bone breaking sound she kicked Deaths back and a large impact crater emerged around his body, while he limply broke down.

“It seems she has no control of her current self. She really has a lot to learn yet hasn't.”

With an unnoticeable movement King started to move.

Cat wanted to decapitate Death with her hand, as a strong gale swept her body a few meters aback.

A tall yet thin man stood besides Death and has reached one of his hands out to a palm turning against Cat.

“It is time to stop here, Girl. You have already proven that you are worth of my time.”

This time the voice spreading form King was as calm as a fresh breeze and it absolutely didnt carry any enmity

But as he spoke, Cat had already flashed forwards and leaped with her hand forming a knife at Kings neck.

However, with a sudden turn, a strong gale was blown against Cat and she again was thrown aback.

King was fast, within a blink of an eye he changed positions and even carried Death on his shoulders. Never the less King was still emitting a very noble aura, strong and unfathomable deep and yet undefined.

As Cat realized that she missed her attack, she instantly was enraged even more.

A small movement form her body and a hand gesture as fast as light, a red colored stream of light rushed towards Kings position.

“This is.... The demon heirs chaos magic... You are a well hidden secret young girl!”

seeing the unrestrained power coming from that stream, even King didn't dare to be slow

with a very fast step he dodged the stream of light and right in time, as the red colored light hit the surroundings behind King, it caused and indescribable red colored vortex

The vortex was swirling and within a radius of fifteen meters everything got sucked in and with an ear piercing sound was spit out again as nothing more than broken and shattered remains. Unidentifiable what they were before shattered.

“Mhh, I shall have enough seen of your might. You are indeed a blood related to that old monster!”

King calmly muttered to himself and with a thoughtful face he accelerated to a speed even faster than before

cat was unable to react to the movement of King.

With a sudden leap King grabbed her tightly and his grip was inescapable.

The power within his grab was unimaginable and even if the current Cat was unfathomable strong, King was a lot more powerful

His tight grip started to suffocate Cat and he only stopped as he was sure that Cat has become unconscious.

“Hahaha, you have played a tough role this time, old friend.”

King pointed at Death and broke into mad laughter

“Tsk, this girl is a thousand years to early, if she wants to kill me. But I must admit she has a true demon inside her heart. Hehe”

But the direction this voice was coming from was not as one could expect the no armed Death on Kings shoulder, but more a complete intact, old and small grown man who stepped out of the remains from the barrier.

“If I were to be truly hit by this tricky demon poison, only a deity would be able to cure me... haha this young miss is indeed worthy of being listened to. What is your plan? Will you follow this old fox's invitation?”

Death was still very lively and even expressed some admiration while speaking of Cat.

“Indeed worthy, how could I decline the request of this young girl. Hahah”

Kings calm voice reprimanded his previous attitude and he emitted a calm and relaxing pressure.
