《Watson&Holmes》Case1 Four Families - ch15

A silver-haired man ran into a pine forest. Go straight to the location where a small shadow is perched on the tree. That person also felt his coming, turned, and ran. The agility of that small one was among the highest human skills.
But the one that was pursuing ... was not human.
Realizing that he was inevitable, the little man turned to blow poison darts. Watson can easily dodge and shorten his distance towards the smaller ones.
"฿@#$%(_^#%(@#_)!!!"
The long-haired guy speaks in a dialect Watson does not understand. Then uttered fragmentary English.
"who? you?"
A small pitched sound indicates, not yet reached adulthood, combined with a more pronounced appearance. This made Watson notice the difference between the little man he was chasing now and the one he was chasing the previous night.
... This person has longer hair and a smaller body ...
Watson's eyes were never missed. If so, then ...
There is more than 1 villain !!!
Shnk!!!
Watson halted his footsteps, reaching out to pull a black dart from the neck. Black blood gushed out; the wound began to appear healing fibers. He turned around, saw a small man with a short haircut hanging on a branch farther away. That was the same person he was chasing that night.
"$^@%(&*!%)_+#!$)*+"
The short-haired man shouted something and dived towards the Rosevelt house at speed. Watson understands the intent of that man. Knowing that the poison dart was ineffective against Watson, so ...
The short-haired man's goal is Sherlock Holmes.
Watson chased after that man, but in the same second, a long hair one leaped towards him with a stone that sharpened like a knife.
Watson dodged the attack. In the second, intending to grab the little man's wrist. But the man bounced back and hung up a tree, a small face with hair covering an ugly smile leaped in the opposite direction of the Rosevelt house.

Watson headed back Rosevelt's house. He calculated the difference in distance and time. The little guy with short hair ran out four seconds before him. It was a four-second difference that was indicating the life of a human being. Watson hurried up, almost clearing the edge of the forest, but still had not seen a sign of the little man. He saw a group of people standing in the garden beside Rosevelt's house.
"Holmes !!!"
Watson dashed through the edge of the forest with speed.
"Watson," said Holmes, a little surprised to see Watson jump out. "What happened!?!"
Watson did not immediately respond. He couldn't sense any traces of the short-haired little guy, or is this just a trick to lure him here? And now the long-haired man has fled another way. Watson looked at Sherlock Holmes. Including Scarlet Rosevelt and Osborne Livingston, who did not know why were here too. Watson turned to the detective and spoke.
"Holmes, there are two villains. One person ran this way. You should go into the house. "
......................................................................
"What is this, Mister Holmes!?! Smith said you came. But not yet entered the house. And now your assistant says that there are two villains."
Osborne spoke as soon as everyone gathers in the living room. Including Travis and Seamus. He and Scarlet learn of Holmes and Watson's arrival from Travis, so they go out to looking.
"Watson noticed that the bad guys were watching us, so he chased after," explains the detective. And turned to Watson, asking to recount the incident.
"I chased after one of them. This one was younger and with longer hair than the one I met last night. But last night guy showed up and ran towards the Rosevelt house. So I followed up but fell apart."
"Showing that the villain lurking in this area. What for?" Travis Smith said tense. Because he and Seamus were sitting there for a long time

"On this matter ... I still cannot give an answer."
Sherlock Holmes spoke in a flat tone. The atmosphere in the room grew awkward until a single lady broke the silence.
"Mr. Holmes, what progress have you been doing today?" Scarlet asked, dressed in black mourning for her brother.
"Yes, I got Mr. Malcolm's part map," the detective nodded to build confidence.
"Oh, this very good new" Scarlet said with a hopeful expression. Before remembering, "Mr. Holmes, how did you get the map? I thought Scotland Yard wouldn't let you in the house."
"Before he died Mr. Malcolm gave the map and the keys to his friend," said Sherlock Holmes.
"Give it to a friend? Does that person understand our situation? That we want to give treasures to the devil according to the promises our fathers made."
"About this ... if I know the location of the treasure, I will call all of you to my house again." Sherlock Holmes concludes.
Although in his heart, he did not know the true intentions of his friend James Moriarty. Afterward, the detective and his partner go back to Baker Street.
......................................................................
When he stepped out of the carriage, Sherlock Holmes saw one of the twins just leave his house. The boy blinks his green eyes. The detective smiled and calling the boy's name.
"Viggo"
"...Mr. Holmes, I came to report you, sir. Jeremy Lane, he was at St Margaret's Church in Westminster."
"Alright. Thank you."
Sherlock Holmes rewarded the boy. Even though they just got out of the carriage. They decided to meet one of the survivors of the shipwreck at St Margaret's Church, according to Viggo report.
While the horse carriage ran. Watson said.
"Holmes, why do you know the name of the twins?"
"Hmmm, you mean, how am I able to split between Viggo and Perkins?" Sherlock took his eyes off the view, turned to look at the green eyes. "Well, even though they are twins, their face, voice, and appearance were look the same. But not all the same. They're definitely a different person.
Watson listened. From the first day the green eyes opened. The world where he saw and what he knew was a group of Free Man Hands and researchers. All he had to know was what those humans wanted. He had never met twin humans whose words and actions are almost the same person. He had never met a little human look like those two murderers. The world Holmes brought him here has many things he didn't know yet.
"Viggo is a younger twin, polite manner and talks less than Perkins," said Sherlock Holmes, smiling. "And probably because of the habit when the twins are together, Viggo will always speak after Perkins. When he alone, Viggo has a habit pause a second before speak. When I first met them ..."
"Doll ..." asked Watson, interrupting Holmes's story. "Even though they look the same but will they be different like humans?"
The person in question slightly opened his eyes. But the person who asked did not understand himself at all, why did Watson suddenly ask that question?
But the black-haired man smiled.
"Yes, different, they're a different doll." Sherlock Holmes replied immediately. The tone of voice and eyes were not in the slightest distraction or hesitation in his own words.
