My name is Derrick Ashport. Now most people would expect some fancy, tragic, or exciting introduction right? Well I have probably the most mundane story out there.

I'm a well raised, average son of slightly wealthy parents who always give me the time of day. So I guess you can say I want not in my life. And that is fine with me.

Anyway this is probably a bit more info than is needed but I'll give the brief overview of my self. 20, living in my own apartment with money from parents every month, upper tier grades in college, plenty of friends, and avid gamer. Oh also did I mention my obsession with monster girls? More specifically undead and poisonous ones? It's the danger that excites me with that thought. Anyway as you can see I'm a perfectly normal human male.

Now to understand why I'm even saying this stuff we will have to look at two things.

1. A new VRMMORPG is coming out. I know, I know, it's a common premise with nothing out of place about that. It's the next part that is the kicker.

2. It's a scifi fantasy style game. You know swords, guns, magic, psionics, ships, all that good stuff. The best part is the planets and races. They actually allow races that have to "rank-up" in game instead of all class based races. Which means monster girls are a reality!!! I mean come on!!!!

3. The AI is supposedly near as organic as possible, while learnign from the 'Farsouls', aka players, actions and changing accordingly. Which mean all relationships will require the players to actually address the NPCs as near living.

Besides that I'm gonna be playing it soon so I have narrowed my race choose to either a arachnid or undead race. Then I shall build a beautifully dangerous harem!!! MWAHAHAHAHAH*cough cough* uhm uhumm. Whoops. I should probably start my story now shouldn't I? Oh well. This is the story of me and my (mis)adventures within Aurelia Online!
