10 men ranging from older adolescent to middle-aged men riding on black motorcycles race through the rough terrain towards me.

They stop just a couple of meters away from me, the person in the front removes their helmet revealing a man in his early 20s with a red-colored soldier cut. His green eyes were decorated with an eyebrow piercing.

"Hello beautiful, what are you doing out here!" He cheered

I eyed the man with suspicion, especially after seeing the shotgun strapped around his back and the gun at his side

A memory of the man who tried to rape me flashed across my mind.

"Can't you answer?" One of the men taunted

He got off his bike and reached for me

Reflexively I activated [Electric Shock] as I stabbed at the man with my nails

The moment I touched him blue electricity surged from me to him with a-

Sizzle! and eventually a Bang!

His body shot away from me; his chest area scorched

"AAaAAH!!" He screamed out in pain

His jacket sparked and lit on fire

"AAAAAAHHHAAAGH!!!"

He rolled around on the floor in agony and shock

"PUT IT OUT!!" He shrieked

His gang members were in a state of amazement and fury

Some were quick to react and ran to him to help put it out

This was my chance

I turned tail and ran as fast as my legs could carry me and didn't turn back

"Get that BITCH!"

Finally, I reached the supermarket area that was in a similarly sad state as everything else.

I glanced around at the rubble and shrugged

Better start digging

Okay, I managed to fish out: a mango, two apples, one watermelon, a pineapple, two cans of beans, a bag of white bread, honey, a packet of cookies, and a can of soft drink from a brand I had never heard about.

These were the items that I found that we not burned or damaged by the explosion

This should be enough.

I consume the food in an animalistic way that surprises even myself. But when it gets to the honey, I smear it on the white bread.

When 8 motorcycles with men on them stopped in front of us and a guy from the front came up to me and demanded

"Give us the girl."

His eyes were the cold eyes of a killer

I stared at him for a while

Then replied

"I'm sorry, but I can't do that-"

I gave him a taste of his own medicine and glared at him with my eyes while activating [Acute mind]

[Acute mind] has been activated.

With his reply a smile crawled up on my face

Good, he will be able to at least buy me some time.
