《Re: Generic Isekai - An Isekai with a loooooooooooooong title.》Chapter 9: So, the reason why people are so ugly is… WHAT!?

“My Goddess, the first thing is... why are people in this world so ugly?”
The text then displayed an instant reply.
“Ehh?”
This ... confused the hell out of Bob. He wasn’t expecting this answer at all. Is this Goddess really the Creator!? Is she serious? How come she isn't aware of such obvious fact?
Oh God...
Bob then patiently waited a little bit more for an explanation.
And ....
Nothing.
“My ... Goddess?”
“Eh!?” Bob doubted his own eyes again. Did I just read…
BUDGETING PROBLEMS!?
Reread.
“WHATTTTTT!?”
OMG! There’s no way that was a misread!
“I’m sorry, but did you say Budgeting Problems!?”
…
The ceiling went silence.
“Heyyy!”
“No! I saw that! Budgeting Problems!”
…
That… Bob could not argue…
Or actually…
He could!
“Wait a minute! That’s impossible! I can’t have any problem! I have the cheat s--”
Holy hell!? Not serious!? Bob’s baby eyes shot wide open. Just look at my Mom and Dad! Do you even have the courage to call them human beings?
“Oh no no no no,” Bob wanted a proper answer, “This is a very big problem, Goddess. My mom had no nipples! And do you know my Dad? He doesn’t even have a nose!”
“No he does NOT! I swear!”
...
The ceiling then only displayed this one word.
Look? Bob questioned himself. What do you mean?
But Bob didn't have to ask again. The answer came to him right away, with a familiar face suddenly appeared right above.
A plastic face, missing nose, no teeth and pale skin that was much worse than a vampire...
“Holy shit!” Bob startled and screamed his lungs out. “D-Dad!? What are you doing here?”
But Dad didn’t reply. He had his eyes closed.
Sleepwalking?
“W….What’s going on?” Bob freaked out. “G-Goddess!? What’s the meaning of this?”
…
Bob froze. His mind for some reason, when blank when he read that text.
Well, in Bob’s eyes, the face was still ugly as hell.
But problems or no problems… Bob didn’t care anymore.
Fuck… Bob said this dirty word again, internally of course. Just when he thought things couldn’t get worse, they did.
Damn it! I see…
Hahaha...
Hahahaha!
I see it now!
You crazy Goddess...
… so you can also control people…
... like puppets.

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.
