Within the grand hall of the palace, there is middle aged woman sat on the throne. However, her beauty was comparable with goddess. She has long black hair with pair of icy blue eyes. She wore white dress with small crown on her head.
“Your Highness, there is report about strange movement within the south forest. Based on the report, the beast within the forest is afraid of something. I am afraid that the oracle is true.”
Hear the report of her prime minister, she was afraid. Is humanity will really face the calamity?
“Sigh, send troops to investigate the south forest. And, send General Variya to personally lead the troops.”
“Yes, Your Highness!”
When Lucan woke up he was in a forest. The sunlight pours into the forest from above, in the bushes he was lying on his back. Slowly opened his eyes.

He feel dizzy.
When he looked his surrounding, his eyes are twitching uncontrollably. His sense more strong, and his sight more clear now.
He remembered what happened before and feel somewhat similar with this scene.

When Lucan hear that roar, he’s afraid. He looked toward the roar coming from and feel whatever the creature that roared is moving toward him. F*CK
He remembered his Hide Pressence skill and thought it will somewhat help him now. Imagine I’m nothingness! nothingness! nothingness! nothingness!!
The creature is closer and closer. When the creature is within his sight, he is now scared to death. There is stood tiger like creature with white fur. Because of the hopeless situation, he closed his eyes and waiting for his death.
Sigh, I know that I’m not kind person but to think that gods make my death like this
“EH?”
Lucan feel confused when nothing happened to him, when he opened his eyes he saw the tiger confused looks while looking his surrounding.

Fighting to be Kind in a Cultivation World
Aren't you tired of the typical cultivation story, where an isekai'd person comes into the world and becomes a brutal or selfish person? I know I am. So instead of being fully changed by the world, I want this protagonist to stick to their beliefs and help to change the world (and people) for the better. There will still be main character development and tests of those beliefs, but I want them to maintain that aspect. Brief Synopsis:American is thrown into a typical Xuanhuan cultivation world where the masses of the people are typically sacrificed for the abilities of the few. This is meant to be an alternate take on how protagonists approach these worlds. Main character comes into the world w/ scanning, healing, and monster taming abilities. The release schedule will begin on Dec 1st. The schedule is 2 chapters/week (Tue & Fri) at 11pm. Please like, comment, and follow, as that helps me to gauge interest in the series. Final note: I notice that many cultivation novels treat abuse or sexual assault as a throwaway tool to set a stage. I think the way it is normally done is both lazy and a disrespectful to victims.
