Southern Heavenly Kingdom Palace

Prime Minister opened his mouth, but there was no sound coming out of his throat to deny what his Queen said. Finally, he just nodded and backed up a few steps back.

Queen Alyesha picked up a token from her storage ring and stretched it to Alucard.

"Bring it and show it to the royal knight."

Alucard accepted the token, and stuffed it into his storage ring.

"Thank you, Your Highness"

Queen Alyesha nodded, Alucard turned and walked out the throne room. His killing intent leaked out.

Southern Forest

The sunlight shone through the forest, the birds chirping as if to welcome the new day.

Under the big tree, there were two people sleeping beside the exhausted fire. They are Variya and Lucan!

Lucan opened his eyes, and was greeted by the bright sunshine. Although the temperature around is still a bit cold, it does not stop Lucan to enjoy the morning atmosphere in this forest.

In his former world, natural forest is something that is almost extinct. Although the problem of pollution has been overcome, it is actually making people slaughtering most of the world's forests.

Lucan stood up and walked to the nearest river, he jumped and entered the river water.
