After getting out of the forest, Lucan and Variya continued their journey to Southern Heavenly Kingdom.

"I think I can see Paula's village at this distance"

Variya said when looking ahead, Lucan who was closing his eyes suddenly opened it.

He can see the village silhouette spoken by Variya.

"Yes, that's not too far from here." Lucan said with a nod.

Although a little excited to see how the village in this world looks, he feels anxious for some reason. He has ever felt like this before in his former world.

She said with charming smile. However, Lucan was unaffected and just stared at the demon with a cold eyes.

"Ooh, I loved cold person. You really know my tasted, eh"

She tilted her head cutely. Suddenly Lucan eyes glowing, the demon felt uneasy with Lucan's gaze.

An information suddenly popped out in Lucan mind.

The demon feels as if she's naked in front of him. This made her smile disappear and was replaced with solemn face.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"

She shouted, but no answer. Lucan takes the katana from his dimensional storage. He unleashed his katana without word.

The demon was frustrated and moved to attack Lucan with an inhuman speed. However, for Lucan the speed of the demon is still very slow.

Lucan lowered his head to avoid the demon's blow, then cut off the demon's hands that used to attack him.

"AHHHHHH !!?"

A terrible scream was heard.

The demon saw her now-lying hand beside Lucan and became very angry and frightened.

"I will kill you slowly to pay homage to the villagers"

Lucan said with cold voice.

The demon was scared sh*tless.

Lucan used [Blink] and suddenly stood beside the demon, he uses his katana's handle to attack her. It makes the demon body flying and destroys villagers' homes.

What a frightening speed!

The demon felt hopeless, she wouldn’t dare to attack if she knew that the human is this strong.

Instead of waiting for death she would rather die in battle for the sake of her pride.

"[Dark Blow]!"

She launched dark magic to Lucan who still stands without moving. A black cloud-like object moved very quickly toward Lucan.

The demon knows that this will not hurt Lucan, and moves closer to Lucan with her [Blink] skill. Arriving beside Lucan, she swung the blow with one hand with all her might.

It is already predicted by Lucan, he grabbed her hand and throw the demon to the magic that casted by the demon.

“GAHHH!?”

The demon feels as though her body is pounded by a giant hammer and its body rolls after being hit by her magic like a can is thrown to the ground horizontally.

She panted and stood with difficulty, she looked at Lucan with eyes filled with anger and fear.

"Are you scared?"

Lucan approached the demon quietly.

"[Death Skin]!"

She casted a curse to him. However, Lucan is unaffected and keeps approaching her quietly.

Seeing Lucan approaching, the demon frantically threw his magic with all of her might. However, Lucan merely regards the magic of the demon as if nothing.

"[Hell Fire]"

After Lucan close enough to the demon, he casted one of his [Dark Fire Magic] and the body of the demon was covered in black fire.

"AAAAAAHHHHH ...!?"

The demon created a very painful cry that even the listener would feel pain. As if live fish were fed into hot cooking oil, the demon rolled on the ground furiously.

The screams continued with the demon body rolling on the ground until finally the cry stopped without leaving anything.

Lucan closed his eyes, remembering what happened to the people in this village he felt guilty.

However, when he senses the presence of a person behind him, he saw Variya seeing him with eyes full of awe and fear. Seeing the fight in front of her, she felt as if she saw a fight in the legend in real life. And seeing how Lucan fights, Variya is sure that he doesn’t fight with all of his strength.

Just, how strong is he?

Lucan sighed and walked out the village looking for a vast and empty area. He looked around and swung his sword to the ground, as if the ground circus show rolled back and made a very deep hole.

Lucan returns back into the village and places the corpses one by one into the pit for burial. Seeing what Lucan did, Variya also helped put the corpses of the population into the pit as a form of homage.

Lucan sighed and looked at the sky, closed his eyes and stood as if he were an unshakable statue.

Looking at Lucan's lonely figure, Variya also felt sadness in her heart. She quietly sat under a nearby tree and closed her eyes.

Lucan felt a group of people headed for this village. However, he didn’t care and just stands there with his eyes closed. After all, if they have bad intentions he can annihilate them easily.
