《The Deal of Tyler Mouret》-The Meeting- Chapter 3

I arrived at school doors to find my friends with a surprised face, like when you think you saw a ghost or something like that.
— Dude you are alive, we were worried for you when we heard a beam fall on you, nobody leaves that unscathed from something like that, we went to visit you at the hospital, but they didn't let us see you, we even thought that you were dead or worse already at the morgue, but is good to see you are alive and kicking — Alex tells me.
— Well not so good, I still have some minor pains, but nothing than an aspirin can't solve, but its good to be alive and in the word of the living —Well that has some truth in there.
— Being honest you scared the shit out of us, we thought that we were seeing some kind of specter, Eric was almost going to launch his lunch at you Jajajaja
— Goodness he didn't or I was going to launch him from the roof of the school
— ¡Hey! it is not my fault that you look ugly and terrifying as fuck, It is good to see you back, so tell us ¿What exactly happened?
— What I am about to tell, you won't believe it —Now that I think about, one never tells their parents the weird shit that happens in their life, but you tell your friends about everything, Teenager logic.
— We have heard everything, well almost, but ¿what is the worse you could tell us? —we have heard weird and stupid things in these times, even our professor blattering, but this, this will be something they will have to do many laps in their heads to understand.
— Ok, technically I died —Well that put them in shock particularly Eric.
— ¿You are joking right? —the truth is I wanted to be joking, but this is complicated.
— Let me start again in the beginning, first I died because of the beam, or something like that, there is a place called "The Kingdom of Shadows" but I don't know if it is hell or the purgatory yet, there I meet a demon, the problem is I didn't see it well, and it has the voice a little sharp in tone, that seemed strange to me, but I didn't remember the first time I got there and thought that everything was some kind of crazy dream or I was hallucinating, until yesterday I talked with it again, in another "Dream" but things were more clear now and I almost saw who revived me, the case is now I have to win its trust to keep on living or it takes my soul, ¿easy no? —I think I said more than necessary because Eric almost fainted, and Alex was with a grimace on his face, but they didn't tell me anything, I told them to get to classes and continued the day, nobody asked me anything besides my friends, they asked me if a had a fever or something, but nothing else, in the afternoon I said my farewells and continued home with dread in my mind that something could happen, I knew they would have to think about well enough.

I arrived home and found my family in the table, there was my brother, I didn't ask why he wasn't in the morning, I'm 17, and not so oblivious about private matters if it was what I think it was. After dinner, I got to my room and finished doing my things, I laid down in bed, but I remembered the problem, Aishti.
— Goddammit if I sleep now I will have to see that place again, but I don't have any way to evade it, in what I was I thinking when I made something so stupid, I am a fool —But let's be sincere here for a moment if it happened to you, the major probability is that you enter in a panic state, and is complete bullshit that you will maintain your composure and your shit together looking for options where there is none life is cruel and full of hard decisions to make, no matter what books or comics have you read unless you are a fucking lawyer and have read the book of life and all its rules.
While I think about what to do when and if I have to appear there again, I started to feel sleepy until I fall asleep and woke again in that dark room, well now it looks more like a party room in a victorian house but no guests and with the same trone at the end, but is empty. The room was void of life, I look around with curiosity, and catch with my sight a door open, this picks my interest and got closer. At the entrance of the door, I see a light that follows an adorned corridor with some paintings of a beautiful woman with pale skin and using extravagant and eyecatching dresses in each one, and even more doors in every side of the same corridor.
— Well to be Hell they sure have good taste decorating houses, if this is even a house
While I observe the paintings and keep walking, I stopped sporadically trying to open some doors if they were open... all closed, I guess I had to go to the end and see if the final one was open.
When I was getting closer I saw that it was half-open, I opened it to get a peek and what I saw was weird, "¿If this is Hell why is there a garden?" it was one of those that have the mansions of extra rich people, this had a Fountain and an entrance to what seemed a labyrinth, surprisingly, although being a garden I didn't see even one flower.

Since there was nothing else that called my attention I entered the labyrinth it was one of those with walls made of hard bushes.
— Ok, more and more I get convinced this is some kind of mansion, but I have still some inquisitiveness, I expect this is not one of those labyrinths with things that follow you all around the place like in that movie —I wish I was mistaken, after exploring like for 10 minutes in that place and get lost, I started hearing strange noises around, like something following my track.
— ¡Shit I am not going to die in the underworld! —I started running like a madman and the noises kept increasing, this told me I needed to keep running for my life, I dint want to meet the author of the growls, that later converted in roars.
I kept escaping from the creature like for 20 minutes, sneaking away in every turn, but still not losing it, it felt like a marathon of 3 hours, and still, dint see what it was that hunted me, not that I wanted to, I kept escaping after retaking my breath for a moment to continue looking for the exit, but I only got dead ends, this place got me terrified, the walls looked like they were closing on me, and the sounds melted with my surroundings, giving that effect that everywhere is a monster, I thought that I was entering a panic estate or worse schizophrenia.
— If I don't get out of this fucking place, I can't get back home, damn my curiosity —I didn't say it in a serious voice at all, my curiosity has given me some good stuff in the past, like that time, I encountered the director with the chemistry teacher, thank God they are in good shape, I would have got the Jeeves, whatever, I got 20 in that class in all the year, ¿only to shut up? yes please, but I still got a problem in the present time and following.
I continued advancing until I found an exit, there was a fricking battle arena, suddenly I heard the roar of the thing following me, it was Chimera, a mythological beast with the parts of various animals in one body, the most common one was a Lion's head, a goat, and a snake in the tail, this one was a bull-like dog with a boar and the tail of a centipede, it was grotesque.
— You are shiting me if you think I can kill that thing, is impossible, I don't even have any means to defend myself —The Arena heard my thoughts apparently because various weapons started falling from the sky and I had to move to avoid getting impaled to the ground or slashed by one, in front of me fell a katana —¿Really? ¿A Katana? ¿You think I can kill a Hulking beast with a sable? is useless, and this one is an original katana made of iron, I can see the rust, ¡this shit is going to break in an instant! —I discarded the crap and started looking for something more useful, in 5 meters I saw a spear, but the chimera started moving too.
