Skely took his first bite. Hmm, this Turkey is exceptionally tender. Cooked to medium rare, the meat just melts in your mouth. Due to the location of the cut, the part doesn't have the marbling that's found in other cuts, but it's easily the most tender you can get. What it lacks in marbling, it makes up for in tenderness and flavor. Still need mushroom and some other vegetable to stuff this Turkey but it's still a masterpiece of a fine cook. 10 out of 10 I shall say.
