"You never learn moderation if you only sprint." And other such pithy fragments of thought, cases of meaning locked behind door with the most obscure handle. Still, there is perhaps something the hare cannot imagine, an attractiveness to the repetitious, daily (and most certainly piecemeal) approach to life, a sense of daily progress that instills inherit meaning–for it is to behold the world in motion! But no, it is a temptation to typify daily repetition as progress, for who could find it? Repetition brings a sense of purpose: to endeavor and recur is enough for the members of small humankind.

There is something unapproachably excellent about Kyoto Animation's character design, and although this abstract element could certainly not be found below, the clarity and detail of designs at once demand more and less of the animator. More, for more lines and complex shapes. Less, because the designs are natural and sensible and represent a deeper understanding–it is not a bad thing to draw these designs, and now it is harder to draw others.

A kettle peals. You take it off heat and open the lid to pour, but only steam comes out. You turn the kettle upside down and still nothing comes out. "There's nothing but steam in here!" You cry.

"Who could reproach me for heating so well?" The kettle countered with an air of self-satisfaction.

"Me! I wanted to have a cup of tea and now I'll go thirsty. Nothing but steam–whoever heard!"

"Just drink from the faucet." The kettle grumbled.
