《Rusty Dream》From This Calendar Day

"You never learn moderation if you only sprint." And other such pithy fragments of thought, cases of meaning locked behind door with the most obscure handle. Still, there is perhaps something the hare cannot imagine, an attractiveness to the repetitious, daily (and most certainly piecemeal) approach to life, a sense of daily progress that instills inherit meaning–for it is to behold the world in motion! But no, it is a temptation to typify daily repetition as progress, for who could find it? Repetition brings a sense of purpose: to endeavor and recur is enough for the members of small humankind.

There is something unapproachably excellent about Kyoto Animation's character design, and although this abstract element could certainly not be found below, the clarity and detail of designs at once demand more and less of the animator. More, for more lines and complex shapes. Less, because the designs are natural and sensible and represent a deeper understanding–it is not a bad thing to draw these designs, and now it is harder to draw others.

A kettle peals. You take it off heat and open the lid to pour, but only steam comes out. You turn the kettle upside down and still nothing comes out. "There's nothing but steam in here!" You cry.
"Who could reproach me for heating so well?" The kettle countered with an air of self-satisfaction.
"Me! I wanted to have a cup of tea and now I'll go thirsty. Nothing but steam–whoever heard!"
"Just drink from the faucet." The kettle grumbled.

Author's Rant
Just a disclaimer, this is not and never will be a story. I just, noticed I have a bad habit of wanting to rant in my author's notes, and have decided that, instead of accidentally doubling the length of each chapter with the author's note alone, I will shove those long-ass rants here. It might contain spoilers for my stories, as I usually wind up ranting about different parts I'm writing. So, if you actually enjoy my rants...well, firstly, what is wrong with you? Secondly, welcome! Time to figure out what tags to stick on this. Also, as of the second chapter, I have decided to shove some of my story ideas here. So if you enjoy half-baked, unfinished stories, then I got those too. I think that adds that short story tag?

Rhea may be the main protagonist of our story, but to fully understand this world, we will be diving into various other PoV along the way, but never straying too far from our main three girls!
