A new day, A new opportunity.

That is how the saying went. For me it's not a new opportunity but it is a new day in which I would find more about myself.

Yesterday I reached enlightenment/ ascension/ one with myself or many other monikers that could be used to explain what had happened yesterday. I had many hopes for yesterday and many possible visions on how it would go.

I had planned to achieve a new state of being by trying to harmonize my Body/Soul/Energy into one.

The Body as the anchor for everything.

The Soul to materialize my thoughts into reality.

The Energy/Life Essence to power it all.

I kind of succeeded and discovered this new type of energy for myself once all three are combined but it seems I may not have been the first to reach it. I had hoped that my discovery in the Void would make me unique in Creation to dawn a new era brought on by me. ` But it seems reality had other plans for me as I had today confirmed there are other geniuses in the world. `

This new power I have termed Auril for now works by binding Life Essence as the provider in the cells of the physical body and by using the Soul to glue everything together into one physical/metaphysical substance.

When a cell is used it produces a tiny amount of Auril around itself but that is nothing. Only when one can combine that tiny Auril of power of that cell with another cell that also produced a tiny amount of Auril, did it change everything. If one follows that logic then soon one can connect the cells of the whole body into a metaphysical unity instead of staying individuals does it create miracles.

` Right now I was a good example of that. When I activate Auril and all of me turns into one metaphysical being and I gain a ridiculous power up. I am not sure on what scale that would be but i can officially think of myself as a broken character. `

Being a broken character is normally good but if one considers that broken characters are far more likely to get involved in shit then, say a normal one it's not that good. ` Luckily there is one more thing more broken than a broken character and that's a broken Main Character of any story/fate/destiny or whatever. `

` Ah back to the main point. This morning when I woke up, on a suspicion of mine from yesterday I checked on the net for a certain story and its author. I had been looking for the system that the author created and its peculiarities. ` And I must say that a certain Togashi has/had been smoking some deep shit when he created his system.

To whom or what he connected I have no idea but the system he created is disturbingly close to My Reality.

The only reason I have some semblance of good will towards him is that I enjoyed what he invented in his mind and that he is about to kick the crap. Otherwise he would have turned out to be a master in disguise as he spread his power system to the World.

“ Maybe I should pay him a visit before he kicks the crap and show him what I did and at least heal him so he can finish the damn story he's been writing. Hmm, ok, I will pay him a visit. ” Nodding to my decision I turned back to my notebook which I did not need as my memory has turned frighteningly powerful with my latest power up.

` Too bad I don't have a Soul anymore for separate storage. ` When I had explored the wiki on his system I took notes just for fun. When I noticed the similarities I had explored more and noted the main points of his system.

According to him his power, Aura can be split into 4 basics of which 2 are useless to me but the other 2 had more potential.

In Togashi's system the four basics are Ten, Zetsu, Ren, Hatsu.

` Sigh, Good thing I will stick with English names. ` For me Ten and Zetsu are meaningless. Even if both of our systems are powered by the same power, the way the function was very different.

Togashi's defined Aura as Life Essence that is always slipping away from the body. So his principle of Ten to consciously stop that from happening and maintain it in the body is a good idea. ` But to me it's useless as I don't have to do anything as my Auril is created in the body and maintains its state perfectly. The only thing I have to bother is about the amount of Auril generated and how to use it. `

The second principle of Zetsu is pulling all your aura into your body and to not let any of it escape it. ` Again it's useless to me as all I have to do is stop making Auril and no one should notice anything. Well, I say no one should, but as I have yet to meet anyone that can sense it out at full power much less when not used. ”

The third principle of Ren is to increase the amount of power in a burst to increase the power of lets say a basic punch. ` This one has more uses as it's the first principle I can actually use even if only partially. On my way up the mountain I had tried it. There was a good stone on the road to test it so did I it. `

First I had tried a normal punch. As I couldn't even be bothered if I got my fist injured since it could be healed fast anyway. When I tried it on stone there was a loud thud but not that loud to be honest. It didn't sound at all like in the movies. Due to the full hit from my hand I had felt the impact in the bones and due to the full power behind it quite a few fingers broke and my knuckles hurt a lot.

` I had not felt pain like that in quite some time. ` As I had tested yesterday I had total control of my bodies cells due to Auril being present in them and with a few minutes of manipulation the injuries were healed.

“ I really am not a fan of pain even if it can be easily ignored. ” After the hand healed came the fun part. Taking the same pose as before I punched again, but this time I had commanded for Auril to be generated in my whole hand. The sound that followed was much louder than without but I cared not for sound. No what I cared for was what happened after my hand covered in Auril hit the stone.

There was no pain that followed. ` For me at least not sure about stones because it truly felt it. `

With the Auril as the medium between my fist and the stone all the force generated by the punch was transferred into the stone. There, where my fist hit stone, and indentation was left.

` It may have been small but it was there. Still it's interesting how the kinetic force was transferred from the fist onto the surface of the stone. ` For the next test I ignited the Auril in my whole arm and did the same as last time.

Thud!

This time the sound was even louder and a true fist dent appeared. ` Similar to the ones that appear in movies and other forms of media. It was a basic outline of my fist. `

Again I had felt no impact but it happened and there was no power loss at all, at least it felt like it. ` It seems my Auril transferred the kinetic energy from my arm into that small impact zone that was the front part of my fist. `

Usually there is a rebound in situations like this. When something hits something both absorb part of the forces involved and then rebound due to them but here it didn't. ` Nothing was transferred back to me, all of it went into the stone. `

To truly test it out I had placed my palm on the stone. This time I had urged all the muscles and tendons in the arm to contract but not release. I would not move the arm at all and just use Auril to transfer the energy created to the front of the palm and be released.

THUD!!

“ And it works, just WOW. ” To think that the cell Auril link was so amazing. Out of fun I kept hitting the stones for quite some time. I had even used the whole body Auril ignition. It was only when I grew bored of it that I left and all that was left was indents from the punches and kicks.

` First rule I learned today was that Auril transfers 99% of any power the body can generate wherever I want it to and the only limiting factor was the physical body. `

While my body was transformed yesterday to better suit this new power but that did not change the fact that my current physical strength could be achieved by anybody even without any powers.

Back to the present.

“ I will probably train for a few more months and stop there. I am not the macho type. ”

“ Where was I with my thoughts, ah yes the Ren principle of the sudden burst of power to increase results did not work for me. The only thing a full body release did was to transfer all the generated power into the small surface of the body part hitting stuff. I could have probably used Auril to spread the surface of the impact but that did not change the principle at work. Hmm I will call this the first principle of Auril - Kinetic Energy Transfer, as I am not sure if it works on other types yet. ”

Just imagining what will happen when I make a system and show it to the world sends me shivers. All those that will focus on body enhancement will be unstoppable as this principle should work on impacts received too.

“ Luckily the limit of the transfer rate will depend on the amount of Auril links one has in the body and stress the body receives but for someone like me well good luck killing me with kinetic impacts alone. “

“ Now let's get to the fun part. The Hatsu principle was where all the fun parts start. ”

This principle is where one took the basic stuff and made it into the advanced stuff.

Gyo - The principle of perception and concentration is kinda useless on me as I had no need to concentrate at all. I WILLED it and it happened. As for perception, well so far I have not met anybody else with powers so it was hard to know. In - The principle of concealment. This one so far I have not found to work. Will need somebody to test it for me. Again I don't know if it will work on other power systems but the general rule of thumb says it should. En - The principle of perception. This is the one I like the most. It is the most useful utility one could even imagine. To create a sphere of Auril around oneself to perceive things around oneself. I named this ability Sphere of Perception since I don't want to use strangers' names. Shu - The principle of enfolding or enveloping objects works fine. Tried it on a rock, tree branches and my notebook. It takes some skill to shape the Auril to do it but it works. Ko - The principle of utility. This one didn't work for me either. Even if I try to only use one part of the body to focus the Auril on, if I don't ignite the Auril on the whole body I have little power to provide that body part. There is only so much a single cell can do. The beauty of Auril is the linkage of it. Ken - The principally of fortification. The idea to use power to make a sort of shell around you to protect you. It is a nice idea but I found it a bit lacking. If i use it that would mean i have to reduce my Sphere of Perception to the minimum for this idea. And as Auril works so well with energy transfer I might not even need it. Will see, maybe if I can create a double layer of SoP and the Barrier it will work wonders. Ryu - The principle of the flow. This one works by using the flow of power in two different ways or more. It's a good idea if one can work in offense and defense at the same time. Will need a true opponent to test it out but in theory it should work wonders with Auril.

And finally to the last part of Hatsu. It is here where the cool powers come from. And I must say I have broken Togashi's system real hard.

In Togashi's system, he divided power into six categories.

Enhancement - Simple wording for its many uses. It enhances anything from yourself to objects. Emission - The ability to separate your own power from yourself and use it remotely. Transmutation - The ability to change the substance of your power. Manipulation - The ability to control animate or inanimate objects. Conjuration - The ability to materialize your power into the real world. Specialist - Everything that didn't fit the above category got pushed into this one.

It's a good system with various dynamic powers of advantages and restrictions. It's quite complex when one looks into the details.

But it simply does not work for me as I can do all of those. So according to Togashi's system I am a broken character. It didn't take me long to figure it out why though. For Togashi to entertain the world with his imagination he had to make limitations and restrictions otherwise the power dynamic would become simple and stale. It all would come down doing the same things again and again.

` No one likes repeating the same stuff. ` But his idea did spark my imagination. ` If I can split my own system like this I could create the power dynamics in the real world. All I would need is to find how to do that. `

Still thanks to his imagination I now have a path forward and none said I can't take inspiration from him.

After some more tests I have come to the realization on how to work my on Auril better.
