《Godfather World》Fools in High Places

When Party Freedom returned, they saw Party Prayer helping Zen in the kitchen. There were more eggs than they remembered, and Sasha burst through the door just after they settled Controlled Berserker on the floor.
“Water eggs are here! I can’t find the black ones anywhere.”
Zen thought about it. Why were there no explosive eggs? They hated crowds. If there was one building in the entire academy that did not permit crowding, where would that be?
Suddenly, he had his answer. “Library. The black eggs might be in the library.”
His answer started a chain reaction. When Sasha heard it, she looked at Party Freedom. Tracer sent the guild and vice guild masters messages about Zen’s guess on the elusive black egg’s location.
Almost at once, the response came. Akiko said that she would handle it. On the other hand, Liu Feng said that he would return to base to check on the crafting progress. It was difficult, but he managed to snag some white eggs. Zen thanked them for the quick response and checked the time. Thirty minutes passed, and now, they only had thirty minutes left before the basilisk spawned.
Tracer nudged Gambler, who eyed Sasha. They should take the sniper girl along. She was fast on her feet and would make a very good runner for luring those white eggs into their trap. The boys checked their resources. They snatched several flour sacks and eyed the fruit knife.
Zen noticed two very heated stares and raised a brow. “Do you need this?” he asked.
Tracer nodded. “We also need Sasha if it isn’t too much to ask. We don’t have enough white eggs yet, do we?”
Hearing that Tracer wanted to resolve the white egg shortage issue, Zen beamed as if Christmas came early. Scorpion and Controlled Berserker wanted to tag along, but Tracer stopped them.

“Focus on recovering. We need both of you at your full strength for a rematch with Party Undead. This time, it would be best if they stayed dead.”
Zen flinched as Tracer stabbed the fruit knife onto the chopping board to emphasise his intentions. The skinny teen with heavy eyebags tried to dislodge the fruit knife and embarrassed himself when it was wedged firmly onto the wood. Even the wounded controlled berserker had to step in to help, and Tracer bushed, muttering his thanks before bidding Zen goodbye.
Sasha did not know what she would be helping with, but it should be better than getting into the pool with the other boys who tried to feel her up while collecting eggs. Not only were they incompetent, but they also lacked class. Sasha wanted nothing more than to put bullets in their brains, but they were part of the guild. Thankfully, they were not in the same party. The Russian sniper prayed for the deaths in the event when the basilisk spawned so she wouldn’t have to find ways to get rid of them and dirty her hands.
“The plan is simple,” Tracer told Sasha and Gambler when they were close to the clock tower. They did not want to risk getting trapped within the dormitory for the hunt. It was a good spot to get ambushed by anyone and a terrible place to be in if the basilisk chased.
“Gambler and I will hold the flour sacks. Sasha, you will ring the bell to get the roosting white eggs’ attention, then wait for them to come and make a run down the spiral stairs. The eggs will definitely follow, so jump if you must but remember to stop at the only door by the clock tower base. Gambler and I will be holding out the flour sacks higher, so you should dive low between our legs to safety and help to secure the ropes for the flour sacks. We won’t be able to catch everything, but we will be able to catch enough of them for Zen to do whatever he needs to with them for a while.”

The Russian sniper sighed and slung the sniper rifle onto her back. She wouldn’t need that for this mission. The things she would do for Zen were starting to pile up more than the things she would ever do for her mother. It’s saying something.
The trio climbed the long flight of stairs to the clock tower. Already, they could hear the fluttering of these eggs. Someone was already in there.
Using hand signals, they slowed down and approached stealthily. Was this person a friend or foe?
Sasha entered first with the gun in her hand. She zoomed in on the figure above and couldn’t understand who she was seeing. However, they had the advantage of surprise. The person was distracted and did not look like an ally, so Sasha took her stance while the two boys cowered outside.
Bang! Bang!
Sasha checked if the person was dead. The bullet made contact. She saw it hit him. However, the teen turned around with a shocked expression before making a run for it, breaking through the glass window and jumping off.
Sasha gaped and was about to give chase when she realised something else. Her gunshot distracted the white eggs, and they were now coming for them.
“In position!” she screamed and hurriedly pushed Tracer in front to open his flour sack. Although startled by the rudeness and change in plans, Gambler did not miss a beat.
As soon as the flour sacks were opened, the white eggs flew at top speed, smacking right into the flour sacks the moment Sasha anchored the sacks with her foot to support the two scrawny boys. The ropes were ready in her hands.
“Now!” Tracer gave the signal. Securing the white eggs was a simpler operation than he thought it would be despite the mysterious candidate who willingly jumped off the clock tower. He didn’t think the teen was suicidal, but his actions were bizarre. Very few people were able to jump from this height and survive.
As Sasha tied up their haul, she couldn’t help but wonder who that strange teen was. Apart from Zen, nobody else in this academy managed to survive her hits. The first shot wasn’t a warning shot either. She aimed for his arm. The second made contact with his head. How was he unharmed? Even so, shouldn’t he take his chances to fight them instead of jumping from this height? Sasha pitied the fool. If he did not survive the fall, he only had himself to blame.
“Let’s head back,” Tracer said and heaved the heavy sack over his shoulder. Gambler did the same and wondered how Zen was going to manage these hostile white eggs.
Whatever, this was a problem for Zen. They did their part. Now, it was time for a rematch.
