《A human's tale》The battle for humanity

3 days later, scores of demons started coming out of the tunnel. The strongest among demons were in the vanguard. So, It was impossible to hold them up at the tunnel entrance and kill them one by one. The number of elite fighters was probably equal in numbers. It would be pointless to try to hold them one by one and it might create unexpected variables. So it was better to have a simple and direct confrontation.
Both sides had more than 1000 individuals. They sized each other up and the demons charged toward the humans
Everyone got their respective opponent.
A blue-colored demon with bulging muscles and a horn attacked Rayhan. Rayhan had been gathering pale ki with lightning essence in his hands. The demon's club which was aimed at his head struck his left trapezoidal muscle. The demon had expected Rayhan to try to dodge his attack. He planned to execute a combo of club attack and kick. First, he would attack a bit slower and let the opponent dodge it and when the opponent had dodged it successfully, he would abruptly increase his speed and give his opponent a critical hit. That was this demon's plan. However, he had not expected his opponent Rayhan to take the blow head-on. Right before the blow hit, Rayhan had initiated the motion of his punch toward the demon's face. A sharp pain stunned him but his attack fully connected with the demon's head. The demon flew for 5 meters before landing on the ground. His head was disoriented because of Rayhan's punch. Rayhan ignored the pain and launched himself like a tiger before the demon fell to the ground. Just as the demon's back touched the ground Rayhan was on top of him. Rayhan didn't give him time to organize himself and bombarded him with a flurry of punches. While these punches were not using a demon-killing fist. It still had some raw power behind it. While Rayhan's 10 punches were connected to the demon. The demon's single punch had flung him 3 meters.

Only then Rayhan had realized that the demon was significantly stronger than him. He was lucky to have used a previous tactic and already dealt the demon considerable damage to his head. Otherwise, Rayhan would not have been this demon's match.
The demon stood up and growled, "How dare you injure me? I will kill you and feast on your corpse."
"This is war. Why would not I dare to injure you? As for your corpse, I will feed it to pigs after I kill you." Rayhan smirked.
The demon was further enraged when he heard this. He launched himself at Rayhan with the abandonment of his life. Rayhan used the demon-killing fist and exchanged punch for punch with the demon. He could not use the demon-killing fist every time he punched but he was able to use it once they separated for more than 3-4 meters. After 5 minutes of exchanging blow for blow. The demon was on the verge of death while Rayhan was also badly injured. This situation only came to be because Rayhan had damaged the opponent heavily during the first exchange of fists. Otherwise, the one on verge of death might have been Rayhan.
"Even if I die, I will take you down before I die. You bastard." The demon screamed. Exactly at this moment, Rayhan swallowed a senzu bean. Before the demon had reached Rayhan, Rayhan had already recovered. He gave the demon a vicious kick and hit him with a demon-killiing fist. The demon died instantly.
Since Rayhan did not have any mortal combat experiences. This was the best way to beat the opponent. Senju bean was a cheat. But he believed that everything be should fair in war.
He looked at his father who was doing much better than him.

'It's probably because his mastery of demon-killing fist is better than mine and also he has more combat experience' He realized.
He attacked his father's opponent and instantly killed him.
The father and son duo found another injured opponent and killed him. Then they found themselves demons who had already killed their opponents. The war situation intensified and blood and corpse were everywhere. By the time, Rayhan had eaten 5 Senju beans. He had already killed 8 opponents individually. Whereas his father had killed 10 opponents with help of 5 Senju beans. It was a mad slaughter. The number of demons and humans gradually decrease. The initial number of 2000 plus people had already sunk to 1400. None of the top fighters had yet fallen.
Gradually, the humans got the upper hand. Rayhan and Ray had played a great part in it. They had lessened the burden for others by finishing off multiple opponents. Due to this small advantage. The number of demons shrunk to 500 while the humans' number was 800. As Ray and Rayhan were uninjured, it became easier for them to finish their injured opponents. The demons had realized that the father and son duo had dealt the most damage. So, they were the primary target of demons but the ratio of demons and humans had already become 300 to 700.
Gradually, Only the elite demons were fighting against the elite humans. After injuring the grandmaster of the Orin temple, his opponent ran towards Rayhan.
Rayhan was bitter about this. He didn't want to garner the attention of these supreme entities but he had to do it because of the war situation. He knew that even a dying camel was bigger than a horse. However, even if he was a horse, he was a slightly stronger and faster horse.
The demon and Rayhan traded blow for blow. His body was covered in blood. He had already kept a Senju in his mouth so that he would be able to swallow it in critical condition. That critical condition came far too early while fighting against a dying camel. It only took the demon 3 minutes to critically injure him. However, he recovered due to Senju bean and lasted another five minutes against the demon when the demon finally died and Rayhan was seriously injured. Before, those grandmasters were busy in their battle and had not specifically sensed Rayhans ki level. So, He did not need to worry about anyone suspecting him of anything. But if he recovered perfectly after finishing off a grandmaster. It would mean something was off about him. Therefore, he didn't use senju this time because he needed to show the world that he was critically injured after the war finished. As for the demons. They were about to be exterminated.
1 hour later.
Every single one of those demons had been encircled and had been killed.
A single question remained in Rayhan's mind at this time and that was why were demons intent on invading earth? Why did they wage such a desperate battle?
He would find the answer to his question decades later.

This quest will either see von Bolstedt's shaken faith in his own god reforged into an intolerant blade, or shattered like ice. Word from the AuthorGreetings! Witch Hunt plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This is the second part of the adventures of Adebar von Bolstedt, as such I recommend reading part one, titled "The Hand of Sigmar" first. While I cannot claim the places, concepts and gods etc. mentioned within as my own, the story and all characters flowed from my own fingers.
