Queen Elaiza was having a hard time guessing the identity of the person who had helped her. She knew that he should not have come from that place. Her ancestor had been banished to the desolate region 1000 years ago from the greater demon realm. Her ancestor had then procreated with the lesser demons. "Hmph! Why do you always want to do charity? Haven't you done enough already?" Annin said a bit angrily.

"Just wanted few humans capable enough to defend earth without us. Hehe, We won't waste our time there. As for money, I can just find a buried treasure trove or some greedy crocodile lair. I have the perfect person in mind to run this school." Rayhan replied.

"Who?" She asked curiously.

"Okami should do. Also, I am thinking about Rayfan will be teaching as well. He was a hardworking kid when he was little. Nowadays, he is just goofing around doing nothing. We ought to assign him something." Rayhan said.

"That sounds good," Annin replied.

"Oh. That bitch Lisa has been spreading rumors about you. That ungrateful whore! We should go and kill her" Annin said with an angry expression.

"She is just a bug. I have planned something for her anyways." Rayhan said.

"Hmph! Hmph! No, I must kill her. I was waiting for you to come. So that we could go together. But I will go alone now. I will make her beg for death" Annin said with a vicious expression.

"God, you look beautiful with that vicious expression!" Rayhan exclaimed and said taking her in his arms, "Why don't we do something fun for now?"

She tried to break free from him and said "Let me go. I must kill her."

"Now, Honey. Tell me the real reason you want to do that." Rayhan asked.

Annin felt a bit embarrassed and said, "Hmph! My nieces think that you will do something to them if they come here to visit. All because of that ungrateful bitch."

Annin was a social butterfly. Thus, when her nieces refused to come to her place because of rumors spread by Lisa. She felt humiliated. Annin just wanted to ask Rayhan before she killed her.

"Hehe, why don't we spread the rumor as well. Let's anonymously publish a book detailing how much our family has done for this world. Also, It should be a children's book with pictures." Rayhan said to her.

She giggled.

After that, he told her how he was going to snatch Lisa's student to make her his new plaything. Naturally, Annin was excited to see the expression on Lisa's face. Annin thought that this was better than killing Lisa.

One year later.

Guardians martial arts academy had been opened up 50 km south of the serene valley. The goal of Guardians martial arts academy was to train warriors to defend earth against outsiders. Okami had naturally agreed to become the instructor. Okami had nearly surpassed his own master and surprisingly reached the battle power of 480. Rayfan was assigned to teach there as well.

They had selected 30 students under the age of 6.

10 km south of the academy, a community of 1000 people had been established to grow medicinal herbs for the academy.

50 km to the east of the serene valley, the construction of a research center had just started.

Fanfan and Annin had been assigned the task of arranging these constructions because Rayhan had been busy preparing to go to King Kai's planet anytime soon. The request had been filed two years ago but the response had not come so he had been eagerly waiting.

If Rayhan could help King Kai in his lowest moments, his chances of learning Kaio-ken would increase.

After returning from the demon realm, he had to go through another round of ki controlling exercises at Karin's.

One day, he tried to keep all the ki in his body and power up without leaking it. But he could not do it at all. All the ki leaked out when powering up. However, he was able to figure out that this exercise would help him control the ki much better if he regularly practiced it.

He also realized that it would be way too early to be able to do that. His experience with ki was far from enough to able to not leak ki while powering up.

Rayhan had not dared to drink ultra divine water because he was not sure about humans' potential. Another reason for him to not drink the ultra divine water had to do with his low power level. Since his power level was at 2000. He found it adequate to drink the ultra divine water.

He wanted to be as strong as possible before going to King Kai's so that he could reap the maximum benefit while training on his planet.

Therefore, he had finally decided to drink it.
