《A human's tale》Rachel

The bell rang and two fighters started fighting on the stage. Rayhan and his wives were seated in the middle of the judging panel. On their left and right were Mutaito and Okami respectively only after that heads of the various top faction were seated. Everyone was curiously watching the fight because one of the fighters was Lisa's most talented disciple.
When Rayhan find out that girl was Lisa's disciple his eyes lit up. He slowly started reading her memories. He wanted to snatch this girl from Lisa so he started to implement his plan. He used a technique called inception which he had created long ago and very minutely played with the perception of himself within her mind. He was going to make it gradual. The tournament would last for 5 days. He would very slightly tweak her thoughts towards himself day by day for five days. He had announced that he would train the winner of this tournament as a reward. So, he had already formulated the plan to snatch this girl away from Lisa.
This girl name Rachel had already defeated her opponent in less than 100 moves.
Slowly, the tournament progressed and Zafan came to the stage. He was the strongest one in the tournament by far. Mutaito naturally puffed up his chest when he saw his grandson's performance.
"What do you think of my grandson?" Mutaito asked telepathically to Rayhan.
"Hmm. He is nothing like you." Rayhan replied.
"Naturally, He is more talented than me," Mutaito said.
"I didn't mean that. I can see that his natural gift is greater than yours but he doesn't seem like a person who could have reached far without your guidance. He lacks the quality of an innovator, the heart of a martial artist who can strive forward even if he is at the peak, and the brain of a leader. I can read this from his body language and fighting pattern. In that sense, he is nothing like you." Rayhan explained the previous misunderstanding.

Mutaito got flustered, "Indeed that is true. In pursuit of pure strength, I guided him to the wrong path."
"Do you want to correct your mistakes? There is still time. I have an idea." Rayhan said.
"What is it?" Mutaito asked curiously.
"Simple. I will send a clone to participate in the tournament disguised as another martial artist and defeat him in the round of 16. He will learn that there is always someone stronger than him even in the same age range. This can be the first step to remedying his situation. Second, When you reach home, refuse to train him and don't let Zabra train him either. Let him progress on his own. So what he wastes some time stumbling here and there? He is young, he can catch up. The most important thing is his inner self. His heart and his brain. More than 110 years ago when demons invaded earth, remember? At that time countless martial artists who were not even half as powerful as your grandson laid their life on the line against demons knowing that their souls will be stuck in limbo and never reincarnate if they were killed. They were true martial artists despite being much weaker. Do the martial artists of this generation have the same resolve?" Rayhan gave a long lengthy speech.
Mutaito was thoughtful for a while and spoke, "It seems much needs to be done."
"Old friend, I have known you for 115 years now. You are one of few people who lived through that period. There aren't many left I guess. So, I will give you a chance to live a thousand years. Do you want to?" Rayhan asked.
Rayhan was genuinely interested in keeping masters like Mutaito alive which would in turn help in guiding humanity towards a better future. Also, he would not need to lift a finger with these types of people around.

"I will gain immortality through my efforts," Mutaito said with conviction in his voice.
Rayhan understood his conviction. So he suggested, "There is a system to judge one's battle power. Yours is 700. Your kid has around 300 and Zabra has 450. If you can surpass 1000 by the next 70 years you might just live for another 200 years or so but your appearance will change into an old ghost. Haha."
"What is your power level?" Mutaito asked curiously.
"10,000" Rayhan replied to the point. He had not lied. This body had a power level of 10,000 at this moment.
Mutaito froze but calmed down soon enough.
"How did you even train?" Mutaito asked.
"That is a secret. I will give you some advice though. Go to Karin and train to control Ki better. He has created a method. It will be easy to ignore your kid this way. After that go to Kami and train for a while there. I will come to visit you someday. You will easily be able to cross the threshold of 1000 with your talents. I have a gift for you as well. Hahaha." Rayhan said.
After that, they chatted about insignificant things and continued to watch the matches silently.
As promised, Rayhan defeated Zafan with a single finger in the round of 16.
Rayfan was using this to kill two birds with one stone. He wanted Lisa's student to win the tournament. He also wanted to help Mutaito's grandkid.
1 day later, Rachel breezed through her opponent in the quarter-finals.
Rachel won the semi-final as well.
It was the final and Rayhan had long read Rachel's mind and found out that Lisa had asked her to lose the match on purpose. Rachel was unwilling but she couldn't go against her master's orders. Due to the usage of inception in her memories, she had a good impression of Rayhan and she wanted to train in the serene valley.
The match started and her opponent was much weaker than her. So she put up an act of a desperate struggle. However, when her opponent was standing on edge the stage of that particular region collapsed and she won the match.
Naturally, It was done by Rayhan. He had just flicked a stone and nothing more.
After that, he saw Lisa in a hurry to take her disciple home and he warmed her telepathically, "Hehe, Lisa, Don't you dare take her away."
Lisa froze as her intention was seen through and she glared at Rayhan.
"Hmm. A piece of advice. If you take her away now. I will get my hands on your disciple by hook or by crook. Naturally, she will be my plaything. You remember how I did my business with you, Right? Let me tell you. That was me being merciful. When I get my hands on your disciple, trust me, I won't be that merciful. She will barely be a complete human being when I am done playing with her." Rayhan explained.
"Why are you doing this to me?" Lisa asked.
"Oh, you don't know? Who was the one that spread rumors about me? You are a snake that bites the hands that fed you." he said and added sarcastically, "I fed so much of my precious cum. Your mouth probably smells like my cock, doesn't it?"
"What do you want?" Lisa asked.

Branded
From the second Eluc awoke in this world, he was filled with questions. Why can he not remember his past, what is this White Room, and where the hell should he go? Leaving these unanswered, he could only traverse this world based on his instincts alone. However, Eluc still had one lead: the Brand upon his wrists. Author's Thoughts: I want to return to this story one day, perhaps in a re-write. Ended up writing an entire other novel and now might have the confidence to undertake this to write another story. To anyone even reading this, sorry for the hiatus but thank you for reading this attempt at a story. Beautiful cover image edited from a picture by JR Korpa

BladeMage
Arenya Azural, a dragon-blooded farmer from a small town in the middle of nowhere, always dreamed of being a great hero, battling demons and monsters as a force of magic and power. Now her dream has a chance to become reality - she's a new student at Ba'al Cedric's Academy of Adventurers, a university for warrriors and heroes to learn to battle against the surprisingly amicable demon armies of the neighboring country in an endless war nobody really remembers the point of by now. She's also a BladeMage - an exceedingly rare and exceedingly difficult dual class that few have ever managed to succeed in, but those who have gain immense power. Arenya has a long road ahead of her, with rival students, duels with demons, and a host of benchmarks she must pass in order to keep her scholarship. Will she make it to level 100 and beyond, or die too many times and be forced to return home, tail (literally) between her legs to a life of farming and dreaming of adventure? BladeMage is a LitRPG with a lighter focus on stats. It features battles, leveling up, giant monsters, a bit of fanservice, and more. [Update: The LitRPG elements are proving themselves relatively unimportant as I continue to write. They may be dropped entirely, in which case I will change the prior chapters as well as update this description.] Content warnings: As a story featuring lots of fighting, there will be blood and death. However, since characters rarely die permanently, this will not be a hyperviolent story with extreme gore for the sake of it. Some sexual content and fanservice may be included, but this should remain firmly at the PG-13 level and there will be no sexual violence of any kind. The Cover: Someone suggested that I should have a dragon girl with a miniskirt on the cover. I can't draw and I don't know who to ask or commission, so a few minutes in the GNU Image Manipulation Program and the masterful cover above was created! Please feel free to use your imagination to see a gorgeous half-dragon with azure hair, wings, and a tail, holding a lightning-infused sword while fighting demons.

He slowly backs up until his back is against the wall like my own, "You're..my neighbor?" He points to my door and I nod my head quickly. He hums softly, "You been here a while?" He asks and I nod my head once again. He chuckles, "Ya head hurt?" I nod again but stop as he laughs softly, "I-I mean.. no.. it doesn't." My cheeks burn red as I look at my shoes, "I-It doesn't hurt.." I repeat like a dummy and listen to him clear his throat, "So do you actually live there or was it bull?" He teased, making a giggle slip past my lips. I look away to the floor again, "I-I like big shirts... a lot." I mumble softly and he nods his head, "Hol' up." He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom." I puff my cheeks a little and give him a small glare, "Hush." He leans back against the wall and shakes his head, "It's cold out.
