Iwao looked at the young man who greeted him while keenly observing him.

"So you are the supposed Master these people talkin' about ?"

The man's grin widens and he replies," Why yes, that's me, the Master. It has a nice ring to it,doesn't it?"

"It's smooth, sweet and I don't know about other people but I like hearing it."

'Great' Iwao thought as he listened to the boy speak. He had seen all sorts of people in his tough life and this boy reminded him of 'that' person. The one who had taken his quirk away from him.

The man Iwao was comparing this man was none other than the dreaded All for one. Iwao got the same vibes from this man. They say that the eyes are the windows into the soul and when he looked at his purple eyes, he saw the same gaze as All for one. The gaze that didn't look at him like a human but instead like an object.

Also the way he spoke in an amused tone further solidified it. Iwao was instantly on alert as he could feel the danger from this young man, he didn't seem like much of a fighter but his instincts were warning him to stay away.

"Now then tell me Mr. Quadfist, What do you know of the villain factory." the young man asked breaking Iwao out of his thoughts.

"The villain factory is an….." Iwao droned on but paused as he realised what he was doing. His head felt all foggy and he felt a strong urge to obey the man in front of him but he resisted with all his might. He now realised why this man was called the Master. He had a mind control quirk!

Mental quirks were quite rare and mind control was even rarer. Fortunately for Iwao, this was not the first time he had met someone with such a quirk and he knew ways to escape such a situation, the answer was simple, it was pain.

Iwao had encountered a villain with a similar quirk and had defeated him by this. This would have worked normally but sadly for Iwao what he was under was not a simple quirk,in fact he was not even under the influence of a quirk but was rather under the influence of a virus.

So when Iwao tried to inflict pain upon himself, he discovered that he couldn't move his body at all. He could only try resisting with all his willpower and the only thing he could accomplish was slowing down his speech.

The Master continued asking and when he finished he said, " Now you feel happy and proud to serve me and Hydra and will do anything I ask of you."

His mind felt a lot clearer and he felt a sense of euphoria flooding his mind as he smiled after a long time. A small part of his brain was warning him and trying to resist but it proved futile as that line of thought was crushed as the thoughts of serving Hydra and his Master occupied his thoughts. He thus proudly stretches his arm and declares.

"Hail Hydra, I will do my best to serve you Boss."

"Well us begin. Tell me what you know about the villain factory and how you got your current lead that led you here."

"Yes Boss, the villain factory as you know is a mysterious criminal organization that is giving away the quirk boosting drug also known as 'trigger'. I first came into contact with this organization when one of its members Kuin Hachisuka, a parasitic bee, possessed my daughter."

Raising an eyebrow, the Master asks, "What do you mean by a parasitic bee?"

Iwao answers, "I call her that because of her quirk 'Queen Bee' which allows her to take over bodies of her 'hosts'. She needs hosts to survive and once she takes control over their bodies, she parasitizes them meaning turns their body into a hive for other bees which she controls. Some of these bees had special properties like being able to detonate and able to carry substances in their body and inject through their stingers…You can already guess what she used them for…"

"Hmmm...So that's how people randomly turned into 'insta-villains', I watched some footages and I did not see them consuming trigger. Anyway you continue."

"Well, thats pretty much it. I killed her before coming here. And as for her goal, all I know is that she was working for the villain factory and was distributing trigger."

"Oh well….too bad I guess, she would been a useful pawn…"

The master addresses him and then says, " Alright then, you have been useful so far and you do make a good agent. Now listen carefully and follow my orders, first go back to Japan and continue looking for more about the villain factory, also while you are at it, observe those vigilantes who were with you and keep me updated. Second, act as your usual self and don't let any soul know about me and Hydra. Third, I want you to train the Hydra and Baroque works agents in martial arts, strategy and all other things you learn in a hero school or better yet, I will open a martial arts school and you will teach there too. I will have you to teach some orphan kids who have been indoctrinated into Hydra along with other people who join. You must scout those with potential. Is everything clear?"

"Yes, Boss" Iwao replies and leaves the room all the while thinking about the optimum way to accomplish the task given to him by his Master. He was really happy that the Master was assigning a task to him, he now had a purpose in his life after a long time.

[Mc Pov]

I watch quietly as the former hero leaves with the other members of Hydra. It seems that I have hit the jackpot this time. All this time I spent searching for the villain factory and now I finally got a new lead as well as a powerful pawn.

The pawn aka Knuckleduster as he goes by now is a veteran former pro hero and a good one at that. I looked him up and from what I gathered, he was a hero specialized in fighting crime. He worked solo and had brought down many illegal organizations. At some point, he probably encountered All for one and had his quirk stolen and his head split.

That would have been the end of the story but after his daughter left him and wife got hospitalized, he turned into a vigilante to find his daughter. He is skilled in hand to hand combat and his physical strength is more than some people with strength enhancing quirk. All in all, despite being quirkless, he can still put up a fight against pro heroes.

He is a useful asset and I will put him to best use but he has a strong will. I noticed how he could resist when I used my ability. This is the first time since arriving in this world that someone resisted my ability so he is someone to be cautious off.

So while I have him under my thrall, its best not to make him do something that extreme like making him kill people or harm people he cares about. I will have to set up some contingencies in case he does break out of my thrall but for now, he will be under mere observation.

As for the information I received from him, all I can say is that its interesting to say the least. Kuin's existence proves that Nezu is not the only animal or in this case insect to have quirks. While I am not sure if she is actually a bee like he said but it may be a possibility. Her quirk though did give me some ideas….

Anyway now that I have somewhat accomplished my task here of gathering manpower, I think its time to head back. I wonder how things are back there, or more specifically how Toga is.

[In a room in an apartment]

The wall is covered with pictures of a certain young man and in a bed inside the room lies Himiko Toga.

*Mwah*

She raises her head from the pillow. A photo of Akira is stuck on the pillow and it is now covered in her saliva.

Once again, Toga doesn't know what to do with herself. She began craving for Akira and now she has turned naughty just thinking about him. She somehow got his photos and now her entire room is full of her dear Akira.

She can't tolerate it anymore. Being away from Akira was torturous and she was really really missing him and his scent and him.

She would wait for now and when her Akira comes back, she would….
