"Perfect," I thought to myself as I looked at the details of the medallion Naxila had given me. "This is exactly what I need!".

After looking at the items description I couldn't contain my excitement. My face lit up in a smile as I told Raxila " Thank you. ".

Everyone else seemed to be waiting for me to say something. " Are you guys gonna come watch me or not? I'm tired of standing here. ".

Lord Justice gruffly nodded and motioned for me to lead the way.

I couldn't believe I had managed to manipulate such powerful people into doing what I wanted. Sometimes the pen truly is mightier than the sword.

My minimap indicated the location of the class trainer I would need to visit. He was located in a building in the southwest quadrant of Excelsia. The building was aptly named the Hall of Adventurers. Next to it was built an arena for which bystanders could come and watch the trials for a small price.

I activated the medallion and changed my appearance. I had decided to use my original form before the AI Skye had turned me into a child. A purple glow covered me and a moment later I was 6'4 with real muscles! Soooo Epic! If only I could stay like this. I would have to find a way to get Raxila in my pocket.

In B.L.A.N.K. you have to increase at least one base skill to level 10 in order to meet the prerequisites to take the class change trial.

For example, a mage who uses fire magic would increase the skill fire magic skill to level 10. They can then take the trial to change from a mage to a fire adept.

Sub-skills gained will automatically upgrade to the next rank once they reach max level after completing the trial.

For example, I gained rapid strikes at sword skill of 5/10. I have since then maxed out the level of skill 5/5. This skill will automatically upgrade once I complete the trial, going into the next tier of sub-skill. Power attack will not upgrade until I max out the level, even after the trial.

The only reason that I was even attempting the trial at this level was that the trial creates its own instance based upon the character level. So if by chance you got your sword skill to level 10 while being level 8, the trial would have level 8 enemies. For me, though it would be interesting. A level 0 trial would produce level 0 enemies.

I was grinning like a fat kid in a candy shop and those around me rolled their eyes at my childish behavior.

" Alright, wish me luck. I like you guys far more than my employer so Olaf I want you to go with them when this is over. "

Olaf nodded his understanding, "Alright, I will. Good luck out there, though you don't need it. You were an amazing trainer, and I truly count you as a friend. I hope we meet again. " He held out his hand and I shook it with a firm grip.

"I have a feeling that fate will make this happen. Good-bye Olaf. " I said as I turned and strode confidently into the Hall of Adventurers.
