《B.L.A.N.K- The search for the meta》Flame core

Tide's ball of light hit the elemental and seemed to absorb the flame like a tiny black hole. In a moment the elemental was encapsulated within the confines of the sphere. The light flew across the room and into the stone, making it glow with a purple hue.
Tide stuttered, "I didn't mean to kill it.. how did you do so much damage..."
"It's cool man, at least you got a soul stone.", I said as I shrugged it off.
I had jumped to conclusions with my reaction. He had never seen me fight, and indeed I was surprised myself at the damage a ranked up rapid strikes could deal. He most likely had only had time to cast one spell, and that had happened to kill him.
"No, seriously! You did way to much damage as a melee. You shouldn't even have a sub-skill yet at level 2! "
I laughed, "You have really not heard of me? I have caused quite the fuss. I already have my first class change, see it says sword adept. "
"Holy crap it does! How is that possible?"
"It's a long story if you really want to know its all over the web. Isn't soulstone creation enchanting magic?"
He smiled, "Yes, it is. I have a dual soul infusion. I can switch back and forth."
I laughed, "It's gonna take forever for you to level up with that combo. Why not pick a destruction magic like fire?"
"I know it seems useless but it's how I want to play. Soul-steal is my only damaging spell, so I would stand no chance without you."
"Your cool man, let's just keep going. "
He nodded in agreement and I looted the tiny pile of ashes that didn't get absorbed. The flame elemental dropped two flame essence. As the group leader, I distributed one to both of us.

We moved further down the corridor and discovered another lone flame elemental.
I had established a simple attack and dodge pattern so I was confident this elemental would pose no threat.
I easily dodged the elementals flame bolts and attacked with rapid strikes. My magical blades sizzled as they sliced through the compressed ethereal energy that made up the elemental.
Ding!
You have slain level 5 flame elemental!
Gained 300 experience! (5665/10000)
The flaming energy collapsed and fell to the ground as ashes.
I looted it and we both received a flame essence a piece.
We moved on and I killed 5 more elementals as we went down the corridor, giving me 1500 experience. (7165/10000) and 5 more flame essence.
The corridor began to widen and two flame elementals stood blocking the way to a large room where more elementals awaited.
"What spell were you using when I found you, tide? " I asked as I recalled how I had not noticed him at first.
"Oh, that is active camoflage. It cancels out once you enter combat but can greatly assist in stealth. Do you want me to cast it on you?"
I nodded, "If I can get close I might be able to take one out before they can fry me. "
"Alright, I gotcha."
He drew a new rune with wand and cast his spell.
Ding!
Player Tidalus Maximus has cast active camouflage on you! Concealment- 95%. Effect canceled in combat.
I silently approached the elementals, my steps smooth and concise. The spell worked and the elementals did not begin to attack. I was able to move right next to one and use rapid strikes.

My blades were like streaks of blue as I used my ability and sliced the elemental into pieces. The elemental fell apart into ashes and I used power attack on the next one as he began to cast fire-bolt. His rune was half formed as my blades struck, sadly only one was able to use power attack.

Another dodge, and two strikes later I heard the glorious sound of victory.
Ding!
You have slain level 5 flame elemental.
Gained 300 experience! (7665/10000)
I looted the two elementals and we each recieved two flame essence.
The next room was large and spaced out were more pairs of elementals. Thankfully they weren't close enough to each other to pull aggro from another pair. With tides help, I cleared the room two flame elementals at a time.
After eight elementals I recieved a notification.
Ding!
You have leveled up to level 3!
Hit points increased!
I didn't let the level up distract me and kept going until the other ten elementals were dead, giving me 3000 experience.
(13050/30000)
The loot has been constant, with each flame elemental dropping two flame essence. I had the loot set to roll for anything rare, which hadn't occurred so we had experienced no issues.
As I looted the last elemental in the room, the rolling icon popped up indicating a rare item.
Flame core[Rare]-would you like to roll?
Tide began to freak out and begged me for the flame core, "Pleeeasse man, let me have it, pretty please! "
I didn't know what it was even used for so I passed on the roll and it went to Tide who literally jumped for joy. He began to excitedly pull items from his inventory while muttering to himself incoherently.
After a minute he had a weird clay statue in front of him with runic markings drawn throughout the clay. He shoved the flame core into a hole in the chest and the thing came to life, its eyes glowed with fire and the clay caught fire.
Ding!
Tide has created lesser flame golem!
