《God Particles》Chapter 2

Joseph leveled up twice already. It didn't take him long to do that. Not with his skills in video games. Playing games since his childhood, pulling all-nighters more times than he can even remember, missing out on school just to play some video games - All of these things must develop at least higher-than-average skills in gaming overall, while also developing insomnia.
Joseph checked the clock on his PDA and slowly rose up. Yawning, he attached PDA to his arm and marked Exam Hall on the map. Calling it a "Hall" was wrong, because in fact, It was an arena.
What kind of idiot names arena a "Hall"? Anyways, who will I fight with? Does it matter? I don't think anyone has got the same ability that I-
Before he could finish his thought, he bumped into someone and immediately felt hot liquid all over himself.
"FUCK!" He shouted while looking at his dirtied white hoodie. "Who in the actual fuck?"
Joseph saw a black haired girl. Her hair was long and straight, her skin was pale and looked soft, she also had a huge bust, even bigger than Erina's. She was also tall, exactly the same height as Joseph. He didn't see any girl of his height, so he was pretty surprised. She also wore the uniform of Ability Users Academia. Red blazer with black trims and golden buttons. Inside, she was wearing a white button up shirt and a black tie completed her clothing for torso. Belows, she had a black skirt and stockings of the same color. She was also wearing some kind of expensive shoes. Joseph realized who she was, but didn't care anyways. He never liked apologizing, so as usual he just clicked his tongue and continued down the hall.
"HEY BASTARD! HOW DARE YOU DEFY OUR PRINCESS? PAY WITH YOUR BLOOD RIGHT-" Joseph quickly turned around with a face that was screaming anger and bloodlust. He looked at one of the four girls that was following the princess all the time. " N-n-now..."
"I won't pay with anything. I got dirty too. I think we're pretty even. now please, SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LET ME GO TO THE EXAM." Joseph said before turning around and continuing his way towards the "Hall".
"Hey." He heard a voice from behind. It wasn't commanding, nor demanding. That's why Joseph turned around.
"What?" He already knew that Princess was talking to him. The girls behind the Princess were looking at the scene with surprised looks. Princess rarely talked with anyone and never with any boys.
"What is your name?"
"Joseph. What do you want from me?"
"I want you to pay for this."

"I won't do that. I don't have money on me right now and I value my blood, so nope!" He did have money, but he didn't fell like paying.
It isn't my fault that you can't look in front of yourself. Just what kind of payment do you fucking want?
"I don't want your money or your blood. I want to personally challenge you as your Examiner. My mother is the Chairman of this Academia, so I think that I will be able to do that." Joseph was intrigued now. He raised his eyebrow.
"Even as a hypocrite, don't you have the least bit of shame? The Princess Of The Fire herself challenging some newbie Ability User to a duel. Fine. I'll fight you. What is your condition?" Joseph was looking straight into the eyes of the Princess, whose expression didn't change at all. Joseph was ready for any kind of condition, but not what she said.
"If you will be able to strike me even once, you will pass the exam and I will also forgive you for this." Joseph facepalmed. He took a deep breath and then started chuckling.
"Hehehe. Okay. I accept your challenge. Go change and tell your mommy about this shit. I'll be waiting inside the arena, I mean "Hall"." Joseph then turned away and continued his way towards the arena, before turning around. "And also, IT WASN'T MY FUCKING FAULT!"
Joseph was leaning against the clean part of the wall in the arena. Of course this wasn't the only "Exam Hall". In fact, this one was number 5, the last one. Even though the walls were clean, you could still see some "Markings" from previous battles.
Cryokinetics, Some Pyrokinetics, Some slashes and footsteps on the walls... Probably Agility Mode Users. There are also some hairs here and there. Probably people with Beastification. I don't want to know what that Liquid is on that wall. Anyways, Her mommy reserver this spot for us pretty quickly, huh? By the way...
"WHERE THE FUCK IS SHE?" Joseph screamed and he heard a calm answer shortly after.
"I am here. Please don't be so loud." Joseph looked towards one of the exits or entrances of the arena. The Princess herself was coming towards the center of the arena. Her clothes didn't change at all, except for the fact that there wasn't any coffee on them anymore.
Wow. This Academia even has spare uniforms? Nice!
Joseph slowly walked towards her. He didn't realize it until now, but she was actually really pretty. Joseph didn't have his "type", but maybe she was the one type that he subconsciously always wanted. He approached her, until distance between them was exactly 2 feet.

"Even though we do not see them, there are teachers and other Examiners watching us. Let's finish this like it is supposed to be finished." Princess said before bowing. Joseph didn't know her name or her nationality, she was probably japanese. Although he hated being formal, he still bowed. Bowed only slightly, but still bowed.
"I am going to walk until the distance between us is 15 meters. The diameter of this Hall is 60 meters so I think you will have enough space to use your ability."
"Oh trust me. My ability doesn't need space." Joseph himself walked away for 15 paces and then looked back. "Yo Princess. I'm pretty sure that because of your abilities you were outside of the barriers a lot. So here's my tip for you! Remember how to fight Agility type Mutants."
After saying this Joseph started running towards the Princess.
Princess was not naive. If this boy knew of her power and her expeditions in the outside world, he is surely a lot more powerful than he looks. She remembered all of the basics for fighting an Agility type and also added her experience to those memories. All of her focus was spent on watching Joseph's movements. Nothing special about them. He was moving just like a normal human would. When he was only 10 meters from the Princess, she raised the temperature arouond her to form a defensive barrier and...
The battle was already over.
The Princess was smashed against the wall. Each and every Examiner that was watching them, including Chairman, were astonished. None of them. Not even the veterans that went on dozens of expeditions outside of the barriers saw Joseph's movements. When he was 10 meters away from the Princess, he vanished and was already in front of the Princess, which at the same time flew towards the wall. Princess simply looked towards Joseph with surprised look on her face.
Wow... She can change expressions? haha!
"H-How? I couldn't even see your movements even though I was watching you. I could see movements of A class Agility type mutants and users."
"Ahaha! You thought that my Ability is agility type? Nope, it's not. I simply said that so you would focus more on me than making that shitty barrier."
"What is your Ability? I told you that you would pass with a single strike and you struck me 6 times. How is that even possible?"
"What's my Ability? Well. I don't have name for it myself, you see. And I struck you 6 times, just to show you that my Ability is far better than you thought. That is all. And now, to get my Parameter Chip." Joseph said before leaving the "Exam Hall" with a proud smile on his face.
When he was only 10 meters from the Princess, Joseph raised his fist. He raised his thumb and placed it on his index finger's middle phalanx, like detonating a bomb with a detonator.
TIME STOPS!
A quick wave exited Joseph's body before engulfing entire arena, City B and the rest of the world. This happened in a split second. Joseph then stopped moving. He looked around. Everything was looking similar. Except for the fact that Princess's hair and also her flames stopped moving at all. Joseph looked around only with his eyes.
"So she too can't move in this frozen time, huh? Anyways, time to finish this." Joseph said as he quickly ran towards the princess, before stopping right in front of her. "I think 3 seconds are more than enough to hit you "once" right? Actually no. It's enough to hit you 3 times. Hmmm, What about 4? Five? Okay, so 6 is enough."
Joseph then punched her with a jab twice in her stomach, 2 hooks on her face, 1 karate chop on her head and finally...
"A FUCKING ROUNDHOUSE KICK!" Joseph screamed before pivoting on his left foot, while rotating his body and raising his right leg. He extended the leg in a smooth motion and made contact with the Princess's left side.
And right then, the wave that previously erupted from him, has now returned, but with a slower rate. Time continued to flow again as Princess was launched towards the nearby wall, smashing into it, but still somehow keeping her consciousness. Princess looked at Joseph and he returned the gaze. Her face wore surprised expression, completely different from her usual calm face.
