"You must help us! Please!" Okay. I'm going to back up a little bit. My name is Reo Riku, and up until 1 hour ago, I was a normal person just like anyone else. You see, it all started when I saved an old man from a speeding truck.
I am what you would call an Otaku. I love anything to do with anime or manga. They are my religion. My way of life. In fact so much so that I left school so that I could spend more time reading and watching. My parents couldn't argue because they died twelve years ago, when I was three. They said it was a car crash. But anyway, I would only go outside to get a new book, to buy food and drink, or to get a new DVD.
On this particular day, I had just bought some food, and I was walking down the road, when I noticed an old man tottering down the street. I knew him. His name was Hinata Mitsuboshi. He had always been teased about his name, but he had got used to it. I went to greet him, but I stopped. Something was wrong. I look down the street, and a speeding truck was coming the other way. There was no way to stop it. I assumed that they couldn't see the man, because they were on a straight collision path. "Godamn." I muttered. I was going to die the same way as my parents. I leapt to the side and pushed Hinata away, and just as I touched the ground, a pentacle flared beneath me, and the world vanished.
