Lan was pretty disappointed seeing all those restrictions. All the powers were so nurfed that even Lan was not willing to buy them.
'Even simple Trapping Spirit Art, it take freaking 2 hours per each person to set up, then that means I have to work for long time and if my target brought extra sidekicks with him, It will not work. Even Small Shied is single use. And system, why there are only 1342 spirit arts? Shouldn't be there plenty of them?'

He figured that system doesn't want him to rely on spirit arts or generally spirit arts are that much restricted.

That was something Lan follows wholeheartedly.

While planning all that he finished his daily routines. He still did not have any solution to solve Situ family's problem. To solve it he needs more data, so today he planned to assess actual situation in Black Cloud city. To know the real thing, he has to go incognito. Incognito is keyword here. For long time he dreamed of doing something like this, so today he was excited. Before that he has to find out about all members of family.

So he used his old tactics, and bought plenty hidden cameras, they were very cost efficient and wireless with batteries which can keep them running for months without worry. Lan never found those back on earth, battery life was too good.
He bought big screens and fixed them to walls. He bought big antenna with wireless hub. After going through set guide he fixed antenna and distributor near his building with help of big 500 m long metal pillar. His newfound increased physical strength left him grinning like fool, resulting in weird glances from patrolling guards.
After all that work, he was left with room which has wall laden with LCD screens, and rumbling generator in backyard. Satisfied with his arrangement Lan nodded to himself. Now I just have to fix all the hidden cameras everywhere. His setup gives his ability to place wireless cameras anywhere in 15 km according to manual. He planned to do this today.
