《My Pirate System》Chapter 4: The Explosion

The people always treated pirates mercilessly. They always believed that pirates were the bad ones and people from the Anti-Pirate Federation were the good ones who protected everyone.
But regardless of such thoughts, there was an equal number of people who supported both the Pirates and the Officials.
But the common villages of civilians who favored the cops were more in number. They believed everything that the Anti-Pirate Federation decided and everything was based on what information they would give.
Such news was spread and it was revealed that Shawn, one of the God's Lackeys who conquered the West, was deemed a criminal.
Shiro, who was born just a few days ago, was in his uncle Eric's hands as he was running away with Ria and Kylle.
The rumor was spread that his father was one of the Lackeys of Gods and one of the conquerors of the West Sea Dungeons and that was why everyone was behind their lives.
It had barely been 3 days since Shiro was born and Ria was still barely able to move. She had lost a large amount of energy.
"B-brother...", she could hardly speak.
"Ria... don't worry, we are almost there...", he said.
Eric had asked one of his most trusted friends to prepare a ship in which they would sail away to a safer place.
Eric owned a lot of places so any of those would be safer than the place they were in.
"I... I can't anymore...", she was barely able to walk due to which Eric handed Shiro to the nanny Kylle and lifted Ria and carried her in his arms.
"Just a bit more!!!", he kept on saying this when finally he could see the ship that was ahead of him.
He could see his friend too who was on the board. He looked towards him and ran with all his might and climbed the small ship.

Kylle too somehow managed to climb the ship but as soon as she did some officials appeared out of nowhere.
They seemed to be some higher-ups who were quite strong and wanted to kill everyone from the pirate family in order to eradicate the roots.
A boulder was thrown towards the ship which hit it and shook it hard.
"Damn... those pricks!!!", Eric seemed angry.
He immediately placed Ria down and was about to rush in order to prevent them from attacking but Ria grabbed his right hand and stopped him.
"Don't... don't go...", her eyes were teary, and the way she told melted his heart due to which he could barely leave her.
"Okay...", he just said that and rushed towards the mast in order to raise the sail and leave when suddenly he could see many boulders being lifted and being thrown towards them.
"Damn!!!"
The boulders were so big that they could easily crush the ship in an instant and were indeed dangerous.
"I won't let anyone die...", he looked towards Ria and then towards Kylle who was standing beside him.
"Kylle... all on you...", he said.
He knew that Kylle could manage the sailing of the ship since she had prior experience. She too was part of Shawn's crew when she was a bit young and it was her, who taught him many things.
"Alright... but what about you...?", she asked.
"Someone has to stay behind in order to prevent them from following you...", he said.
"No wait... you...", even before she could say something, he removed the locket which he had on around his neck and put it on Shiro.
Then he looked at Kylle and said, "Don't worry... Unless I kill the Gods, I won't die."

Immediately after saying this he jumped off of the ship and crushed the boulder immediately while using some sort of powers. It seemed as if he could control the wind.
He was completely engulfed by it and was able to stop them from firing the boulders.
He turned back for a moment and shouted, "GOOO!!!"
Kylle immediately set the ship to sail which moved at quite a fast pace and had almost covered a lot of distance when it was barely seen.
"Hyaaaa!!!", he was forming huge tornadoes from his hands and was attacking the official who had the power to control the element earth.
The boulders were of no use due to which he raised a huge wall of rocks with pointy ends and then shot them like an arrow.
The arrows pierced through the tornado and hit Eric.
*cough*
'Damn, if only I wasn't subjected to that condition…', Eric grit his teeth.
He coughed blood and fell down immediately. The tornado too subsided.
He was still alive and was trying his best to send them away by using his powers which was causing the wind to blow their way when the man formed a huge hammer of rocks and knocked Eric who was now barely holding onto his consciousness.
"Pesky bastard!", the big fat man spit on his face.
He then looked towards the sea where he wasn't able to find them. The only thing that was visible was the topmost part of the ship.
"Damn, the rats escaped...", he said.
Eric grinned as he succeeded in protecting them when suddenly a man appeared in front of the official.
"Sir Giras, don't worry... I can still kill them.", he said.
"Huh? Aren't you...", the official was surprised to see the man.
Even Eric was completely shocked to see his own friend who helped them a while ago, was standing in front of the official.
"Vino...? What are you...", Eric could barely speak and was coughing a huge amount of blood.
"Shut up!", the man swung the huge hammer again and knocked Eric due to which he fainted.
"Now you say, how would you kill them!?", the official asked.
"I have put a bomb in the ship, the fire was already set and it could blast any-"
Just as he was saying this, a huge explosion occurred.
*BOOM*
The explosion was clearly visible from there. The smoke from the explosion rose to the sky which was also seen by all of them.
"Haha, that's wonderful!!!", Giras said this while laughing a lot.
"You will get a wonderful position in the federation! Good job!", he laughed even more and then stamped Eric's face with his boots.

What will he do after the life he knew was uprooted and taken away from him? Will the 'demon magic' that caused his exile from the Elven Tribe bring him into a slow descent into madness? Book 2 description: Having found a life for himself outside of A'vetheas, a family, enrolled to a good school, and a potential romantic partner, John Sarvod continues on with his life the best he could, carrying himself forward, until... He messes it all up again. This time, however, it isn't because of his magic. It was by his own demerit. What is the cause of despair? Find out in Consignor Book 2. Old description (Without spoiler) John Sarvod, user of the most powerful healing spell [Heal], the rare ability to heal and recover all injuries, is the only human that lives in the Elven Tribe. Though he was gifted with [Heal], he could not cast any magic other than his one and only [Heal]. Aside from his current training to become a royal scribe, he is known to all elves as the ‘Healer of A’vetheas’ and had gained a certain amount of respect from them due to how much he works. But life for him in the Elven Tribe, A’vetheas wasn't never always like this. Because he was human, and that the Elves have isolated themselves from the outside world, his presence initially was not welcomed by the elves that thinks highly of him today. It was all thanks to the Elven Queen who brought him in, and the Elven Princess, Raina Valindra Eridi, that he could reach this day. But things changed when the Raina that he so adored used the teleportation device for a small date with him, where they met with danger that the [Heal] that he relied all this time could not save him from… In his desperate attempts to save Raina, John ended up committing a taboo of the elves. As for his punishment when he returned to A’vetheas? That was just the beginning of him, continuing the path that he had inevitably taken prior to the life he had before he lived in A’vetheas. This is a story of a not too average person end up becoming something that he could have never imagined. A monster? A demon? A god? Only time will tell. It is just a matter of time that John Sarvod would embrace his true self. Content Warning because I want to have flexibility, and maybe it gets overwhelming at times. I have a backlog already, this story won't be dropped. Edited: romance tag to action tag, story has more or less of both, but yeah. There's slice of life tagged in because my story progresses not too quickly (by my opinion) I like to take things slow, I suppose. :3
