《Devour》Chapter 24: Ink Worm

"We are under attack!" Shout by every Barbarian Tribesmen before they meet their ends.
Dino and Kiba's group focuses on killing all the enemies in the fortress and noticing flying barbarians, the most annoying and difficult enemies to deal with, especially in the dark. The ability to fly away from the enemies and attack by diving as they instantly kill anyone with their razor-sharp claws—the Babarians' ambush tactic.
"It's time!" Kiba shouts.
"Are you sure?" Dino asks.
Before Kiba answers, Dino grabs him and throws him to the flying barbarians and instantly killing the first flying type. With Kiba's ability to control his weight, Dino efficiently executes their plan as he pulls Kiba with the chain attached to Kiba's soul bracelet and repeats.
After killing five flying barbarians, Kiba feels his sword with enough mysterious energy from the soul tattoo. When he uses his Soul Possession again, his weight decreases, and a pair of black ink texture wings aggressively come out as he tests his wings.
Dino's brass-knuckle doesn't work the same as Kiba's, but he can utilize the soul tattoo's energy as his left arm gets cover with blank ink texture morphing to beast-like claws.
"I didn't know how strong Jio's soul weapon is, and this is only a small amount of what it can do!" Dino let out to Kiba, who is currently flying as he kills another barbarian.
"I know, but we still have a bigger problem," Kiba looks in the center of the fortress, and a muscular with a dragon tattoo around his body stands with an angry face.
Dino looks at the person and realizes that it's the Chieftain of the Barbarian Tribe, the strongest of them all. The lung dragon tattoo around his body moves and covers his body as he transforms into a thirty-meter long inky dragon.

With overwhelming dominance and authority over Barbarian Tribe, the Chieftain charges the intruders and eats them whole. No one can break the unstoppable ink calamity, and whenever they swing their soul weapon or use magic, it only bounces back or leaves a scratch. Before they can recover from shock, the ink dragon already opens his mouth and devours them one by one.
Kiba flies high in the sky as he looks down, holds his sword upside down, and throws his soul weapon like a spear. The sword and chains' weight increases to the point that it affects the people below with pressure like a falling mountain. It penetrates the ink dragon's tail like tofu, and the chains follow, securing the Chieftain in one location.
Dino runs toward the ink dragon and uses his ink claw to climb the body and into the head. Dino grabs the dragon's horn and starts to condense all the energy he gathers to his battle-ax.
The Chieftain tries to shake off the chain and realizes Dino is on top of his head and Kiba is flying in the air. Knowing that Kiba owns the chains, the Chieftain went straight to him and tried to eat him with one bite.
Kiba knows that the dragon is pinned on the ground and can not reach him, but he uses all the soul tattoo's energy, and the wings disappear. The dragon keeps his mouth open and waits for Kiba's body.
*Guess I die here...* Kiba thought and saw Dino's smile with his battle-ax glowing with pure energy.
After Dino swings his battle-ax, the dragon closes his mouth, biting his tongue, and Kiba takes another sword from his universal bag that he uses for emergencies. Dino and Kiba slice the thirty-meter-long dragon in half from head to tail. Their soul weapon absorbs the soul tattoo's energy and celebrates.

Killing the Chieftain means winning, and when the tribesmen saw how they cut their leader, they retreat to the woods as quickly as possible. As soon as Kiba takes his soul bracelet on the ground, ink starts to come out of the sword while Dino's brass-knuckle does the same. They realize that the soul tattoo's energy from the ink dragon is too much, and when the ink from Kida touches Dino's ink, they turn into an ink giant dwarf dragon with a red-like blood aura that comes out around the dragon's body.
The dragon roars and flies where the enemies escape; no one will survive Dino and Kiba's power.
*My Bro! We're fucking a dragon!* Dino and Kiba share one thought one body.

Ghostified City
‘Ghostified City’ is a post-dystopian sci-fi tale, set in a fading world that might be a future version of ours, running out on autopilot into oblivion. Adaman Yimmand is a simple robofactory operator in The City who's working with robots and machines every day. He doesn’t even realise that he might not have met another actual human being in years. Everything begins when he breaks his routine for once and enters a bar where he meets Evelith. This pesky other person does not let him go after he has had his -rather terrible- beer, because according to her actual humans are much rarer than he’s aware of. And from then on ‘the genie is out of the bottle and won’t get back in’, to use her words: Adaman meets more people, and gradually he has no choice but to accept that the reality of The City is not what he always thought it was, and to face the darkness of a fading humanity on the brink of self-inflicted extinction. Is there any hope left for him, and for his species? I have selected 'sexual content' and 'traumatising content' to be on the safe side, because there is a stripclub-like venue in the background of the story, and an almost-extinct humanity that has institutionalised suicide which might be disturbing to some. Apart from that it's not really a heavy 'adult' story.('Ghostified City' is my first long story in English as opposed to my native language Dutch, and an earlier version was published on my fiction blog 'Oranderra' until I stopped updating. This is a slightly altered version of the first series.)

Wrong Side of The Severance
In the waning times of a costly war that spanned several firmaments, one world that was supposed to be cherished by the gods was cast to the wayside, and from everyone’s minds. This world - Berodyl - had flourished under the tender love of the gods for millennia… but no longer. Berodyl stood ready to aid the gods in their strife, but when the time came, the armies of this world never heard the call. They never even saw the battlefield. No. Instead, they found that, once the war had begun, the hierophants no longer heard the whispers of their sacred deities whom they had served so faithfully; only silence now filled the halls of their temples. Some even came from beyond Berodyl’s firmament to take to the sides of those who would fight for the gods. Alas, they soon found themselves stranded in a land abandoned— now, too, abandoned themselves. Now there is but one question weighing down on everyone: can a world such as this - a world once loved, now alone - survive with nought but its own? For an outlander such as Livia, the question seems nearly impossible to answer. The first book of The World The Gods Forgot.
