My plan for today was to do my first quest as an adventurer.

I headed to the guild. when I entered the guild, it was busting with people, a lot more than yesterday.

I headed to counter where the guild receptionist Sofia was.

" Welcome. Glad to see you back."

"Thank you."

Sofia is as cheerful as the first time I saw her.

" Can I accept quests?"

"Let me explain something I forgot to tell you about yesterday. Upon completing quests you will be rewarded with coins, the reward depends on the quest and the rank of said quest. Rewards are not always coins, it could be equipment.

You can only accept a quest that is higher or lower by one rank from your current rank, that means you can't accept D-rank quests if you are only F-rank. Do you understand?."

"Yes."

"What else is there?. Well that's all"

"Where can I get equipment?."

"Ah right, that's what I forgot. There is a shop not far from here that sells weapons and armors. The owner is affiliated with the guild, so you can get a guaranteed equipment."

"I see."

"Now, for your quest. Every starting adventurer has to finish what we call Beginner's test."

"What's that?."

"You have to fill this bag with some herbs that grow in the near forest."

"That's all?."

"Well yeah, it is a beginner's test after all."

"Ok, I will do it."

After explaining about the rules Sofia forgot, I took a bag and decided to go to the equipment shop to buy a cheap armor and a sword.

When I was about to exit from the door, Sofia called out to me.

"Ah wait a moment Wolf."

"Is there a problem?."

"No, I just forgot to tell you about the adventurer's card."

"Are you always this forgetful?."

"There are a lot of stuff going on, I can't help it if I am forgetful."

"What is it this about the adventurer's card?."

"The adventurer's card has a special ability, it can store up to ten items. This can be useful when buying potions because they won't break if they are stored in the card's warehouse."

"I see, it is very useful. Thank you for telling me about this useful function."

"You're welcome. I hope you don't face any problems."

"Well, I'll be going now."

After that I headed to the weapons shop.

The shop I arrived at had a sign board written on it 'Rulf's smithy'

When I entered, I saw many weapons lined up. A huge bulky man with a white hair and a scar on his forehead greeted me.

"Welcome. Are you here for a weapon or armor or both? You will find what you need here at Rulf's smithy."

I bet this guy is a retired adventurer.

"you are staring too hard boy, what is it?."

"A-ah nothing, I'm looking to buy a sword and an armor."

"What is your budget?."

"10 Silver coins, I guess."

"You guess?."

"I'm not very familiar with the currency of this country."

"Ah, you are new. I see, I see. Well 10 silver coins is quite a lot of money to buy beginner's gear. But if you want a good durable that price would suffice."

After inspecting me with his eyes, Rulf asked me.

"Are you a sword user or axe or something else?."

"I am a sword user."

"Hmmm, wait a second."

After he said that, he went to the back of the shop. After a while he returned with so many swords and breast plates.

"Here, these are good beginner's swords and armors. Choose what you like."

After searching through the swords and breast plates, I chose a good simple looking sharp sword and a breast plate.

"Are you heading to do your beginner's test?."

"Yes, that's right."

"Even if it is called a beginner's test, it is still a quest that could take a turn for the worst, so you better be careful. Many adventurers perished because of their rashness and carelessness."

"Thank you for the advice and for the gear. I'll be going now."

"Boy, here take these with you."

Rulf handed me 3 red potions and 2 blue potions.

"What are these?."

"Healing potions and mana potions. You will need them."

"How much do I owe you for these?."

"Don't worry about, every new adventurer gets those when they visit me for the first time."

"Thank you very much."

When I was about to exit the shop I remembered I haven't introduced myself.

"Sorry for the late introduction. My name's wolf."

" I wondered when you would introduce yourself, hahaha. My name's Rulf, I hope you will remember my shop when you become a great adventurer."

"I will."

After my late introduction, I knew I would miss launch if I went out just like that so I bought some sandwiches and juice from the stalls on the streets.

After checking if I forgot something or not, I headed to the near forest from the east gate.

After collecting the herbs Sofia told me about I decided to have a launch in the open air.

I started eating the sandwiches I bought.

"Delicious!! The meat is cooked just right and vegetables make its flavor even more perfect."

After eating and drinking the juices I took a nap under a big tree.

While looking at the clouds I thought to myself ( Now that I think about, it has been two and half months since I was transported to this world.)

- I started thinking about the day I was first transported to this world.

(I was reading my favorite novel, when all of a sudden the scenery in my room started changing from the similar blue walls filled with posters of my favorite games to a thick forest. When I looked around the walls were gone and huge trees were in their place. Not sure of what happened I heard the sound of people screaming, before I knew it people with animal ears and tails were surrounding me with their swords and spears pointing at me.

"We have captured another one."

"Good work."

A lady with blond hair and tiger's ears came walking. From the looks of it this person is their leader.

"What is going on here? why are you pointin__"

Before I could finish asking, the tiger eared lady punched me in the face.

"SHUT UP you filthy human, who gave you the right to speak?!!."

"YOU BITCH, how dare you hit me???!!!!."

When I tried to grab her, the other soldiers restricted me.

"Hmmm, this one seems to have some fighting spirit, I really want to make him an obedient pet, Too bad I was ordered not to hurt any of our new working force. Take him away."

After that I spent two months In that prison before the westguard knight order rescued us.)

When I woke the sun was setting and I was filled with burning rage just thinking about that tiger eared bitch.

I said before I don't have any goals, now I do 'I will bunch that bitch in the face if I ever meet her again, even if it costs me my life'.

I returned to the town with bag full of herbs. Unfortunately I couldn't test my class 'Juggernaut' in actual combat.

Well, I'm sure I will get try this class soon enough.
