7. God Tier( can control from 85 to 100 percent of their Mutant power).

8. Exceed Tier: Beyond God tier, they can create a world and new species. Only the vanished gods are at that level.

Each Tier is divided into Early(4 percent), Middle(4 percent), and Peak (5 to 6 percent). The 1 percent omitted is the threshold to the next level (breakthrough point) ''. She stopped taking a mouthful of breath before saying :

Even powerful level 5 beast needs early silver tier class to kill it.
