"You dare use it here?! Tch, die!" The monster crackled its fist with lightning, but then he felt a strong hug around his body, and even a powerful paralysis that even rendered him immobile.

"You-?!"

"Yes. Alicia Sylphias, the strongest human Sage." Immediately, she created a barrier around them in a cylindrical pattern, leaving only her, the monster and Doran.

"Hey, monster... What's the strongest fire skill? And what's the strongest color of flames?" Doran smirks at his last words before letting the gray light finally swallow him and expand. It continued expanding until it could swallow even the monster and Alicia.

The gray light then transitioned to a black color, and finally exploded into a huge black fire pillar due to Alicia's barrier. Though it was black, it emitted a grim color the had shone on Kuro's tear filled face.

"No... NO!" Kuro slams the ground in outrage, "GODDAMNIT! GODDAMNIT ALL! WHY?! WHAT THE FUCK DID WE DO FOR THIS KIND OF SHIT?! WHY OF ALL THINGS!"

At that night, beside the ever persisting black pillar of flame, another noise was being made. The cries of someone who had many people he loved sacrifice themselves for him.

"I'm... I'm useless... Even in this life... In my past life... I couldn't do jack shit for my family..." Kuro cried, he hadn't cried like that for a long time. Even in his past life, he had never cried as much as now. His friends that followed his cries and finally found him. They all gathered around him and had also burst into tears.

Kuro's family, his entire village, his world... Was all destroyed by the day of 'Ragnarok', his birthday. The remaining 8 came to them, and tried to pick them up. Finally, the Ever-persistent pillar had started to diminish.

As if timed, a powerful lightning bolt had struck at the huge hole caused by Doran and limited by Alicia.

Kuro's heart had beat hard. Without further questioning, he immediately turned to Drya and the others, "Run now!"

Suddenly, the monster arrived in front of him... Uninjured.

Kuro, without any time to react, was blown away from his side to the forest.

"Gah!" Immediately, his face was grabbed and his head was slammed to the ground repeatedly.

As the monster was screaming in rage, Kuro immediately charge his finger in a similar manner as what his skill did to get him out of his predicament. The monster cleared its eyes out and charged for Kuro. As it got closer, Kuro lied down on his back, making the former miss his attack. Then, with Kuro's charged laser, he aimed for the monster's thighs.

*PSSSS*

It hit. In that moment, the monster squealed in pain as it held its hip. And then it saw Kuro's fingers fully charged, right at its face.

"Oy, you can speak, right?" Kuro's emotionless face along with his words meant that he wasn't asking. He was commanding, he now had the high ground against the monster, and its life was now in his hand.

"Why... Why did you kill them?" Kuro, although sad, still retained his emotionless tone.

"If one were to find out who killed their child, they'll chase them to the end of the world, right?" The monster spoke as if his life wouldn't end yet.

"I see..." Kuro's fingers were now seething with energy, but before he could...

*BANG* *CRACKLE*

The sky threw a lightning bolt at him. He was lucky since the part that was hit was his head, which was where his remaining mana was that protected him from the bolt, but it was still strong enough to let him lose consciousness.

*BANG* *CRACKLE*

Another lightning bolt had hit the monster, and shortly after, it stood up as if it wasn't injured at all.

"I apologize to all of you... But you must die in order for the prophecy won't be fulfilled."

Bea and the other girls shrieked in fear, Gran and the other boys cried as they tried to barricade the girls, the remaining adults were in front. They couldn't escape even if they wanted to, the monster was fast enough to render even Doran's sight useless.

"Bro."

"Ever felt what it's like to get REALLY mad?"

"Bruh, I'm older than you. Of course I have."

"What does it feel like?"

As he activated it, a sudden burst of mana had been released. The amount of mana was abnormal for a child, even if it was Kuro who had been training since he could walk. The mana he released amounted to x100 of his current limit, yet it kept on increasing.

"Shit... He awakened his 'King' blood huh... I have to get serious now."

The monster's mana suddenly burst forth as well, matching Kuro's ever increasing power. Kuro on the other hand, slowly transformed like Doran. Kuro's body grew out silver scales, his silver hair slowly dissipating and having his bald head get covered with more scales and 2 pairs of horns, a black-tipped silver scaled tail grew behind him and a pair of wings to complete his back. His hands grew longer and thinner and his nails turned from the normal white into black daggers, his teeth grew bigger, sharper and became jet black, his mouth grew longer, mimicking that of a dragon's. Finally, his lower half had also transformed similar to his hands, his underbelly, instead of having silver scales, had jet black scales similar to his nails and teeth.

As his transformation completed, he let out a loud scream as he stretched out.

rrr... RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

With a voice that couldn't be distinguished from his anymore, his ear piercing scream was heard all-throughout the mountain. His wings that looked small when closed, had an enormous wingspan when opened, being bigger than him 4 times more. Along with his scream, the unstable silver mana burst forth, not even the monster could hold his jaw from opening.

"I knew it... Out of all the times... Why now?!"

The monster raised its hand to the clouds as it gathered around it. Kuro also did the same as he finished screaming, but had a different reason as to why.

As the clouds crackled, countless lightning bolts hit the monster, its hair slowly brightening as it kept absorbing more and more lightning. And then he noticed as to why Kuro raised his hand.

*PHOO*

As if it were a silenced gun, Kuro's hand fired a shot of mana to the sky. As it collided with the clouds, it immediately spread the clouds away from the mountain at a kilometer radius. Because of that, the monster couldn't gather anymore lightning bolts. As he lowered his hand from the sky, he disappeared without a sound, before suddenly appearing before the monster.

"-?!"

Kuro's hands were blazing with blue flames as it saw him. The monster dodged, causing Kuro's strike to break the ground and explode with blue flames. Although the monster avoided it, it felt something it hadn't felt when fighting Doran.

*thump* *thump*

Fear.

'Shit... So this is a 'King'... the 'Silver King'.'

The monster now took out a fighting stance while Kuro closed his wings and placed his clenched fists raised up, putting his arms before his face while he was standing on his toes[1]. His red glowing eyes never removed his sight from it, never blinking, purely with the intent to kill.

As they stood there, Kuro immediately ran to it, this time, the monster could see his movements by enhancing its own body. With its fist aimed to his face, Kuro's eyes shone.

'Imitation: Yu[2]'

By immediately shifting his body weight to his lower right, he managed to dodge its attack.

'H-how was he-?!'

It immediately felt a fist come at its side, the weight, the power... Made its scales crack. His fist was powerful enough to make it go flying. As it was thrown out, Kuro crouched, similar to his imitation. By doing so, he dashed to its face, punching it continuously on the ground. However, as he was throwing a barrage of fists, he was immediately struck on his naval area with a fist. It was where his reverse scale was.

It was powerful, however, Kuro stood strong and attempted to attack it again, only to be met by its fist which was powerful to render him dizzy.

"Lightning's Wrath"

The monster threw out powerful lightning bolts directed to both his face and reverse scale. Then, Kuro opened his wings and covered himself with it. The damage was still there, but it was enough for Kuro to recover from it easily. Disappearing and then reappearing in front of the monster caused it to attack his head.

"I knew you'd do th-"

'Imitation: Falcon punch[3]'

"-?!"

Kuro struck it in its naval area, assuming that was where its reverse scale. Although it wasn't, Kuro's imitated strike was powerful enough to crack its scales and make it cough blood. Then he raised his hands and his right knee, like a flash, he immediately kicked the monster's face, also hitting it with his powerful nails.

As it came down to the ground, Kuro stood on top of it.

'Imitation: machine gun blows[4]'

He punched its face and only its face repeatedly, blow after blow, with each blow slowly cracking its face. With each blow, more blows came in while getting faster and faster, stronger and stronger.

Then, Kuro felt something on his legs. It was the monster's hands grabbing tight onto him. He looked up, only to see a bunch of lightning bolts attack him.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

Numerous lightning bolts flew at his face, yet he didn't go out of consciousness. He looked down at it see it recovering its cracked scales on its torso and face, it opened its mouth and charged a breath attack. Seeing this, Kuro immediately tried to go for its jaw to close it up, it was a matter of who gets who.

Immediately, as it told Kuro to dodge, the lightning bolts stopped and it immediately attacked. As it missed, Kuro immediately went for the jaw and closed it, letting its mana in its mouth explode. Though Kuro's counterattack was successful, the lightning bolts took a toll on him, leaving him nauseous. The monster took advantage of that and punched Kuro's face, this time, he was under a barrage of fists.

It was fast. Very fast, that even in Kuro's current state, he had a hard time coping up. What he did instead was he immediately covered his front as much as he can with his arms and tried to block the monster's fists. The punches, although fast, still carried a huge amount of power with it. With each hit, the wind let out beats, the ground shook, and cracks from Kuro's silver scales could be heard. Unbeknownst to the monster, Kuro already prepared an attack. Using his small stature, he managed to position his legs and set it up in a spring-like manner under its... Manhood.

*BOOM*

Kuro's legs were far stronger than his arms, even if that monster was female, the fact that he kicked it so hard to the point that a bang was made couldn't be ignored.

"--AAAAGGGHHHHH..."

The amount of pain it felt made it yelp and gasp in pure pain, that even the children and the adults that were watching the battle made a pained groan.

The monster stepped back in tremendous pain, and was slapped by Kuro's tail. Kuro retreated to a spot near the huge pit, to get his Father's broken blade.

*BANG* *CRACKLE*

He readied it in front of the monster who had tried its best to recover and charge up.
