"Yesterday we had Internet turmoil. A new app that could revolutionize the media was published yesterday. Among its functions, we have message exchange, news publications, page creation, video calls with different people, among other functions. LCA, the company that published the app, is a new company created a few weeks ago. According to the company, the application was created by the current owner, but her identity was not revealed. (...)"
*Sigh!*
Sakura turned off the TV.
"What the hell?! You said you wouldn't overdo it!" she exclaimed. Not even in your most optimistic thoughts would the app grow that fast.
"I didn't exaggerate. Growing up too slowly could get you in trouble later on. You're not world-famous yet."
"For now?…" Sakura thought this might cause more headaches than expected.
"Heh… the nightmare witch is scared of becoming famous? I remember you saying that you would dominate Hyperverse." Yato scoffed.
"S-Shut up! I'm not afraid of anything! Hear my words, I, Sakura Kanami, will rule all-"
*Bam! (door opening)*
"Sakura, Your app was a success!"
"O-Onee-Chan?!" Sakura quickly changed her posture.
"I'm proud of you…" Chiyo gave Sakura a tight hug.
...
"Onee-Chan…" Sakura hugged him back, a smile on her face.
…
'They look a lot alike.' Yato thought.
"Many are trying to guess your identity, are you sure you're okay with that?"
"I'm fine, no worries. I will reveal my identity, but not now." Sakura would hide until she gained enough power to compare herself to her family.
*Sigh!*
"Well, I'll support you in whatever you need."
"Thank you, Onee-Chan!"
-
"This is my school." Sakura pointed to the huge building in front of her. Even though she had plans to create several companies in the future, she did not drop out of school.

"School, huh." Yato thought of a certain adventure of his. He had already disguised himself as a teacher once.
"Don't beings like you gain knowledge through learning?" Sakura asked curiously. She didn't know what Yato was, but she imagined him as a superior being. The humans in your world have many religions, and many of them believe in gods. Sakura also believes in gods, but she couldn't imagine Yato being a god, at least not the god that humans in her world believe.
'He's mocking, ironic, and doesn't seem to care about anything…'
Sakura couldn't think that a merciful God would be like that.
"Like me?" Yato showed a smile when he heard Sakura's words.
"Well, about beings considered 'superior' by you, so many of them acquire knowledge through study, practice, teaching, etc. But not all of them are like that. Well, that varies a lot."
Humans (from planet Sakura) believe that gods are the only beings with supernatural powers, but this is not true. There are not only humans but other beings of other races who have powers as great as the Gods.
"I see…" She never ceased to be amazed at how vast the cosmos is. Civilizations beyond yours, races beyond yours, Gods, etc.
'One day I will get there.'
She pointed her hand at the star that hovered over the blue sky.
'The first step will be to hold that star.'

Sakura walked into her classroom and sat at the back of the room. She didn't like socializing very much, so she didn't have any friends.
"Students, today we will learn about (...)"
Sakura picked up her book and started writing. She was proud to say that she always got high grades despite all the problems that had occurred in her life.

"Is it necessary to learn math and physics? I understand that chemistry is a good way to boost your magic when you're a beginning wizard, but what about math/physics?"
"Well, it depends on which path you want to take. A lot of skills have a connection to math and physics. However, it's not necessary for you."
"Math-related skills?"
"Yes. Some skills encompass many others, for example, you can use math manipulation to manipulate space (For example, changing the distance between two destinations, via equations. Distance = Speed x Time), probability, quantity, etc. . Of course, everything will depend on the user's mastery."
Mathematical manipulation is a good skill. In addition to having immense versatility, it is also powerful. However, it's no use having strong skills and not knowing how to use them.
"...I prefer to follow another path..."
"Well, don't worry about those things. It's no use having a strong ability if you can't use it. There are so many paths you can take, don't limit yourself to just one."
"Thank you…" She felt more motivated.
-
After finishing class, Sakura left the school. Walking down the street, she found herself looking at a tall building. This building was one of the headquarters of the "Kanami corporation.'' The building had more than 80 floors and its structure was incredibly beautiful.
*Sigh!*
Sakura decided not to think about it and leave.
...
"Huh?!" Sakura heard a loud noise coming from the sky, when she looked in the direction of the noise, her expression turned serious.
"W-What?!"
Two planes flew over the site in different directions. The problem wasn't where the plane was flying over, but what direction it was going.
*BOOMM!*

The Crucible - (Terror Infinity Fanfic)
There has always been those that stood out from the crowd. Heroes of old, undefeated warriors and demigods battling beasts of myth. These stories are written off as fiction and folk stories of ignorant people long lost to time. Nothing to prove them true except old family stories but what if people just weren't looking in the right place. Old truths no longer apply to the modern age of science but that doesn't stop them. The system that protects and finds these great people still exists and asks the same question it always has. “Do you want more than this life? Want to live… a real life?” YES/NO Who hasn't read Terror Infinity and thought I wonder what upgrades I would choose. I love the Web Novel and Side B. I did change a lot but the basic premise is still the same. Feel free to leave thoughts and suggestions in the comments. This is my first attempt at writing and I haven't done much of it since I left University 13 years ago. This is also more of a hobby than trying to become an author but that doesn't mean I will drop it just don't expect fast releases. I will mainly work on an Arc and post the arc's chapters in groups when I finish a whole arc. Kinda like Side B used to be.

The Orb Weaver Chronicles
"The Orb Weaver Chronicles contains several major and unique events that may or may not unknowingly intertwines with one another. The author of these chronicles is unknown, although some have hinted at the symbolism behind its name..." - Year unknown, location unknown 9 February 2022 Update: Welcome to the companion short story compilation of my novel trilogy The Shadow Paradigm. This compilation features prequels, sidequels and sequels to the novel's major plotline, as well as featuring a wide range of characters, new and recurring. Prior knowledge of the novel is not necessary as the Orb Weaver Chronicles' short stories are standalone. Once called The Arkesyyan Chronicles, I've deleted quite a few of its old stories. Due to the new avenue and revision, oriented toward more mystery and film-noir ambience, that I took my stories into, I've removed all aliens and overly sci-fi aspects of the whole TSP lineup, so I've updated the Orb Weaver Chronicles accordingly. I hope you enjoy them, and in time, a revised version will also be updated.

'Rise of the Business [Class]' is a story about a world where humanity ended up fleeing through space, after suffering several great disasters at home. On arrival we crash-landed and were soon attacked by magic wielding civilizations who learned how to deal with our weaponry with a speed that belied their seemingly simplistic nature. We were lost. But eventually we survived by abandoning technology and adapting. But this tale takes place thousands of years later, after humanity has had time to rise and falter more than once. It tells of a time where we adapted too much, focusing only on combat and magic and learning to rely on the [System] that our ancestors built in order to compete and survive on this hostile planet with the others. This is a story about our final chance during a time when all of humanity is under siege again, where we struggled to adapt too late and ultimately had to learn how to summon a collection of people from Earth through time and space to come help - but not to the 'besieged time' but back a couple of hundred years - before it went too far down the wrong path, so they can hopefully change things enough to prevent a return to that timeline. Follow Livia as she is ripped from her favorite library and end up getting lucky, or unlucky? On her very first day on the Elderwood continent. While a trio of native lads excitedly leave home to find adventure, oblivious to how very soon they might end up entangled in the fate of the world.
